Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi manajemen strategik berbasis nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pendidikan di SDN 01 Banaran Boyolali. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang menempatkan kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai sumber data utama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi aktivitas pembelajaran, serta telaah dokumen seperti Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP), Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT), dan Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah (RKJM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategik disusun secara partisipatif dan didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan sekolah, sejalan dengan prinsip syura dan amanah dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam. Implementasi strategi tercermin dalam integrasi program prioritas seperti penguatan literasi, sekolah ramah anak, supervisi pembelajaran, serta peningkatan kompetensi guru yang mencerminkan etos ihsan dan profesionalisme. Proses monitoring dan evaluasi dilaksanakan secara berkala melalui supervisi kelas, rapat evaluasi triwulanan, dan peninjauan capaian belajar, selaras dengan konsep muhasabah dan muraqabah. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan manajemen strategik berbasis nilai Islam berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan disiplin guru, efektivitas pembelajaran, budaya kolaboratif, keterlibatan orang tua, serta karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam manajemen strategik dapat menjadi kerangka transformatif dalam pengembangan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar negeri.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot melakukan penguatan kelembagaan melalui beberapa aspek, diantaranya adalah penguatan skill entrepreneur santri dengan mendirikan toko-toko unit usaha dan koperasi syariah ikmal (KSI) yang fokus utamanya bergerak dibidang ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap penguatan skill entrepreneur santri melalui unit usaha pesantren, dengan sub fokus mencakup: 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, dan 3) evaluasi kepada skill entrepreneur santri. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan skill entrepreneur santri melalui unit usaha pesantren dilaksanakan dengan berlandaskan pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan disusun setiap awal tahun yang berlandaskan pada hasil evaluasi kerja tahunan. Terdapat 78 santri yang terlibat dalam penguatan skill entrepreneur melalui unit usaha pesantren dan tersebar dalam 13 unit usaha. Dalam praktik penguatan skill entrepreneur, santri diberikan pendidikan mulai cara pengadaan barang atau belanja, strategi penjualan dan pemasaran, dan evaluasi hasil penjualan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode mendongeng dalam pembentukan karakter Islami pada anak usia dini di TK Harapan Surabaya, mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai karakter yang disampaikan melalui cerita, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap perilaku anak. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan kajian kepustakaan, penelitian menemukan bahwa mendongeng menjadi media yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, empati, dan sopan santun. Guru menggunakan berbagai teknik seperti variasi suara, ekspresi, alat peraga, dan diskusi reflektif untuk memperkuat pemahaman nilai moral anak. Hasilnya, anak menunjukkan perubahan perilaku positif seperti peningkatan fokus, kebiasaan salam, kepedulian terhadap teman, dan kemandirian. Faktor pendukung penelitian meliputi kebiasaan sekolah, kesadaran anak, serta keterlibatan orang tua, sementara faktor penghambat mencakup latar belakang keluarga, pengaruh lingkungan, dan keterbatasan sarana. Secara keseluruhan, metode mendongeng terbukti efektif dan relevan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran karakter Islami pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan kegiatan gerak dan lagu sebagai upaya mengembangkan koordinasi motorik kasar anak Kelompok A di TK Al-Ihsan, Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan gerak dan lagu mampu meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak, seperti keseimbangan, koordinasi tangan dan kaki, serta kemampuan mengikuti ritme. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berdampak positif pada perkembangan sosial-emosional anak, seperti meningkatnya kepercayaan diri, kerja sama, dan interaksi antar teman. Guru berperan penting dalam memberikan instruksi jelas, variasi gerakan, serta lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan sehingga anak dapat berpartisipasi aktif. Secara keseluruhan, gerak dan lagu terbukti menjadi strategi efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar secara holistik pada anak usia dini

Abstract

This study aims to describe how to plan character education for children in order to form a good personality in children. This research is literature-based with a desk research component. Data collection involves information from various literature sources, not only limited to books, but also including magazines, materials and other research. The main focus of desk research is to find various theories, laws, arguments, principles, opinions, ideas and other materials that can be used to examine and solve the problem under study. The conclusion of this research is that character education planning must be done immediately to foster the next generation of the nation. Through the use of these character-building elements, the goals of the national education system will be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how was the efforts of the principal of SMKN 1 Sedan in preventing bullying. This study used a qualitative research method using a case study. Data collection techniques included detailed interviews and observations. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, data validity checking through data triangulation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings revealed that the headmaster of SMKN 1 Sedan conducted a Bullying Prevention Socialization program, which included the presentation of material on bullying and evaluation of the activity using pre- and post-tests. Involving Islamic Religious Education Teachers to Implement Islamic Values ​​to Students. In addition to conducting outreach activities to prevent bullying, the Principal of SMKN 1 Sedan, through Islamic Religious Education teachers, also implements Islamic values ​​regarding moral values ​​to create quality students/learners with noble character.

Abstract

This study discusses the relevance of QS. Ibrahim verse 4 to the practice of da'wah in the digital era through the tafsir al-tsaqafī approach. The verse emphasizes the principle of bi lisāni qoumihi—that every delivery of da'wah messages must be adapted to the language, culture, and social context of the recipient community. Language is a medium of da'wah, and in this digital era, da'wah media has developed rapidly and da'is have used social media in their da'wah practices. Therefore, it is necessary to study the text of the Qur'an that explains the basis of da'wah media. This study uses a library research method by examining QS. Ibrahim verse 4 in the tafsir of Ibn Kathir and Al-Misbah, to examine the relationship between the text of revelation and the reality of digital da'wah. The results of the study show that digital da'wah is a logical continuation of conventional da'wah which demands the adaptive ability of da'is in using social media as a communicative and ethical da'wah medium. QS. Verse 4 of Ibrahim not only emphasizes the importance of language in conveying religious messages, but also fosters critical awareness that knowledge and da'wah must be grounded in divine values, communication ethics, and an understanding of digital culture. Thus, this verse serves as a conceptual foundation for the development of da'wah and a culture of knowledge that is humanistic, reflective, and relevant to the challenges of the modern era

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of integrating presentation and roleplay activities in boosting undergraduate students’ English-speaking fluency in Business English class at tertiary level. The study is grounded in the problem that the awareness of English language instructors is often narrowly defined as declarative knowledge, without having sufficient attention to how such knowledge is enacted as procedural knowledge pedagogically. The study employs a qualitative case study design using observation and interview as the data collection method to assess data on the practice of declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge applied systematically. The findings reveal that presentation and roleplay activities significantly enhance students’ communication skills, particularly in terms of fluency, improved comprehension, contextual understanding, and interactive skills. Additionally, presentation and roleplay activities increase students’ confidence in speaking in English and encourage more frequent use of English in the classroom. Hence, the study results would benefit academicians in incorporating presentation and roleplay activities as effective tools in enhancing students’ communication skills in classroom activities. This study further elaborates on how presentation and roleplay activities, when used in a systematic and well-organized way, could optimize students’ participation in a Business English class, exploring more on their effectiveness in English communication skills, particularly English-speaking skills.
