Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisa permasalahan hukum terhadap konsumen bagi peminjam online jika terjadi perbedaan penjelasan dalam iklan/promosi terhadap bunga pinjamannya; dan (2) memahami dan menganalisa pengaruh dan dampak otoritas jasa keuangan (OJK) dalam memberi keamanan konsumen terhadap Peminjaman Online ilegal di Medan.Bentuk kajian dalam penulisan tesis ini merupakan penelitian yuridis empiris (Field Research) digambarkan dengan cara kualitatif. Data yang digunakan pada kajian ini ialah menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana hasil yang didapat dari sumber primer,sedangkan hasil data sekunder pada bahan hukum primer, sekunder serta tersier.Cara yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu teknik wawancara & studi dokumen.Sebaliknya,teknik pengambilan sampel/contoh terhadap penelitian tersebut adalah Non-Probability Sampling pengambilan sampel secara sengaja. Berdasarkan hasil kajian yang dilih atbahwa (1) proteksi konsumen mengenai Peminjaman Online ilegal dilaksanakan dengan cara preventif dan represif berdasarkan UU No.21 Tahun 2011 serta pelaku usaha (other business) wajib memperhatikannya & melakukan kebijakan berdasarkan aturaan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 77/POJK.07/2016; (2) Pengaruh ojk terhadap perlindungan masyarakat bagi peminjam Online ilegal di Medan yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi edukasi dan literasi kepada masyarakat/konsumen,serta,bekerjasama dengan kementerian &OJK Pusat dalam membangun Satgas SWI,dan pemutakhiran data resmi fintech leding, juga memudahkan masyarakat untuk menyampaikan pengaduan lewat situs APPK OJK.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand trust on brand loyalty in the DANA e-wallet application. Along with advances in computer and telecommunications technology, fintech such as DANA has made financial transactions easier for the public. Brand trust, as customer trust in a brand, is believed to increase brand loyalty, namely customer loyalty to a brand. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and involved 100 DANA e-wallet application users in Kancah Village, RT 04, RW 15 Cihideung Village, Prongpong District as respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire that measures the level of brand trust and brand loyalty based on predetermined indicators. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression and correlation analysis to determine the relationship between brand trust and brand loyalty. This research shows that the results of regression analysis show that Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on Brand Loyalty. This means that the higher the level of consumer trust in a brand, the higher their level of loyalty to that brand. The Brand Trust variable plays an important role in predicting Brand Loyalty in this research. Overall, this research concludes that Brand Trust is an important factor that influences the level of Brand Loyalty among DANA e-wallet application users, and the higher the level of consumer trust in a brand, the higher the level of loyalty to that brand.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has transformed higher education, driving the implementation of technology-based learning to enhance the efficiency and flexibility of teaching and learning processes. This study aims to analyze students’ perceptions of the implementation of technology-based learning in higher education through a literature review approach. The findings indicate that students generally perceive technology-based learning positively due to its ability to facilitate information access, improve digital skills, and support flexible learning schedules. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure in certain areas, lecturers' technological competence, and potential distractions from digital devices were identified. Factors influencing students’ perceptions include technology accessibility, personal experience with technology, and the quality of learning interactions. This study highlights the importance of developing infrastructure, providing training for lecturers, and adopting innovative approaches to overcome barriers in technology-based learning. These recommendations aim to improve the effectiveness of higher education and foster an inclusive learning environment in the digital era.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic significantly impacted Indonesia’s economy during 2020-2021. With GDP contracting by -2.07% in 2020, the pandemic led to sharp declines in major sectors such as tourism, trade, and transportation. The unemployment rate rose to 7.07%, while poverty increased to 10.19%. The government launched the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) to mitigate the pandemic's effects through social assistance, MSME incentives, and healthcare support. Although these policies drove economic recovery in 2021, achieving a GDP growth of 3.69%, challenges such as bureaucracy and unequal budget distribution persisted. Furthermore, the pandemic accelerated digital transformation, positioning the digital sector as a crucial pillar of economic recovery. This study concludes that the pandemic not only exposed structural weaknesses in Indonesia's economy but also unveiled opportunities to build a more resilient and sustainable economy.

Abstract

Roads are one of the factors to strengthen the economic facilities and infrastructure of the people based on resources and help the region in the openness of isolated villages and sub-districts in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency (PALI), the Simpang 3 Pengabuan - Pengabuan Timur Road Section is one of the road sections that connects the provincial road Lembak - Modong Road Section and is a priority area for plantations. This section is one of the priority roads in the region, so planning is needed on the Simpang 3 Pengabuan - Pengabuan Timur road section using the 2024 Pavement Design Manual. The planned age of the Simpang 3 Pengabuan - Pengabuan Timur road section is 20 years with a CBR value of 7.54% JSKN plan of 80369.36466 units with a road length of 2.524 km. The results obtained were the design of concrete with a low traffic category with a concrete slab thickness of 200 mm, a thin concrete thickness of 100 mm, an aggregate foundation layer with a thickness of 150 mm and having a Tie Bar with a transverse joint distance of 4 m.

Abstract

Peran Lembaga adat dalam meningkatkan kehidupan beragama melalui program Coporete Social Responsibility CSR memiliki signifikasi yang besar dalam menjaga harmoni sosial serta memperkuat identitas budaya di Masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi Lembaga adat sebagai entitas sosial yang memiliki otoritas dan pengaruh kultural dalam pelaksanaan CSR yang mendukung kehidupan beragama melalui peran lebaga adat dalam meningkatkan kehidupan beragama memalui program CSR pada perusahaan tambang batu bara di gampong buloh kabupaten aceh barat .lembaga adat dapat berfungsi sebagai mitra strategis bagi Perusahaan dalam melaksanakan program CSR yang sejalan dengan nila-nilai dan tradisi lokal .lembaga adat dapat berperan dalam merancang program CSR yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Masyarakat setempat seperti penyedian sarana ibadah ,Pendidikan agama ,ekonomi dan lingkungan.selalin itu keterlibatan Lembaga adat CSR dapat memperkuat legitimasi Perusahaan di mata Masyarakat,meningkatkan kohesi sosial ,serta mendorong pembangunana yang berkelanjutan .temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahw apartisipasi aktif Lembaga adat dalam program csr memberiak dampak posutif terhadap kualitas kehidupan beragama Masyarakat,sekaligus memperkuat hubungan antara Perusahaan dan komunitas.

Abstract

With increased internet access, PDIP utilizes platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter to spread political messages, build a positive image, and interact with voters, especially young voters. While social media offers opportunities to increase political participation, challenges such as the spread of inaccurate information and polarization of opinions are also faced. PDIP showed significant efforts in building interaction with voters through interactive features and creative content, and was more successful compared to Golkar Party and Democratic Party in the 2019 Legislative Election campaign. The success of PDIP's social media strategy can be seen from the increase in public engagement and the strengthening of the party's image, which shows the important role of social media in Indonesian democracy. This research aims to: 1) analyze PDIP's political communication strategy on social media, 2) evaluate the effectiveness of PDIP's social media usage, 3) analyze the role of social media in the context of democracy in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a case study method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study are the empowerment of political engagement through social media; identity building and party branding; and challenges faced, such as misinformation and opinion polarization.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the subjects that plays an important role in elementary education, because it not only provides knowledge about numbers and calculations, but also trains logical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the role of the story method in improving the understanding of number concepts in MI/SD children. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of the mathematics learning process in the classroom. The results of the study indicate that the story method is effective in helping children understand the concept of numbers, because it can attract their attention, make it easier to visualize numbers through narratives, and create connections between mathematical concepts and everyday life. The use of the story method has a positive impact on increasing children’s learning motivation and ability to solve problems related to numbers. Based on these findings, the story method can be used as an alternative in teaching mathematics to improve students’ understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the unemployment rate in Indonesia. If unemployment does not improve people's welfare based on per capita income. This study uses the years 2018 to 2022. This study uses panel data analysis. The value of the technical variable is 4.893448, the standard deviation value is 1.080620. Panel data regression is carried out. We test this survey data with data using panel data of dependent variables which include dependent variables, open unemployment rates, and independent variables.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peranan penting dalam perkembangan karakter dan keterampilan anak. Di era digital, kebutuhan akan kurikulum yang inovatif dan adaptif semakin mendesak. Artikel ini mengusulkan pendekatan inovatif dalam pengembangan kurikulum TK dan PAUD yang mengintegrasikan teknologi secara strategis. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada penggunaan teknologi sebagai alat bantu, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk membangun keterampilan abad ke-21, seperti berpikir kritis dan kreativitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk mengidentifikasi konsep serta praktik terbaik dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi interaktif dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar, meningkatkan keterampilan kognitif, dan mendukung pembelajaran sosial-emosional. Selain itu, artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pendidik, orang tua, dan kebijakan pendidikan untuk mencapai keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, teknologi dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak, mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan di masa depan.
