Abstract

Learning media is a tool or means used to convey learning material effectively so that it can foster students' enthusiasm for learning in order to achieve learning goals. However, in reality at RA Perwanida Kandangan learning to recognize hijaiyah letters in group A still uses less innovative learning media, namely directly using iqra' supporting books. The media seems less attractive in the eyes of children. Children become lazy, bored, feel forced, and less motivated in learning. So that the ability of children to recognize hijaiyah letters in group A is still low. Hijaiyah smart board media was created as an alternative problem solving in learning to recognize hijaiyah letters. The purpose of this study was to increase the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in group A at RA Perwanida Kandangan. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study consisted of three cycles consisting of four stages, namely: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted at RA Perwanida Kandangan by taking group A subjects aged 4-5 years, totaling 15 children. The results of the research and assessment of PTK stated that there was an increase in the ability to read hijaiyah letters through smart board media that had been designed in group A at RA Perwanida Kandangan namely: before the action/pre-cycle the ability to read hijaiyah letters was stated as BB of 53.33%, MB of 33.33%, BSH of 13.33%, and BSB of 0%, in cycle I it was stated that BB was 15.55%, MB was 64.44%, BSH was 20% , and BSB 0%. In cycle II, the results of BB were 0%, MB were 22.22%, BSH were 51.11%, and BSH were 26.66%, and in cycle III it increased as expected by obtaining BB results of 0%, MB of 4.44%, BSH of 57.77%, and BSH of 37.77%. From the results of this study it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the ability to read hijaiyah letters through smart board media at RA Perwanida Kandangan

Abstract

Character education is very important to instill in children from an early age. therefore, schools which are places that contribute greatly to the formation of children's attitudes, are obliged to include elements of character education in their students. One of these characters is the character of discipline. Children are not directly involved in learning activities and everyday problem solving. Yet this is very important for the development of children. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution to this problem by using ice cream stick learning media. The ice cream sticks will be carried out using a reward and punishment system. In addition, giving punishment to children is illustrated by bad things, such as scolding children and punishing children, but the purpose of the teacher or parents giving punishment is so that children become disciplined in the future and do not repeat the mistake he had made. Based on the results of data analysis in the pre-study, a percentage of 44% was obtained, while in cycle I, a percentage of 60% was obtained. In cycle II, the percentage reached 82%, with the acquisition of these data there was a significant increase in children's disciplinary behavior in pre-research to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. Based on these data, this research can be said to be successful because in cycle II there was an increase, and it was included in the good category

Abstract

This study aims to find out the application of meronce activities by sorting geometric shapes in improving fine motor skills, where the activity of sorting geometric shapes previously did not use media or only by working on student worksheets which were considered less efficient. The activity of sorting geometric shapes by tracing geometric shapes can give an interesting impression to children because they don’t feel bored with these activities and they feel happy. Researchers use the activity of tracing geometric shapes to improve fine motor skills by sequencing with the aim that children become more understanding and children don’t get bored while learning. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research with the Kurt Lewin model. This study consisted of pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II and cycle III. In cycle I, cycle II and cycle III consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, non-test assessments and documentation in the form of photos. The analysis technique in this study uses a qualitative description analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The ability to sort geometric shapes through beading activities at RA Daruttaqwa Ponggok obtained satisfactory results. This can be seen from the results of observations of children’s activities in the first cycle of 64.70 (enough), the second cycle of 85.29 (good) and in the third cycle increased to 89.70 (very good). This is all because researchers and teachers can pay attention to every ability that is in each student, so that all students get the same teaching with various forms of assignment techniques. 2) There is an increase in the ability to sort after the implementation of the activity of tracing geometric shapes can be seen from the results of student learning completeness in that the ability to sort sequences develops very well. Abstract

This classroom action research aims to (1) describe efforts to develop children's numeracy skills through the method of playing number cards (2) describe improving the learning process in children's numeracy skills through the method of playing number cards. The subjects in this research were students from the Venus KB Budi Mulia Al Bayaan group for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is collaborative between researchers and class teachers. The data is used to determine the increase in children's numeracy skills and to understand the learning process through number card games through observation and field notes. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative with interactive analysis based on the results of observations of learning activities and the results of actions that have been taken. The results of this research show that there is a significant increase in children's numeracy skills in the learning process using the number card method. Based on this, it can be seen from the child's abilities which include two indicators, namely counting number cards and counting number cards 1 -10. Before the action was carried out, the child's numeracy ability value was 13%, after the action in cycle I was carried out it increased to 75%, and at the end of the action in cycle II it increased to 95%. This research concludes that the application of the number card method in learning at the Budi Mulia Al Bayaan KB can improve children's numeracy skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia 4- 5 tahun melalui kegiatan mengecap/mencetak di kelompok A3 TK Alam Al-Ghifari Kota Blitar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan model Hopskin. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A3 di TK Alam Al-Ghifari Kota Blitar, yang berjumlah 15 anak, terdiri dari 7 anak laki-laki dan 8 anak perempuan, sedangkan obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan kreativitas mengecap/mencetak pada anak. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi (checklist). Teknik analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa anak yang memiliki kreativitas tinggi adalah anak yang memenuhi keempat aspek kreativitas yaitu aspek fluency (kelancaran), flexibility (keluwesan), originality (keaslian), dan sensitivity (kepekaan) yang masuk pada tahap berkembang sangat baik. Langkah-langkah yang ditempuh untuk meningkatkan kreativitas melalui kegiatan mencetak ini adalah peneliti mempersiapkan media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan mencetak, yaitu berupa alat cetak yang terbuat dari batang daun pepaya, daun, pelepah pisang, pare, bonggol sawi dan buah belimbing.Peneliti mendemonstrasikan di hadapan anak-anak bagaimana cara menggunakan masing-masing alat cetak, dan alat apa saja yang digunakan, peneliti juga mengajak anakanak untuk melihat video pembelajaran mengecap dengan bahan alam supaya anak-anak mendapatkan inspirasi dan dapat menghasilkan karya yang diinginkan. Dan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas anak dapat meningkat melalui kegiatan mengecap dengan bahan alam yaitu, batang daun pepaya, daun, pelepah pisang, pare, bonggol sawi dan buah belimbing di kelompok A3 di TK Alam Al-Ghifari Kota BlitarHasil observasi yang telah dilakukan Peningkatan pun terjadi pada setiap pertemuan dari pra tindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II. Pada penelitian pra tindakan kreativitas anak yang dicapai adalah sebesar 26,6%. Pada siklus I pertemuan pertama persentasenya 40%, pertemuan ke dua 40% dan pada pertemuan ketiga 46,6% dan pada siklus II meningkat sehingga mencapai 53,3% pada pertemuan pertama, 66,6% pertemuan kedua dan pada siklus II pertemuan ketiga mengalami peningkatan mencapai 93% sangat sesuai target indikator yang diinginkan yaitu sebanyak 75-100%. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kriteria kreativitas anak kelompok A3 TK Alam Al-Ghifari Kota Blitar berkembang sangat baik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Early childhood education in Indonesia is increasingly recognized for its importance in forming the foundation of holistic development. However, classroom learning often limits children's movement, reduces the variety of physical activity, and limits direct experience with concepts or learning objects. One solution that is starting to be noticed is outdoor-based learning, where children learn directly from interaction with their surroundings. Roudlatul Athfal (RA), an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, began to apply this approach to improve the quality of learning, especially through theme peak learning. This research uses qualitative methods to explore the application of outdoor based theme peak learning at RA Masyithoh Kadisono. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the peak learning themes such as firefighting simulation and family gathering to Jogja Exotarium Mini Zoo provided a meaningful and fun learning experience for children. These activities not only increase learning motivation, but also develop social, physical, and cognitive skills. The advantages of outdoor learning include real learning experiences, increased learning motivation, and a deeper understanding of the surrounding environment. However, managing students and learning time can be a challenge that must be overcome. Thus, the implementation of outdoor study-based learning at RA Masyithoh Kadisono shows the potential to improve early childhood education approaches in Indonesia in a more varied and fun way, as well as expand the contribution of literature and better early childhood education practices in the future. ABSTRAK: Pendidikan anak usia dini di Indonesia semakin diakui pentingnya dalam membentuk fondasi perkembangan holistik. Namun, pembelajaran di dalam kelas sering kali membatasi gerak anak-anak, mengurangi variasi aktivitas fisik, dan membatasi pengalaman langsung dengan konsep atau objek pembelajaran. Salah satu solusi yang mulai diperhatikan adalah pembelajaran berbasis outdoor, di mana anak-anak belajar secara langsung dari interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitar mereka. Roudlatul Athfal (RA), sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, mulai menerapkan pendekatan ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, khususnya melalui pembelajaran puncak tema.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mendalami penerapan pembelajaran puncak tema berbasis outdoor di RA Masyithoh Kadisono. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran puncak tema seperti simulasi pemadam kebakaran dan famili gathering ke Jogja Exotarium Mini Zoo memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan menyenangkan bagi anak-anak. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi belajar, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan sosial, fisik, dan kognitif. Kelebihan pembelajaran outdoor mencakup pengalaman belajar yang nyata, peningkatan motivasi belajar, dan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang lingkungan sekitar. Namun, pengelolaan siswa dan waktu pembelajaran dapat menjadi tantangan yang harus diatasi. Dengan demikian, implementasi pembelajaran berbasis outdoor study di RA Masyithoh Kadisono menunjukkan potensi untuk meningkatkan pendekatan pendidikan anak usia dini di Indonesia dengan cara yang lebih bervariasi dan menyenangkan, serta memperluas kontribusi literatur dan praktik pendidikan anak usia dini yang lebih baik di masa depan. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving artistic abilities in early childhood appropriately and optimally, so as not to influence other aspects of development, because aspects of development in early childhood can influence each other. This research aims to describe or find out descriptions of artistic abilities in children aged 5-6 years through coloring activities. This research uses a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, using primary data sources consisting of journals and books that are appropriate to the researcher. This research focuses on artistic abilities in children aged 5-6 years which can develop optimally through coloring activities. The results of this research show that implementing coloring activities can optimize artistic abilities in children aged 5-6 years, such as coloring activities using 3-dimensional methods through project learning, graffiti techniques, and many more, so that they can be in accordance with the theme and material. what you want to convey to your child.

Abstract

Researchers discovered an activity that is rarely found in other TK/RA institutions. This activity is Toilet Training learning which is supported by the role of an educator with the term "Ustadzah Thaharah" so that through this activity students at RA institutions can get used to maintaining personal hygiene and the surrounding environment. This research aims to describe the role of ustadzah thaharah in toilet training lessons to familiarize students with maintaining cleanliness at KB-RA Perwanida Ketintang Surabaya. Apart from that, the researcher wants to describe the impact of toilet training learning on group A students at KB-RA Perwanida Ketintang Surabaya. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research subjects consisted of ustadzah thaharah, and several group A students at RA Perwanida Ketintang Surabaya. Data collection in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Through learning about toilet training, group A children can implement clean and healthy living habits as well as cleanliness of the surrounding environment. Educate students about toilet etiquette, train students' ability to urinate, and teach students to get used to keeping themselves and their surroundings clean. And students are able to resolve the urge to defecate independently, and are able to implement clean and healthy living behavior and cleanliness of the surrounding environment.

Abstract

In this modern era, everyone from toddlers to adults are very familiar with gadgets and use them. Even toddlers are more adept at using gadgets than adults. Therefore, there are many impacts and influences of the gadget itself, ranging from positive and negative. The negative impact of using gadgets for young children is the delay in their language development. This research aims: (1) To understand the level of language development of group A early childhood children in RA Dewi Sartika II Pakal Village, Pakal District, Surabaya City. (2) Understand the flashcard game activities in group A at RA Dewi Sartika II to find out how far their language has developed. This research is qualitative descriptive research. This research is intended to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that language development in early childhood is important as a basic foundation for learning and can influence social emotional development and cognitive development. Through the media of letter games or flashcards the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students can be seen. Letter game activities carried out gradually and continuously will teach young children the concept of developing language in a fun way.

Abstract

Social emotional development is a competency that every child must have in order to be able to adapt to their environment, both socially, namely the child is able to interact and communicate with the family, school and community environment, and emotionally, namely the child is able to express and express what he feels within himself. This research aims to describe the role of parents in the social emotional development of children in Bungah village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the research subjects being four children's parents. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research uses data validity tests in the form of triangulation and extended observations. The results of the research show that the role of parents in the social emotional development of children is that parents act as educators, parents act as mentors, parents act as supervisors, parents act as facilitators and parents act as friends.
