Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence between leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance at the Kaur Regency Satpol PP Office. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample technique where the entire population of Kaur Regency Satpol PP Office employees as many as 118 people were used as samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. This study used qualitative descriptive techniques with data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis and classical assumption tests. Data processing used SPSS software version 20. The results obtained found no significant influence on leadership style on employee performance based on the results of t count smaller than t table (1.322 <2.018) and significance greater than the specified significance (0.193> 0.05). Different results showed a significant influence of work motivation variables on employee performance based on the results of t count greater than t table (2.620> 2.018) and significance greater than the specified significance (0.012 <0.05). Overall, the variables of leadership style and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 9.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine  the influence of Character, Competence, and Digital Literacy on Employee Performance at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation was obtained: Y = 3.431 + 0.268X₁ + 0.147X₂ + 0.506X₃ +0,752. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that  the Character variable (X₁) had a positive and significant effect  on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcal value = 7.636 > ttable = 1.983 and significance = 0.000 < 0.05. Competency Variable (X₂) also has  a positive and significant effect  on Employee Performance with tcount = 3.983 > ttable = 1.983 and significance = 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore,  the Digital Literacy variable (X₃) provided the most dominant influence, with tcount = 17.953 > ttable = 1.983 and significance = 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously (F test), the three variables had a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the value of Fcal = 1049.012 > Ftable = 3.07 and significance = 0.000 < 0.05. The determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.969 shows that Character, Competence, and Digital Literacy together  are able to explain 96.9% of the variation in Employee Performance, while  the remaining 3.1% is explained by other factors outside this research model. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the character, the higher the competence, and the stronger the digital literacy of employees, the higher the performance of employees at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu.

Abstract

When a consumer buys an item, they often assess whether the item is suitable for them or not, whether it is appropriate for them or not. Therefore, consumers prioritize choosing by looking at the brand image, product quality, and price to fulfill their desires or needs when buying an item. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on brand switching of skintific skincare products in Bengkulu City. The research method used was quantitative. The data analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression have the equation Y = 8.820 + 0.209X1 + 0.732X2 + 0.278X3, because the direction of the regression is positive, it can be interpreted that if the brand image, product quality, and price increase, the brand switching of Skintific Skincare products in Bengkulu City will also increase. Brand image, product quality, and price have a significant effect on the brand switching of Skintific Skincare products in Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Product quality has a significant effect on the brand switching of Skintific Skincare products in Bengkulu City, this is with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Price has a significant effect on the brand switching of Wardah makeup products in Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05 meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Brand image (X1), product quality (X2), and price (X3) together have a significant influence on brand switching (Y) of Skintific Skincare products in Bengkulu City, this is proven by the F test showing a significant value of <0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, brand image, and price perception on consumer purchasing decisions for PT. Indofood products in Bengkulu City. Indofood, as one of Indonesia’s largest food manufacturers, faces intense market competition that requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior. Product quality, brand image, and price perception are key factors that shape consumer trust, preferences, and purchasing decisions. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, questionnaires were distributed to 106 consumers who had purchased Indofood products in Bengkulu City. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 25.0 to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the three variables on purchasing decisions. The results of the study show that product quality, brand image, and price perception each have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This indicates that when consumers perceive a product as high quality, view the brand as strong and trustworthy, and consider the price as fair relative to the benefits received, they are more likely to make a purchase. Overall, this study demonstrates that purchasing decisions are not determined by a single factor but rather by the combined influence of product quality, brand reputation, and perceived value of price. These findings suggest that PT. Indofood should consistently maintain the quality of its products, strengthen its brand image through effective communication strategies, and set prices that reflect both consumer value perceptions and market competitiveness to sustain its position as a leading brand in the food industry.

Abstract

The performance of human resources in educational institutions is one of the keys to the success of the educational process. Therefore, schools need to prepare human resources who are qualified and competent in their fields, and efforts are needed to improve the quality of human resources in educational institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Competence, Work Motivation, and Leadership on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 4 Seluma. The analysis methods used in this study include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, and Hypothesis Testing using t-test and F-test with a sample of 47 respondents. From the calculations using SPSS, we can see that competence and work motivation affect but are not significant to teacher performance. Leadership, on the other hand, affects and is significant to teacher performance. From the SPSS calculations, it is known that the determination coefficient value of the variables competence, work motivation, and leadership is 0.791, which can be understood that the X variables have a positive effect on teacher performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 4 Seluma, amounting to 79.1%, while the remaining 20.9% is influenced by variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the decision to use the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bengkulu City. The research focuses on two main variables derived from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), namely perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected from 75 MSME respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25, including validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient (R²) analyses. The results show that both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use QRIS, either partially or simultaneously. The regression equation obtained is Y = 6.119 + 0.491X₁ + 0.395X₂, with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.555, indicating that 55.5% of the variation in QRIS usage decisions is explained by these two variables. This study concludes that the higher the perceived usefulness and ease of use, the greater the likelihood of MSMEs adopting QRIS as a digital payment method, supporting the validity of the Technology Acceptance Model in the context of financial technology adoption among MSMEs.
