Abstract

The law of inheritance, which remains prevalent and continues to exist within society, governs the distribution of inheritance in Indonesian society. This distribution is primarily guided by Islamic law and customary practices. The reason for this is that the Indonesian population consists mostly of Muslims belonging to different tribes, resulting in a highly diversified inheritance distribution that is influenced by the family system they follow. This action was undertaken due to the little awareness of inheritance distribution in the Margajaya Village area, located in the Pamarican District. The division of inheritance in this region occurs in two distinct forms: the distribution of inheritance governed by Islamic law and the distribution of inheritance governed by customary law. In the event of a dispute arising from the allocation of the inheritance, a process of reconciliation will be undertaken. According to several experts, islah is deemed permissible under Islamic law, as inheritance falls under the domain of muamalah, which is subject to human discretion, as long as there is no disagreement in this matter. In this scenario, the distribution of inheritance is determined through amicable agreement and is based on their mutual consensus and personal advantage.

Abstract

The aim of this community service article is to find out what problems MSMEs in Sinartanjung Village are facing in relation to digital business. Sinartanjung Village has a lot of potential to use digital business, especially in the fields of agriculture, plantation and trade. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and document review. The research site is Sinartanjung village, Pataruman district, Ciamis regency. From the research findings, it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSMEs players to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSMEs players.

Abstract

The low interest in learning and reading in the community is increasingly felt and seen, the entry of the 4.0 era where everything is fixated on technology which makes all people, especially children of productive age, focus on their gadgets and are so receptive to spreading information that is not filtered first, driven by the pandemic. Covid-19, which requires children to study at home, makes them even more lazy to read books and think, only relying on Google as an alternative way of doing assignments. In realizing a community that likes to learn through a love of reading, the establishment of a Community Reading Park (TBM) Community reading park is a means to serve the interests of the people who live around it consisting of various layers of society without distinguishing between social, economic, cultural, religious, customs, educational backgrounds. , age and so on and this can be one solution, if viewed from the geographical location for the Main village itself, access to visit the regional public library takes 35 minutes and it is impossible for elementary school children to travel unless accompanied by their parents, from Here the role of TBM is very important and strategic because TBM is also established by, for, and in the midst of the community and the learning process is not only focused on reading but on writing and arithmetic which needs to be improved. The purpose of the formation of this TBM is to educate the surrounding community. It was founded and managed by community members who have motivation and ideals and started from the existence of Real Work Lectures in their own villages (KKN) assisted by people who care about children, have low reading interest and have high hopes for TBM. will remain active even though the Community Service Program has ended, the enthusiasm of the community, especially the children, is increasing every day in reading and knowing various kinds of stories as well as writing and counting. The conclusion in this article is that through the formation of TBM can improve student learning outcomes in learning to write, read and count.

Abstract

Empowerment as an effort to build community strength by encouraging, motivating, and raising awareness of their potential and striving to develop it. Empowerment is also directed at improving the community's economy productively so that it can generate high added value and greater income. The methods used are Participatory Action Research (PAR) and literature research. PAR is a research model that seeks to connect the research process with the process of social change. The data used are primary data and secondary data as support. Community empowerment efforts through discussion forums about sharia contracts are a form of education and learning aimed at increasing the understanding and skills of the community in terms of sharia contracts. This discussion forum aims to emphasize the importance of knowing sharia contracts, especially in buying and selling transactions. In buying and selling transactions, there are sharia contracts that can be applied, namely the Salam contract, the Istisna contract, and the Ijaroh contract.

Abstract

This community service article focuses on efforts to strengthen awareness of the importance of financing Islamic madrasah education through community capacity building in Ciamis district and Banjar City, West Java Province. So far, society in general still prioritizes Islamic education, so that its management and financing is carried out as is without any effort to improve the management system and attention from the community. The service method is carried out using several techniques, namely conducting focus group discussions, workshops, and forming a Madrasah Diniyah support group (KPMD). After providing assistance and service, the results can be seen, including the emergence of public awareness of the importance of financing education for Diniyah Madrasahs and the formation of Madrasah Diniyah support groups consisting of community leaders, aghniya, ASN, entrepreneurs and other donors.

Abstract

The concept of religious education, which involves the imparting of spiritual and moral values, is currently being subjected to scrutiny. This pertains to the instruction of religious beliefs, particularly Islamic teachings, at schools or madrasas, which, in practice, continues to exhibit numerous unfavourable issues. Consequently, schools should implement a programme or activity that aligns with religion instruction to enhance moral development. In today's day of rapid scientific and technological advancements, the educational process no longer solely relies on traditional face-to-face instruction. Alternatively, this can be achieved through the process of habituation starting from a young age. It is imperative to instill in youngsters the importance of obedience in worship by consistently guiding them to conduct required and sunnah prayers. As a parent, you can only instruct your child to be obedient in worship at home, relying on the teachers to provide guidance when they are at school. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology, specifically utilising field research as the chosen approach. The findings of this study indicate that executing the dhuha prayer programme in congregation in Karangpaningal Village can effectively impart moral values and promote a sense of discipline and responsibility. (2) Conducted daily prior to the learning procedure. (3) Engaging in dhuha prayers prior to teaching and learning endeavours is a deliberate endeavour to establish a devout and exceptional basis for children. The aspects that contribute to the cultivation of moral values through the practice of Duha prayers in Karangpaningal Village include the teachers' strong passion, the students' high level of awareness and enthusiasm, as well as the presence of sufficient facilities and infrastructure. However, the obstacles to promoting moral values through the practice of Duha prayers in Karangpaningal Village include insufficient family support, a number of undisciplined students, and restricted water supply.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melaporkan informasi yang didapat dan hasil analisis bagaimana penerapan metode bilqis dalam mencetak pengajar Al-Quran berkualitas dengan menggunakan metode BILQIS di Desa Banjarsari, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kabupaten Ciamis, namun dalam praktiknya difokuskan pada santri di pondok pesantren Al-Insan, Banjarsari, Ciamis. Inventarisasi masalah dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran membaca Al-Quran. Artikel laporan ini dapat digolongkan ke dalam jenis penilitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik kajian pustaka, observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studio dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penggunaan Metode BILQIS memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan dalam pembentukan pengajar berkualitas demi meningkatnya kemampuan membaca Al-Quran. Dalam pelaksanaan program pembentukan pengajar Al-Quran menggunakan Metode BILQIS terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu adanya adanya modul pembelajaran untuk membantu memudahkan proses pembelajaran. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu latar belakang peserta didik yang berbeda-beda, ada yang sudah menguasai dasar ilmu tajwid dan ada yang belum, terutama waktu yang tidak mencukupkan, sehingga menghambat kelancaran pelakanaan program.

Abstract

Ancol Village, located in the Cineam District of Tasikmalaya Regency, has implemented community service initiatives. Ancol Village has been selected as the designated target village for community service (PkM). Implementing PkM aims to enhance the quality of Human Resources (HR) by processing and developing the potential of local villages, with the main purpose being to tap into the vast village potential. PkM initiates a village observation process to investigate and assess the village's potential, which will serve as the primary focus for implementing PkM. The programs are systematically designed through consultations among PkM organizations, village officials, and local populations, particularly those who have direct involvement with the programs being developed. The PkM program is executed in a well-balanced manner, beginning with the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation at the conclusion of each program. The outcomes attained through the comprehensive PkM program encompass the cultivation of community competencies and the facilitation of human capital development, hence augmenting the capacity of local villages. Early childhood literacy programs are implemented to cultivate high-quality human capital.

Abstract

Economic globalization is a process of global economic activity involving countries in the world. With free trade in the current era of economic globalization, UMKM are required to carry out appropriate strategies to win the competition. This research aims to find out how much UMKM know about the digital economy in the era of globalization which is so tight in the midst of economic globalization. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with primary and secondary data sources, namely through observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the research results, it shows that there are still some UMKM who do not know the importance of the digital economy in today's UMKM, but there are also UMKM who know the system for implementing the digital economy in their businesses but are still limited in their knowledge of using the internet so they still have not implemented the digital economic system in their businesses.
