Abstract

Jagu Beach, Kampung Jawa, Lhokseumawe City is a slum area located on the coast. The problem of poverty on the beach which is very famous for the city of Petro Dollar is very ironic. This study collaborated with the extension group of the Ministry of Religion of Lhokseumawe City, all of which amounted to 5 people. The purpose of this service is to provide entrepreneurship training to women on the coast of Jagu City, Lhokseumawe City, which is somewhat more productive to improve the standard of living of the family. This training uses a workshop method where every woman in the area is taught entrepreneurship for souvenirs typical of the city of lhokseumawe made from fish and is taught how the principles of sharia entrepreneurship are taught. The results obtained by women on the coast of Jagu, Lhokseumawe City already have the ability to manage fish-based cuisine, fish obtained from the results of the fishermen around are processed in the form of fish skin crackers and fish dim sum and others. The result of this training is that the women who have been selling along the coast of Jagu started trying to sell fish-based culinary delights such as fish skin, fish sausage, fish dimsum and fish balls.

Abstract

This community service aims to determine the ability of the Gampong government in Gampong Asan in managing the Village Fund Allocation (ADG). To see the ability of the Gampong government in the management of ADG, the authors refer to management starting from the planning, implementation, reporting and accountability stages. The method used to realize this community service program is material presentation, mentoring, evaluation. The results of community service show that the actual ability of the Gampong Asan government in terms of administrative capabilities has not improved from year to year, but in terms of determining the work program in the use of ADG it is also still minimal. This problem is influenced by several factors, namely; (1) The people of Gampong Asan do not actively participate in all Gampong government affairs, and (2) Supervision by the supervisory team has not been maximized.

Abstract

The cattle farming business in Jeulikat is still done traditionally and the average farmers do not have special understanding and skills in the field of animal husbandry, they only rely on habits that have been passed down from generation to generation both in providing food and in medicine. The purpose of this training is to train cattle breeders in responding to the symptoms of mineral deficiency shown by livestock by making Block Mineral Salts. The activity approach was participatory training to accommodate various responses from the community so that farmers can practice directly according to the instructions given in the training. The results that were shown from the community's response, in addition to farmers being very enthusiastic and participating actively, they were also expect similar activities such as training in making catle feed so that the livestock business can be developed on a large scale.

Abstract

Digital marketing has an important role in achieving more modern marketing goals. This is because digital marketing is a quality way of working and is based on meaningful values, and provides motivation and inspiration for better marketing. Digital marketing is a marketing activity including branding that uses various web-based media such as blogs, websites, e-mail, or social networks. This dedication aims to provide understanding to the community about marketing through digital marketing. The object of this dedication is the village community of Meunasah Alue, District. Muara Dua, Lhokseuamawe City. While the result found is that the empowerment of micro-businesses in the village of Meunasah Alue is very effective and efficient. This is because the color of the diversity of the micro business itself.

Abstract

This community service is aimed at assisting the development strategy of cattle farming; and Partners can understand about capital planning, capital management and preparation of bull financial reports. The method used in this service activity is the lecture method, training method and demonstration. Methods Training and demonstration on this occasion Community Service Team provided training and demonstrations on capital management and planning, financial reporting and the tools needed to make financial reports. While the method of obtaining financial data in this Service Activity was found by the Community Service Team in the form of questions and answers and discussions with cattle training participants in Gampong Lhokjok Kecamatan Kutamakmur. The results of community service show that (1) The development of the beef cattle business in Lhokjok Village is still low, so a market mix strategy is needed, namely 4 p (product, price, place and promotion) as well as accelerating the cattle breeding and fattening business. Through breeding and fattening business activities, there will be the distribution of superior breeds of productive broiler cattle. as well as increasing the income and welfare of breeders. Efforts to increase the population of beef cattle through improvement of productive male and female breeds can be carried out by means of IB and natural mating. (2) The preparation of financial statements for cattle Gampong Lhokjok breeders is still very traditional, so a simple financial arrangement is needed, by compiling a cash in and cash out book, a purchase and sale book, an accounts payable book, and income statement.

Abstract

The conventional marketing system which still distributes their product from mouth to mouth and social medial using hasn’t maximized yet were problems that found in livestock business owned by Desa Uteunkot is contributing this community services activities. The purpose of this activity is educating mitra about the importance of marketing communication to reach out more consumer. The implementation method used is socialization to the society in Desa Uteunkot. The number of this socialization participants was 25 participants. After this community service implementation, there is an increase in catfish sales volume in the amount of 11%.

Abstract

The sophistication of information technology today has an important role in all aspects of life and it is undeniable that technology has become something that is very much needed in carrying out daily activities. In the business field, for example, this will also be very influential for someone who has a business, starting from fulfilling capital, creating a product, distribution process, to marketing all require technological intervention. However, with the lack of literacy related to the use of technology from business actors, socialization is needed. The purpose of this service activity is to provide literacy to the community, especially business actors regarding the use of digital platforms in the financing process. This community service activity is carried out in the form of counseling/socialization with the target of the activity being the community of the Ngaliyan sub-district, Semarang city. And found the result that people who are generally dominated by business actors still have very minimal knowledge about the use of digital platforms, they know that the financing process can only be done in the conventional way, namely coming directly to the bank. It is hoped that this activity can add information to the community.

Abstract

Entrepreneur or entrepreneurship is currently a very interesting discussion, this cannot be separated from the world conditions hit by the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in many workers being laid off from their jobs.The objectives of the research on youth mentoring for mosque youth during the COVID-19 pandemic are: the first is to provide an entrepreneurial spirit for youth in the midst of a pandemic. The second is to provide socialization about products or services they can make and how to market them to consumers. through online media and so on.The method used in mentoring village youth entrepreneurship is by way of workshops, we invite ministers who can provide materials according to their needs related to how the product is made, until it reaches consumers through online marketing methods to payment methods via online payments. After that, participants were invited to ask questions related to the problems they faced in the pandemic era. And also at the end of the workshop participants were demonstrated to make products or services: from the initial process of making prototypes to mass production of products.The parties involved in the socialization of entrepreneurship to mosque youth are all young men and women who are still unmarried or can be said to be included in the category of teenagers, mosque takmirs, and lecturers of the Islamic economics and business faculty of IAIN Madura Pamekasan. The main target or goal in this entrepreneurship training activity is the young generation who have great potential to develop businesses so that they have a large multiplayer effect in creating new jobs. There are many potential creative ideas for running a business that have not been explored optimally.

Abstract

The process of making shrimp paste in the people of Kuala Peunaga Village still uses a manual process with very minimal output, unattractive packaging and the marketing process still uses traditional methods, namely direct marketing and mouth to mouth so that the production of shrimp paste in the village has not been touched by the outside community is a problem that drives the existence of socialization activities in the form of this service. This activity aims to provide educational knowledge about the importance of using modern technology in the shrimp paste production process and marketing through digital media by utilizing social media. The implementation method is by outreach to the community starting with observation, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation as well as ongoing support. After the implementation of this activity, the community is very enthusiastic about using modern technology and will promote their products by digitalization or through social media. This socialization is also highly expected by the community so that later there will be special training and assistance to develop the shrimp paste business of the people of Kuala Peunaga Village into a nationally competitive product.

Abstract

The primary goal of this community engagement project was to distribute knowledge concerning soft skills in the field of computer science, with a specific focus on the practical implementation of Microsoft Office. The intention was to enhance students' abilities and equip them for proficient performance in professional settings. This endeavor was executed through a sequence of phases, which included the collection of student data, examination of educators' and classroom prerequisites, conceptualization, composition, and implementation of training sessions, all of which were complemented by comprehensive documentation. Throughout the training sessions, students received initial guidance before embarking on practical exercises that utilized Microsoft Office tools, encompassing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. During the training process, students actively participated in hands-on exercises to directly apply the skills they had acquired. The desired outcomes of this initiative were aimed at enhancing students' competence in effectively using and advancing their proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. As a result, this process optimized tasks such as document drafting, thesis presentations, data manipulation, and the creation of various documents like correspondence reports, resulting in heightened precision and workflow efficiency
