Cities that are considered promising by rural communities to seek a better welfare life force them to look for space to fulfill their needs. Public places then become an alternative for them in making a living such as in shopping places, flyovers, and at road intersections. Makassar as one of the metropolitan cities is also inseparable from economic problems and social problems such as the existence of street children. This research was conducted using an in-depth interview method conducted to informants who the author considers capable of providing data and information related to the causes of the increase in the number of street children in Makassar city. The theory used is the theory of space production. The increase in the number of street children in Makassar City is caused by three factors, namely urban development factors. the second factor is urbanization carried out by rural communities to obtain a more decent life, and the third factor is the exploitation behavior carried out by individuals and families of these street children.

The political practice of the Makassar City Government Bureaucracy in Pilkada is an important aspect of the separation of politics and bureaucracy. Anthony Giddens' structuration theory is used as a perspective in this research. "How is the political practice of the Makassar City government bureaucracy in the Makassar City Pilkada?" is the question in this research. Qualitative-descriptive is the method used in this research, using field research and literature to obtain data related to the theme of this research. The results showed that the political practices of the Makassar city government bureaucracy occurred due to the duality of structures that occurred between bureaucrats as agents and rules as structures. The Regional Head as the Personnel Supervisory Officer (PPK) in the Region automatically has dominance over bureaucrats, so that political practice by the bureaucracy is a dialectic of control in seeing the structure of domination.

The verification stage is the process of checking the completeness and validity of the registered political party documents. This stage has been carried out by the KPU since July 2022 and will continue until December 2022. In this verification process, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of existing regulations in order to realize better election governance in Indonesia. The research to be carried out is a qualitative field research. The results of the study indicate that there are still several obstacles in carrying out the verification of eligible participants. First, the use of the SIPOL application in the registration process still often results in errors that slow down the ongoing registration process. Second, there is a stigma that election organizers are unfair because they provide more space for parliamentary parties. Third, the same violations still occurred in the previous election, namely violations in cases of profiteering people's names as members or administrators of political parties.

This study investigates the design and implementation of durable road infrastructure to enhance rural connectivity in Indonesia. Emphasizing the importance of robust infrastructure for socio-economic development, the research explores advanced materials and construction techniques aimed at increasing the longevity of rural roads. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines field surveys, laboratory testing, and case studies to evaluate the effectiveness of these methods. Key findings reveal that the application of geotechnical engineering principles and innovative pavement designs significantly improve road durability. The study also identifies critical factors influencing the success of road projects, including local environmental conditions and community involvement. Additionally, the research highlights the socio-economic benefits of improved road connectivity, such as increased access to markets, healthcare, and education. This paper provides practical recommendations for policymakers and engineers to optimize road infrastructure projects in rural areas, ultimately supporting sustainable rural development. The rapid advancement of technology during the periods of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Society 5.0, and Policing 5.0 has resulted in indistinct shifts that diverge from previously recognized patterns, thus necessitating innovative leadership approaches. A notable deficiency in self-motivation has contributed to subpar performance. As of 2016, a significant number of Indonesian National Police personnel were implicated in disciplinary infringements, breaches of ethical standards, and even criminal transgressions. Specifically, in that year, 6,662 cases of disciplinary infractions were recorded, with 2,772 subsequently addressed. Moreover, transgressions against the professional ethics of the Indonesian National Police saw an escalation from 1,041 cases in 2015 to 1,671 in 2016. The objective of the present research is to discern and evaluate the influences of motivational enhancement and innovative leadership on the performance of the Indonesian National Police. The study employs a qualitative paradigm, drawing insights from a case study-oriented literary analysis. It is discerned that in addressing internal shifts in the Indonesian National Police, there is an imperative to bolster motivation and cultivate innovative leadership in order to attain exceptional, efficacious, and competitive outcomes. Pioneering leaders deploy diverse strategies to guide and inspire their teams, fostering active participation and collaboration towards the realization of organizational goals and peak performance. Given the evolving dynamics within the Indonesian National Police, a leader's role transcends mere adaptation to external innovative trends; truly effective leaders position their institutions as benchmarks for peers. An implication of contemporary advancements is the emergence of more intricate criminal modalities, pressing the Indonesian National Police to evolve in tandem. Concurrent with the digital age, there has been a heightened national cognizance of the need to rectify disparities and rejuvenate standards, driving a transition towards a society that is dynamic, forward-thinking, and technologically proficient.

This research aims to determine criminal law enforcement regarding acts of misuse of Cytotec drugs which provides legal certainty. Legal regulations concerning abortion practices in Indonesia have evolved to address societal changes and ethical considerations in medicine. According to Indonesian law, medical professionals are prohibited from performing abortions, aligning with religious doctrines and ethical standards. The Indonesian Doctor's Oath, based on the Geneva Declaration and enhancing the Hippocratic Oath, underscores the commitment to respect human life from conception onwards. This normative research utilizes secondary data initially, followed by primary data collection, to examine empirical-juridical aspects related to the enforcement of laws concerning Cytotec misuse for abortions, considering legal certainty principles. This research found that the previous Health Law until now is still consistent in prohibiting abortion except in cases that have been determined by law.

Anomalies in cybersecurity systems are increasingly complex and sophisticated, making detection difficult using traditional rule-based and signature-based approaches. In facing these challenges, machine learning is crucial to improve real-time anomaly detection capabilities. This study aims to explore the role of machine learning in detecting anomalies in cybersecurity systems. The research method is carried out using a qualitative approach, collecting data from relevant literature and interviews with experts in the fields of cybersecurity and machine learning. The results of this study indicate that machine learning can effectively improve the ability of cybersecurity systems to detect and respond to threats more quickly and accurately. Implementing machine learning allows for deeper analysis of complex cybersecurity data, recognizing unexpected anomalous patterns, and adapting to new attacks. Despite challenges such as data variability and dynamic operational environments, the evaluation of model performance shows significant progress in protecting information systems from increasingly complex threats. The future of anomaly detection in cybersecurity promises the possibility of developing more sophisticated technologies, strengthening defenses against evolving threats, and improving overall security.
