Abstract

Tajweed can be interpreted as reading the Qur'an by fulfilling the rights of each letter, both in terms of makhraj or its nature, fulfilling the rights of every reading law arising from the meeting of the letters and also fulfilling other rules that apply in recitations of the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to improve the recitation ability of junior high school students through the evening prayer in Cikuya Hamlet, Selajambe Village, Kuningan Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are (a) observation, which is a way of collecting data by conducting direct observations on learning activities on the object under study; and (b) documentation is a way to collect data which includes sound recordings and photographs related to the research problem. In the application of this tajwid science, researchers provide material to children, then they are recorded, read together repeatedly and memorized and applied in reading the Qur'an. In the application of recitation through maghrib, this Koran has been programmed by the Governor of West Java which aims to improve the quality of children's worship in West Java.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah (ZIS) in alleviating poverty and improving the welfare of the community in Kelurahan Mekarsari, Kecamatan Banjar, Kota Banjar. ZIS, as an important part of philanthropy in Islam, not only fulfills religious obligations but also contributes significantly to the socio-economic aspects of society. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study highlights how BAZNAS Kota Banjar effectively manages and distributes ZIS funds. Through outreach and seminars organized by BAZNAS, the community of Kelurahan Mekarsari is educated on the benefits and importance of ZIS. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the role of ZIS in alleviating poverty and improving welfare, targeting active members of the mosque and RW leaders. Assistance is provided through seminars using a question-and-answer method. The study's results indicate that active participation in ZIS can significantly reduce poverty levels and improve community welfare, particularly through economic empowerment programs run by BAZNAS Banjar City.

Abstract

Education is an institutional mechanism that can accelerate the development of national character. The factors that influence the decline of the Indonesian nation are mental decay and the collapse of morals, both in the older generation and also in the younger generation, both in the ranks of government and among the wider community. These things resulted in the Indonesian nation experiencing setbacks in various positions in the world. To overcome these problems, the Indonesian nation must foster and build life by instilling positive values ​​so that the Indonesian nation has a positive character and is able to compete with other countries in the era of globalization. The character of education that has great opportunities to carry out the process of fostering and developing humanity is education that is based on noble morals, namely Islamic education that combines 'aqidah, shari'ah, and morals in a learning structure that has an Islamic moral character. In overcoming the problems of national life, it is necessary to realize character education in educational development, both formal, non-formal and informal education, starting in the family environment, at the early childhood, childhood and adult levels. Inner improvement is the basis for external improvement, and external improvement will not be permanent unless it is carried out centrally and has an influence on inner improvement. One of the virtues of Al-Islam for humanity is the existence of a complete and consistent method in developing mental development, giving birth to generations, developing people and culture, and enforcing the principles of glory and civilization. Children's educators must continue to look for more effective methods, look for educational principles that are influential in preparing children mentally and morally, scientifically, spiritually and socially, so that children can achieve perfect maturity.

Abstract

Parenting is the scientific study of nurturing, educating, and directing children in a positive and appropriate manner. Learning parenting can be challenging and time-consuming for certain individuals. In addition, locating children with distinct personalities is also a challenge. Allah has entrusted children to both parents as a means of mercy for all of humanity and as inheritors of Islamic teachings. Hence, it is crucial for parents to adopt effective parenting practices in order to instill the values of harmonious relationships with both humans and other living beings. During the joyful parenting activities in Ancol village, a significant number of parents exhibit a lack of comprehension of their children's character and struggle to effectively address these issues. In order to address the challenges associated with parenting, particularly in Ancol village as previously said, I propose organising a seminar focused on the skillful upbringing of children, specifically targeting both dads and mothers. This seminar will take place at the Bina Bhakti Ancol posyandu.

Abstract

This community service article aims to analyse the impact of digital business implementation on strengthening the potential of MSMEs in Mekarharja Village, Purwaharja Subdistrict, Banjar City, West Java. MSMEs not only create jobs and drive local economic growth, but also support social inclusion and provide new opportunities for MSMEs to access global markets through e-commerce. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Abstract

This community service article focuses on efforts to empower MSMEs in Cimaragas Village through bazaar activities. Cimaragas Village is one of the villages that has business potential that can be developed. In this area, there are various types of food processing industries to household goods processing industries. However, the majority of MSMEs have the biggest obstacle, namely in entrepreneurship, they still lack access to product marketing, so it is difficult in promoting their production goods. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research types. The results of this service are an increase in product sales through the UMKM bazaar stall, better recognition of MSME products in Cimaragas village and the community can promote so that the market share becomes wider.

Abstract

This study summarizes community service efforts aimed at increasing competitiveness , improving the quality and attractiveness of packaging labels which in turn can have a positive impact on the marketing of Rengginang Putra Kembar Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products in Pasirnagara Village. The type of research used is a qualitative method . The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and observation. The main focus of this program is making product packaging labels as an integral part of the brand image and marketing strategy of MSMEs. Packaging label assistance for MSMEs is a process where competent or expert parties provide guidance, training, or advice to MSMEs in designing, producing, or improving their product packaging labels. The results of this research show that assistance in making packaging labels for Rengginang Putra Kembar MSME products has provided real benefits for these MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the entirety of independent community service activities at the Sabilunnajat Islamic Boarding School, Cileungsir Village, Rancah District, Ciamis Regency. Islamic boarding schools are one of the alternative institutions in religious science education. Currently, many pesantren educational institutions are widely spread in Indonesia, both in cities and remote villages, but not a few remote students who come from the city or even from the province and across the island. So that differences in customs and language are often a challenge and obstacle for a santri who comes from an area that is quite far away or contrary to the boarding school environment, especially in remote areas. Studying the yellow book is a daily activity for the students, because their goal is to understand its contents and apply their knowledge like their clerics. However, many students have ethnic or linguistic backgrounds that are different from the boarding school environment they live in. Therefore, I took the initiative to apply Indonesian as a language that can be understood by the general public in Islamic boarding school studies, but it does not eliminate the regional language as a language. meaning tool. This makes it easier for students who cannot speak the local language as well as learn the local language.

Abstract

This article on community service seeks to investigate the service method employed by the Motor Vehicle Testing UPTD of the Ciamis Transportation Service to enhance local revenue by means of levies on motor vehicle testing. The Motor Vehicle Testing Levy is a primary source of revenue for Ciamis Regency. This tax plays a significant role in contributing to the Original Regional Income of Ciamis Regency. The administration of the Motor Vehicle Testing Levy is overseen by the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. This study employs descriptive research methodologies with a qualitative approach. Explore research methodologies involving the utilization of observation, interviews, and document analysis for data collection. Following the provision of help and service, there are 9 ways that can be employed to enhance the local revenue at the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service.

Abstract

Community empowerment as an alternative strategy in development has developed in various literature and ideas, including character empowerment in rural communities. Character education also brings people to cognitive recognition of values, affective appreciation of values ​​and finally to real values ​​implementation. This community service aims to empower the community in the area of ​​character, especially responsibility. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) and library research. PAR is a research model that seeks something to connect the research process to the process of social change. This method involves researchers participating in planned changes. The data used is primary data and secondary data as support. This community service produces two community activity programs, the first is taking part in every activity that already exists in the community in order to attract people's interest in participating. The second program is an educational seminar to provide education to the public about the importance of character education and character formation from a young age. The result of these two programs is an increase in the character of responsibility among children and teenagers in rural areas.
