Abstract

Systems of Linear Equations in Three Variables (SLETV) based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) using the context of hijab accessories supported by Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The research employs a design research method of the validation study type, consisting of three phases: preparing for the experiment, design experiment, and retrospective analysis, with a focus on a pilot experiment involving six tenth-grade students majoring in Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 6 Palembang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed retrospectively. The results show that the developed HLT facilitates students’ understanding of SLETV concepts gradually through a process of mathematization from real-world contexts to formal mathematical forms, although some procedural errors in algebraic operations were still found. In addition, the use of the hijab accessories context and ICT support increased students’ engagement in the learning process. Based on the retrospective analysis, revisions to the HLT were made in terms of scaffolding, strengthening algebraic operations, and providing more varied contextual problems, resulting in a more optimal and meaningful learning design.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service on visitor satisfaction at California Cialam Jaya Agrotourism, Tanea Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. The research sample consisted of 44 respondents obtained through accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires that measured five dimensions of service quality, namely: tangible (physical evidence), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the study indicate that the level of satisfaction with the performance of the quality of service of Agowisata California Cialam Jaya is in the "good" category with an average of 89.90% because it shows that most visitors are satisfied with the quality of service provided, but there are still several attributes and there are service attributes that are included in Quadrant III in the Cartesian Diagram which show low priority both in terms of importance and performance. This indicates that although these attributes are not the main concern of visitors, the quality of service still needs to be improved gradually to prevent potential dissatisfaction in the future and maintain consistency in improving the quality of service as a whole

Abstract

This study is motivated by the demands of 21st-century education, which emphasize the development of 4C skills (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity) alongside the importance of mathematical disposition as an affective factor supporting students’ success in mathematics learning. However, studies integrating these two aspects within a unified instructional framework remain limited. Therefore, this study aims to examine research trends, analyze the relationship between mathematical disposition and 4C skills, and identify the most effective innovative learning models in fostering their synergy. This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA protocol, analyzing 20 articles published within the last decade. Data were collected from reputable academic databases and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach through identification, screening, eligibility, and data extraction stages. The findings reveal a significant shift from a partial approach toward the integration of cognitive and affective aspects in mathematics learning. Mathematical disposition shows a positive and significant relationship with 4C skills, although its influence is context-dependent and mediated by factors such as self-efficacy and learning environment. Furthermore, innovative learning models such as Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, and Realistic Mathematics Education demonstrate more consistent effectiveness in fostering this synergy. This study implies that constructivist and collaborative learning approaches are essential to optimize both students’ 4C skills and mathematical disposition.
