Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the independent variable namely promotion, work dicipline, and work motivation of the dependent variable, namely worrk productivity. Design/methology/approach- The study was conducted using quantitative descriptive techniques, which collect data employee who working at Harris Vertu Yello Harmoni Jakarta by distributing questionare to 95 respondens. The results of this test were analyzed by the Multiple Linier Regression method using SPSS Statistic 20.00. The analysis technique used was by testing the validity and realibility, the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regresion analysis and hyphotesis testing in theform of test (test, correlation test (R) and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- The result showed that there was a significant influence between the variables of promotion, work diciplin, and work motivation influence to work productivity in Hotel Harris Vertu Yello Harmoni Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the compensation, motivation, work discipline affect partially and simultaneously on pointer’s performance at Telkom Indonesia. Design/methology/approach- The population in this study were pointers at Telkom Indonesia with samples used in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is validity test, relicompensation test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test). While hypothesis testing includes F test, t test and partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (r²). Findings- From the analysis results can be seen that Compencation (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Rotation (X3) has an influence on both partial and simultaneous pointers performance

Abstract

Design/methology/approach- The survey was conducted on 60 respondents, namely all employees of Grand Cemara Hotel. The method used is quantitative descriptive. Findings- The results found that partially independent variables (motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction) affect the dependent variable (employee performance) with a significance limit of 0.05 so that it can be concluded that motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. While by simultaneous, the influence of motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance is 47.9%.

While the hypothesis testing includes F test, t test and partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- The results of the analysis can be seen that motivation () communication () and work environment () have the significant influence on the performance of employees both partially and simultaneously. The correlation analysis (r) and the coefficient of determination () obtained the results of motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a weak category of 4.08%. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a weak category of 4.24%, work environment influences the significance of employee performance with a weak category of 5.10%. While all variables have affect the performance of employees in the medium category by 31%, simulteneously.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research is to indentify the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation and work discipline toward the performance of the employees Sales Promotion PT. Lenovo's Indonesia Division of Mobile Business Group. Design/methology/approach- The Survey was conducted to 100 respondents, namely the employees Sales Promotion of PT. Lenovo's Indonesia Division of Mobile Business Group. The method used is descriptive analysis. Findings- The result shows that partially, the independent variables (job satisfaction, work motivation and work discipline) has influence toward the dependent variable (performance employees) reaches significance border of 0,05. So that it can concluded that job satisfaction, work motivation and discipline work gives significant influence to the performance of the employees. And simultaneously, the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation and discipline work toward the performance of the employees reaches 55,35%.
