Abstract

e-learning, by Internet connection has become an inseparable part of life. Modern because it can help people do their activities more easily in many fields of work, including in education. Thus, many practitioners and educational institutions create learning to support their teaching and learning process. Online learning is also considered more practical to organize the teaching and learning process because it does not require a classroom to carry out these activities. So, teachers and students can create classes from different places. However, online learning faces several problems in its implementation, Student interaction and learning environment. Therefore, this study is intended to explore these problems based on student perceptions and the learning environment (Adijaya & Santosa, 2018) Previous research on (Martinez-Argüelles et al., 2010), emphasized the importance of collecting feedback from students to monitor the quality and standards of teaching, both in conventional learning and Elearning. (Bentley et al., 2012) student opinions about e-learning, which is an alternative to traditional classroom teaching and learning. This study was conducted because, with the advancement of technology, tools are available to enable it, therefore it is necessary to know the opinions of students about the idea of e-learning, as they are the main targets and beneficiaries of learning enabled by this technology. The results of the study showed that the majority of students considered e-learning to be an innovative idea and should be encouraged, however, only a few concerns such as fear of employer discrimination against those who learn through e-learning were found. It was also realized that hybrid learning, which is a combination of online learning and face-to-face learning (Mamattah, 2016)

Abstract

Poverty is one of the main challenges faced by Indonesia, despite a decrease in poverty rates over the past few decades. The Indonesian government has implemented various social assistance programs such as the Family Hope Program (PKH), Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), and basic needs subsidy programs to reduce poverty. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of social assistance programs in reducing poverty in society. The method used is a literature review utilizing relevant literature, such as books, journal articles, theses, and official documents. The research results show that social assistance programs are capable of increasing the purchasing power of the poor, fulfilling basic needs, providing health services, and education, as well as helping to break the intergenerational poverty cycle. However, the effectiveness of this program faces various challenges, such as misdirected distribution and the lack of awareness among beneficiaries to utilize the aid productively. To enhance the sustainability of social assistance programs, they need to be combined with economic empowerment initiatives that promote independence and skill development for beneficiaries. Improvements in targeting, transparency, and integration with economic development programs are necessary to create sustainable long-term solutions

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job stress on deviant behavior in the workplace. Job stress is a condition of tension experienced by individuals due to work pressures that exceed their ability to cope. Deviant behavior in the workplace is an action taken by employees who violate organizational norms and rules, such as stealing, arriving late, or leaving work early. Data was collected through “library research” by comparing several relevant scientific journals. The results showed that job stress has a positive and significant effect on deviant behavior in the workplace. This means that the higher the level of work stress experienced by employees, the higher their tendency to engage in deviant behavior. This research provides implications for companies to pay attention to the factors that cause work stress and implement effective stress management strategies to minimize deviant behavior in the workplace.

Abstract

As a teaching staff, a teacher must have professional abilities in the field of learning to create an effective and meaningful learning process for students. This writing aims to find out the level of professionalism of teachers at SD 060909 Medan Denai, the motivation and goals of a person to become a teacher, the learning methods used, and the difficulties faced in applying these methods. This research was conducted at SDN 060909 Medan Denai with the research subject of Class 4 Teacher. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the research, the Grade 4 Teacher is not a graduate of Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) but Physics Education, and has not participated in the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program because the working period is less than five years. However, being an elementary school teacher has been her goal since high school, so she is dedicated to this profession. The learning methods used are lecture and question and answer, but they are considered ineffective because they make students bored. Teachers feel the need for a variety of methods to increase students' interest in learning. Another difficulty is directing students to stay focused, which is influenced by their dependence on social media. This reduces students' attention while learning and time for schoolwork. The research emphasizes the need for teacher training and innovation in learning methods to overcome these barriers

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran tokoh adat dalam organisasi keagamaan di gampong reudup. Kondisi social keagamaan masyarat Gampong reudup yang asaat ini memerlukan peran penting dari tokoh-tokoh yang taat di harapkan mampu menuntut adanya kegiatan kebinaan dan peningkatan keagagamaan masyrakat Gampong reudup .poin- poin yang ditanyakan ini menggambarkan kondisi social keagamaan masyarakat Gampong Reudup dan peran tokoh adat dalam dalam membangun masyarakat serta variabel pendukung dan masyarakat .Faktor pemdukung dan pembinaan keagamaan di Gampong Reudup adalah keluarga,pemerintah ,hubungan social,dan lembaga pendidikan .sementara itu,factor penghambat di sebabkan dari kurangnya kesadaraan kalangan pemuda ,kekurangan finansial ,kurang nya inovasi dan kurangnya tenaga pembina serta kehadiran omas omag tertentu

Abstract

This research aims to analyse civil disputes arising from money lending and borrowing agreements with certificate collateral, especially in the context of Decision Number 14/Pdt.G.S/2021/PN Kbm. This research uses a normative juridical method, focusing on civil law that regulates lending and borrowing and land title collateral.The results show that defaults often occur when debtors do not fulfil debt payment obligations, which results in the execution of collateral by creditors. In this case, the certificate used as collateral does not always belong to the debtor, thus creating legal complexities related to ownership and land rights. The research also identifies the importance of legal protection for parties involved in credit agreements and the need for clarity in the agreement documents to prevent disputes in the future. The conclusion of this study emphasises that stricter regulation and a deeper understanding of the rights and obligations in credit agreements are necessary to reduce the risk of default and legal disputes.

Abstract

Human resource planning and development (HRD) are critical factors in enhancing organizational competitiveness, particularly at PT ABC Elektronik Indonesia. This study aims to explore the human resource planning and development strategies implemented by the company to improve productivity and organizational performance. The research used a qualitative method with structured interviews and document analysis. The results indicate that data-driven HR planning and the use of digital technology successfully increased productivity by 18% and efficiency by 12% in the production line. Furthermore, competency-based training, mentoring, and coaching improved employee satisfaction and retention. Challenges faced include resistance to technology and skill gaps among employees. Recommendations include a collaborative approach, phased training, and periodic evaluations to improve HR strategy implementation. With the right strategy, PT ABC Elektronik Indonesia can continue to strengthen its competitiveness in the era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

This article discusses legendary figures on the island of Java who have been passed down from generation to generation. Aji Saka comes from Majethi, India. Aji Saka is known as the creator of the Javanese script and the Saka calendar or Javanese calendar. Through a literature review approach, this research aims to collect and analyze the story of Aji Saka from various sources that have been documented, such as his origins, his fight against Prabu Dewata Cengkar, his influence on Javanese culture, the history of the creation of the Javanese script and the Saka calendar which is still relevant in society today. Apart from analyzing it from a historical perspective, this research will also discuss the symbolic meaning and moral values of Aji Saka's story which can be a role model. Thus, it can be said that Aji Saka is not only a legendary figure but also an integral part of history and cultural identity which is still preserved today.

Abstract

To reduce the likelihood of disasters occurring in vulnerable areas, an important approach used is community-based disaster management. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the development of community-based disaster management policies and find factors that influence how effectively they are implemented. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies through a qualitative descriptive approach. To ensure that the research results are valid, purposive sampling was used to select research informants. The informants included community leaders, disaster response volunteers, local community members, and local government representatives. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques. The study showed that three main factors determine the success of community-based disaster management: (1) the level of community participation and empowerment in program planning and implementation, (2) the synergy between local wisdom and modern disaster management systems, and (3) policy and institutional support from the local government. Limited resources, coordination among stakeholders, and program sustainability are some of the issues faced. To achieve efficient and sustainable disaster management, this study suggests community capacity building, improved coordination between various parties, and policy making that is appropriate to the local context.

Abstract

Bond Law is the law that regulates the legal relationship between parties involved in an agreement, where each party has rights and obligations that must be fulfilled. Non-fulfilment of essential elements, such as agreement and freedom of contract, can result in default, the legal consequences that arise, as well as dispute resolution mechanisms that can be taken by the injured party. Meanwhile, default can occur in various forms, ranging from not carrying out obligations according to the specified time, not fulfilling the agreed quality or quantity, to taking actions that are contrary to the agreement. In this case, an agreement that is not fulfilled properly can have serious legal consequences, either in the form of compensation or cancellation of the agreement.
