Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Waskita Karya, Tbk. Yang di analisis menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score periode 2020 – 2023 diklasifikasikan berada dalam kondisi distress zone atau dalam kondisi zona bangkrut. Hasil prediksi financial distress memakai metode Altman Z-Score pada PT. Waskita Karya, Tbk. mendapati perusahaan berada di zona bangkrut (distress zone) pada tahun 2023. This research uses quantitative analysis techniques. The final results of this study indicate that the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya, Tbk. Which is analyzed using the Altman Z-Score method for the period 2020 - 2023 is classified as being in a distress zone or in a bankrupt zone condition. The results of predicting financial distress using the Altman Z-Score method at PT. Waskita Karya, Tbk. found that the company was in the distress zone in 2023.

Abstract

Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peranan fintech atau financial technology terhadap performa pemasaran usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah, atau disingkat UMKM, yang sejak kasus pandemi COVID-19 menjadi topik kajian ilmiah menarik untuk diteliti, terlebih lagi di Kota Makassar yang mengalami peningkatan dari sisi laju perekonomian lokalnya. Melalui perspektif perbankan digital, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis performa pemasaran dengan berfokus pada laporan promosi dan penjualan UMKM setelah penggunaan layanan fintech. Sebagai kontribusi secara teoritikal, studi ini pun kemudian menemukan bahwa fintech melalui layanan payment gateway, selain menjadi pendorong dalam perkembangan laju bisnis UMKM, fintech juga berperan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM. This literature study aims to explore the role of fintech or financial technology on the marketing performance of micro, small and medium enterprises, or MSMEs for short, has become one of the interesting topics of scientific study to be researched, especially in Makassar City which has a positive trend in its economic level. Through the perspective of digital marketing management, this study uses marketing performance analysis by focusing on the promotion and sales reports of MSMEs after the use of fintech services. As a theoretical contribution, this study then found that fintech through payment gateway services, in addition to being a driver in the development of MSME business rates, fintech also plays a positive and significant role in MSME marketing performance.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam menjaga serta meningkatkan kinerja seorang karyawan adalah motivasi kerja. Hal ini salah satunya disebabkan karena karyawan memerlukan dorongan baik dari internal maupun eksternal dirinya dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini pun kemudian bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran dari motivasi kerja terhadap performa karyawan UMKM utamanya yang berlokasi di Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian studi kasus digunakan dengan melakukan teknik wawancara di salah satu Kafe di Kota Makassar bernama Kafe Dua Jiwa Makassar. Penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja dari karyawan, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan performa karyawan, atau dengan kata lain, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa karyawan UMKM. One of the factors that plays an important role in maintaining and improving the performance of an employee is work motivation. This is partly because employees need encouragement from both internal and external sources when doing their work. This research then aims to explore the role of work motivation in the performance of MSME employees, especially those located in Makassar City. The case study research method was used by conducting interview techniques at one of the cafes in Makassar City called Kafe Dua Jiwa Makassar. This research then found that work motivation from employees, both intrinsic and extrinsic, has an important role in improving employee performance, in other words, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME employees.

Abstract

Literatur mengindikasikan bahwa usaha kecil, mikro, dan menengah, atau UMKM, beberapa tahun terakhir memiliki banyak saluran distribusi yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka improvisasi manajemen distribusi. Postmodern distribution channel atau saluran distribusi Postmo salah satunya yang banyak diteliti oleh para akademisi memiliki 6 kategori yakni dengan kategori saluran, yakni saluran modern, saluran tradisional, saluran arus bawah, institutional channel, specialties channel, dan virtual channel. Improvisasi terhadap saluran ini kemudian dapat membantu UMKM dalam menetapkan strategi pemasarannya, khususnya pemilihan saluran distribusi yang efektif dan efisien bagi para pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini bersifat exploratory dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yakni studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa saluran arus bawah, atau grass root channel dan saluran virtual memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran UMKM di Makassar. The literature indicates that small, micro, and medium enterprises, or MSMEs, in recent years have many distribution channels that can be used by companies in order to improve distribution management. Postmodern distribution channels, one of which is widely researched by academics, have 6 categories of channels: modern channels, traditional channels, undercurrent channels, institutional channels, specialties channels, and virtual channels. Improvisation of these channels can then help MSMEs in determining their marketing strategies, especially the selection of effective and efficient distribution channels for MSME players. This research is exploratory in nature with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely literature study. The results of this study found that grass root channels and virtual channels have a significant influence on the marketing strategies of MSMEs in Makassar.

Abstract

Perbankan yang merupakan salah satu pilar utama sistem keuangan Indonesia tentunya tidak lepas dari berbagai permasalahan yang ada. Bahkan, tidak jarang banyak bank yang berakhir dengan likuidasi. Ada juga yang melakukan merger dengan beberapa bank lain untuk menyelamatkan diri dari kebangkrutan. Melalui analisis terhadap kinerja keuangan bank, pihak manajemen dapat mencari tahu kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki, guna menghindari berbagai kemungkinan risiko yang akan timbul. Analisis terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan sangat erat kaitannya dengan tingkat kesehatan keuangan perbankan itu sendiri. Salah satu metode yang paling sering digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja serta menilai tingkat kesehatan bank adalah metode CAMEL (Capital, Assets, Management, Earning, dan Liquidity). CAMEL merupakan tolak ukur objek pemeriksaan bank yang dilakukan oleh pengawas bank. Dari uraian di atas, penelitian ini pun kemudian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. periode 2020-2022. Banking, which is one of the main pillars of Indonesia's financial system, is certainly not free from various problems that exist. In fact, it is not uncommon for many banks to end up in liquidation. There are also those who merge with several other banks to save themselves from bankruptcy. Through analysis of the bank's financial performance, management can find out its strengths and weaknesses, in order to avoid various possible risks that will arise. The analysis of banking financial performance is closely related to the level of financial health of the bank itself. One of the methods most often used to analyse performance and assess the health level of banks is the CAMEL method (Capital, Assets, Management, Earning, and Liquidity). CAMEL is the objective benchmark of bank examinations conducted by bank supervisors. From the description above, this research then aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. for the period 2020-2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari stres kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 219 orang pegawai kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 69 responden yaitu keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada kinerja pegawai kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. This research then found that work motivation from employees, both intrinsic and extrinsic, has an important role in improving employee performance, in other words, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME employees. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh reward dan punishment secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada restoran di Mbak Daeng Pengayoman. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah reward dan punishment, sedangkan variabel terikatnya kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS v.25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari uji f menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara ketiga variabel dengan probabilitas sig. sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa reward dan punishment mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan (0,05). Kesimpulannya bahwa reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada restoran di Mbak Daeng Pengayoman. This research aims to find out whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence of reward and punishment on employee performance at the restaurant at Mbak Daeng Pengayoman. The independent variables in this research are reward and punishment, while the dependent variable is employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents used in this research was 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS v.25 for Windows. The results of this research obtained from the f test show a significant influence between the three variables with probability sig. of 0.000 where this value is much smaller than 0.05. This means that reward and punishment have a significant influence on employee performance. Because the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). The conclusion is that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the restaurant at Mbak Daeng Pengayoman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Pabrik Gula Takalar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji normalitas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 56 karyawan yang bekerja di Pabrik Gula Takalar. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stress kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Gula Takalar. Implikasi dari penemuan ini adalah manajemen stress yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam organisasi. This research aims to determine the influence of job stress on employee performance at Takalar Sugar Factory. It employs a quantitative research approach with a descriptive method. Data analysis methods used in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, and normally testing. The research sample consists of 56 employees working at Takalar Sugar Factory. Hypothesis testing is conducted using simple linear regression analysis. The result of the study indicate that job stress has a positive influence on employee performance at Takalar Sugar Factory. The implication of this finding is that effective stress management can enhance employee performance within the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk. yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuntitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari website instansi publik yaitu Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang di akses pada www.idx.co.id dan situs resmi perusahaan terkait, berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk. yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2020-2023. Hasil perhitungan Economic Value Added dari tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2022 bernilai negatif atau (EVA < 0) maka tidak terjadi penambahan nilai ekonomis bagi perusahaan sehingga kinerja keuangan perusahaan dapat dinyatakan tidak baik. Sedangkan pada tahun 2023 EVA bernilai positif atau (EVA > 0) maka telah terjadi penambahan nilai ekonomis bagi perusahaan tersebut sehingga kinerja keuangan dapat dinyatakan dengan baik. This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk. which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is data collection in the form of the company's annual financial report obtained from the public agency website, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) which is accessed at www.idx.co.id and the official website of the related company, in the form of the annual financial report of PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk. registered on the IDX for the 2020-2023 period. The results of the Economic Value Added calculation from 2020 to 2022 are negative or (EVA < 0), so there is no additional economic value for the company so that the company's financial performance can be declared not good. Meanwhile, in 2023 EVA is positive or (EVA > 0), so there has been additional economic value for the company so that financial performance can be stated well.
