Abstract

This research aims to describe and discover the 'Collaborative Learning Model in the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program to enhance the motivation of students in memorizing the Al-Qur’an at Ma’had Al-Wafi Islamic Boarding School.' The method used in this research is a survey method with techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The sources of data or informants in this research are the head of tahfidz, Al-Qur’an teachers, and students at Ma’had Al-Wafi IBS. The results of this research are as follows: First, the implementation strategy of collaborative learning in the tahfizh program at Alwafi IBS is carried out through several stages: 1) Learning needs analysis, 2) Learning group mapping, 3) Setting learning objectives, 4) Establishing learning targets, 5) Setting learning schedules, 6) Selecting learning methods and techniques, 7) Learning evaluation. Second, the steps to enhance the motivation of students in memorizing the Qur'an at Ma’had Al-Wafi IBS through the following stages: 1) Preparing students before memorizing the Qur'an, 2) Making the learning process enjoyable, 3) Creating a supportive environment, 4) Implementing rewards and punishments, 5) Collaboration among teachers in motivating students, 6) Collaborating with parents in motivating students. Third, the conclusion is that the collaborative learning model in the tahfizh program of the Qur'an at Ma’had Al-Wafi IBS has made a significant contribution to increasing students' motivation to memorize, as evidenced by the following indicators: 1) Reducing students' boredom and laziness in memorizing the Qur'an, 2) Non-monotonous learning, so students can memorize happily, which impacts the quality of their memorization, 3) Students' progress in memorization became more intensive and effective, as seen in their daily memorization activities.

Abstract

The increasing number of Muslim communities in Europe, especially in the UK and Germany, has highlighted the important role of education in the process of social integration. Inclusive and adaptive education policies can help create equality of opportunity for Muslims and support social cohesion. However, the approach to education policy in the UK and Germany shows significant differences that reflect the history, politics, and culture of each country. This study aims to conduct a comparative study between education policies in the two countries in the context of education services for Muslims. This study is a qualitative study using a literature study approach which will then describe and compare education policies in the two countries in the context of education services for Muslims. By collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including academic journal articles, books, official government reports, and publications from international organizations. The results of the study show that the UK has a more centralized and flexible education policy, allowing support for faith-based schools, including Islamic schools. On the other hand, the decentralized education system in Germany results in variations in policies between states, creating differences in access and implementation of Islamic religious education. Abstract

Early childhood is a crucial period in child development, encompassing the time from birth to around eight years old. During this phase, children experience rapid growth, both physically and mentally. The foundation of skills, values, and knowledge established during this time will influence their future development. In this research, a qualitative research design is used. The qualitative approach is chosen because the primary focus of the study is to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of the Montessori method, developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. This educational approach values the unique learning styles of children. By emphasizing learning through direct experience and creating a supportive environment, practical, sensory, and academic activities in the classroom are designed to encourage independent learning and help children understand concepts concretely. The Montessori method facilitates a meaningful and sustainable learning process, making it an effective choice in early childhood education.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah is an Islamic movement that preaches amar ma'ruf nahi munkar and tajdid based on the Qur'an and as Sunnah. Muhammadiyah is one that strongly upholds Islam, one of which is through the world of education. Education is an important factor which can shape human potential, personality, intelligence, noble character, self-control, religion and skills needed in self and society. To advance and educate the community, Muhammadiyah applies it by establishing several educational institutions that are modern, superior, and progressive. By still emphasizing the existence of Islamic values in accordance with Muhammadiyah's vision and mission. The purpose of the research is to find out how the strategy carried out by Muhammadiyah in increasing the existence of Islam in society both inside and outside through education. This research uses library research methods related to library data collection methods and data collection techniques in this research using document studies. The results showed that Muhammadiyah still upholds Islamic values through education. So that even though times have changed, Muhammadiyah still adheres to Islamic values by making modern-based reforms.

Abstract

WEIPA halal tourism was chosen because of the opportunity and value of traveling, which is usually only a means of recreation, which is tried to be packaged by collaborating inspirational education and preneurship with sharia values ​​in a series of tour packages so that WEIPA comes with different tourism product services.This research is included in qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are WEIPA managers and tourists, while the object of study is the development of WEIPA Halal Tourism from a Maqashid Syariah perspective.The research results show that in practice WEIPA tourism development is different from conventional because the services and products offered such as Field Trip packages (Batik, Screen Printing, Fashion, Catering and Rabbit Tourism) as well as Halal Culinary Tours at Pasar Ahad Pahing have been carried out in accordance with Al -Quran and As-Sunnah by paying attention to sharia values. In its implementation practice, WEIPA has paid attention to hifdz ad-din, hifdz al-'aql, hifdz an-Nafs, hifdz al-nasb and hifdz al-maal. Apart from that, analysis of the application of maqashid sharia values ​​has a positive impact on halal tourism. Al Mumtaz Preneurship Inspirational Educational Tourism.

Abstract

Classroom action research (CAR) is a method often used in education to improve the quality of learning through a cycle of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection in PTK is very important to understand learning problems and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken. This article discusses in depth the data collection techniques which include observation and interview. The observation technique consists of two types, namely participant and non-participant. Participant observation involves the researcher in the same activities as the participants, so the data obtained is more complete. In contrast, non-participant observation is carried out without the direct involvement of the researcher, only by recording and analyzing the behavior of the subject. In addition, interviews were used to explore in-depth information from subjects related to the learning process and outcomes. By combining these two methods, the data obtained becomes more comprehensive and valid, so that it can support a more objective reflection process and continuous improvement in learning. This article hopes to provide a better understanding of the importance of data collection in PTK and how the implementation of observation and interviews can improve the quality of educational research.

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam pendidikan Islam mengalami perkembangan signifikan seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran teknologi digital dalam mentransformasi metode, media, dan pendekatan pembelajaran bahasa Arab di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan studi pustaka, artikel ini mengeksplorasi berbagai bentuk inovasi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran, platform e-learning, media interaktif, serta pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam proses pengajaran bahasa Arab. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, memperluas akses materi, serta memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang lebih komunikatif dan interaktif. Namun, penerapan teknologi ini juga menghadapi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesiapan tenaga pendidik, dan kurangnya pelatihan teknis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi integratif antara kurikulum pendidikan Islam dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital guna menghasilkan pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang adaptif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas guru, pengembangan konten digital yang kontekstual, serta dukungan kebijakan dari lembaga pendidikan Islam sebagai langkah strategis menuju transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan metode Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab yang mengintegrasikan materi keislaman pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus di MTs Wachid Hasyim Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan 11 siswa berkebutuhan khusus sebagai sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode CIRC secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa, kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Arab, serta pemahaman materi keislaman secara kontekstual dan aplikatif. Selain aspek linguistik, metode ini juga berperan dalam pengembangan sosial emosional siswa melalui kerja kelompok yang suportif dan kolaboratif. Temuan ini menguatkan relevansi pendekatan tematik dan kooperatif dalam pembelajaran inklusif, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pendidik untuk mengoptimalkan proses belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus di kelas Bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis santri dalam proses pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Hudaya Sukopuro Jombang. Masalah tersebut berdampak pada kurang optimalnya pemahaman santri terhadap materi keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode musyawarah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis santri. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode musyawarah efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis santri, ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya partisipasi aktif, kemampuan menyampaikan pendapat, serta kemampuan mengevaluasi dan mengambil kesimpulan secara logis, kritis dan terstruktur.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dikotomi ilmu agama dan umum, yang berdampak pada polarisasi pemikiran dan kemunduran peradaban Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran dan kontribusi Prof. Dr. KH. Imam Suprayogo, M.Pd., sebagai tokoh pendidikan Islam yang berperan dalam mengintegrasikan kedua bidang keilmuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, mengumpulkan data dari berbagai literatur seperti buku, artikel jurnal, dan karya tulis Imam Suprayogo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Imam Suprayogo menawarkan paradigma integratif berbasis tauhid melalui metafora "pohon ilmu", di mana akar, batang, dan cabang ilmu saling terkait dalam satu kesatuan. Konsep Tarbiyah Ulul-Albab yang digagasnya—menggabungkan aspek dzikir (spiritual), fikr (intelektual), dan amal shalih (aksi nyata)—telah diimplementasikan di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang melalui kurikulum terpadu, Ma’had Aly, dan penguatan bahasa Arab. Pemikiran ini relevan dengan tantangan pendidikan modern, seperti globalisasi dan digitalisasi, karena menekankan keseimbangan antara ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai agama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi keilmuan ala Imam Suprayogo dapat menjadi solusi untuk membentuk generasi yang holistik, serta merekomendasikan pengadopsian konsep ini secara lebih luas di lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya.
