Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of remuneration, work flexibility, and work discipline on the efficiency of online motorbike taxi drivers in Medan. This research is based on the growing popularity of online motorbike taxi services in Medan, which can be easily ordered through smartphone applications at any time and place. Additionally, preliminary interviews with drivers have revealed that compensation factors play a role in their work performance. This research utilized quantitative approaches and collected samples from the community of online motorbike taxi drivers in Medan. The sample method employed was accidental sampling, with a total of 102 respondents who were drivers. The data analysis strategy employs the method of multiple linear regression. The research findings suggest that salary does not have a partially significant impact on driver performance. However, job flexibility and discipline have a positive and substantial influence on enhancing driver performance in Medan. Ultimately, the combination of remuneration, adaptability, and work ethic has a constructive and noteworthy influence on enhancing the productivity of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Medan.

Abstract

Catfish is a type of freshwater fish that is much sought after by the public. This fish is in great demand as a culinary menu because it has the lowest fat content compared to other types of fish. This research will be carried out in Patin village, precisely in Belitang District, East OKU Regency. The location determination was carried out purposively considering that Belitang District, East OKU Regency is the center for catfish cultivation in South Sumatra, especially East OKU. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The sampling method used in this research is the census method. There are two marketing institutions involved in the catfish marketing channel in Belitang District, East OKU Regency, including wholesalers and retailers. Analysis of the data processed in the research is primary and secondary data. Primary data is used to analyze marketing efficiency as seen from marketing margin, producer share and price transmission elasticity. Secondary data was used to analyze the marketing channels for catfish in Belitang District, while to answer the first research problem, marketing margin analysis was used and to answer the second problem formulation, efficiency analysis was used. Based on the research results, there are two marketing channels in Belitang District, East OKU Regency. That the marketing margin obtained for marketing channel I was IDR 5,275 for large traders and IDR. 4,725,- at retailers. Efficient marketing channels in marketing channels II. Marketing channel II is the lowest marketing margin. The low margin value obtained is due to the absence of profit calculations for each institution, where in this channel there are no institutions involved.

Abstract

Financial Statements are very important information in economic decision making or corporate activity. But it is necessary to know the financial statements of the company has the nature of limitations, such as historical nature, all financial statements are basically a historical document. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of ratio of financial statements to profit growth (food and beverages companies listed in period 2018 - 2022). The results of this study is Net Profit Margin (NPM), no significant effect and positive effect on profit growth. Current Ratio (CR), does not have a significant and negative effect on profit growth. Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), no significant effect and negatively affect the profit growth. Return On Asset Ratio (ROA), no significant effect and positive effect on profit growth.

Abstract

Accounting researchers' interest in modern slavery grew following the introduction of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (2010), which requires retail sellers and manufacturers doing business in California to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their direct supply chains. However, disclosure of modern slavery in Indonesia is still voluntary. The aim of this research is to see how profitability and industry sensitivity influence the disclosure of modern slavery in Indonesia, which is still voluntary. The population in this study were all companies actively listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2022, totaling 890 companies. The sample used was 657 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. This research uses secondary data obtained from annual reports published on the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange and the company's official website. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that profitability and industry sensitivity partially have a positive and significant effect on the disclosure of modern slavery. Simultaneously, the results of this research show that profitability and industry sensitivity have a positive and significant effect on the disclosure of modern slavery.

Abstract

The Studies were carried done to determine how much impact educational costs, teaching staff, amenities and excellent service have on the contentment of parents in the Yayasan Tasik (Taman Anak Sholeh Ibnu Katsir) Batam. This research was carried out using a survey method with a Google Form questionnaire to the parents of the Batam Sholeh Ibnu Katsir Children's Foundation (TASIK) Foundation (TASIK) with a sample size of 40 parents. The technique for sampling uses a method of sampling (Census / Saturated), namely sample selection method If every person in the population is sampled. Hypothesis methods are analyzed using statistical techniques, namely validation tests, reliability tests, determination tests, simple regression tests, multiple regression analysis tests, T statistical tests, and F statistical tests, using the SPSS For Windows Version 25 application. The research results show that tuition fees have a negative and insignificant effect on parent satisfaction. Educators have a noteworthy and favorable influence on the contentment with student parentsThe service excellence has a substantial and favorable impact on parent contentment. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on parent contentment.

Abstract

Batam is a city where quite a lot of people have opened and owned digital printing and offset printing businesses for the needs of consumers in producing their products. So the influence of price, product diversity, digital promotions and place becomes a combination for consumers to determine their purchasing interest. This research was conducted to determine the influence of price, product diversity, digital promotions and location at the Shanghai Studio Store in Batam City. This research uses a causality design with a population of 1 million people. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, totaling 100 people. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the test show that price, digital promotion and place have no partial effect on consumer buying interest, while product diversity has a partial effect on consumer buying interest. Price, product diversity, digital promotions and place simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the individual and combined effects of activity ratio (TATO), Company Size, and leverage (DER) on stock returns. This study incorporates quantitative descriptive research. The population consisted of 36 enterprises involved in the production of pharmaceutical products. The study focused on a sample of 9 companies, observed over a period of 4 years. The statistical technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that the classical assumptions have fulfilled the necessary criteria. The t-test analysis reveals that both Partially Total Asset Turnover and Company Size have a negative and statistically negligible impact on stock returns. However, it is shown that DER does not have any affect on stock returns. Concurrently, the f test indicates that all independent variables have no effect and are not correlated with stock returns.

Abstract

Brand loyalty includes emotional and rational aspects, where consumers feel an emotional connection and believe that the brand provides the best value. This research investigates the influence of brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty and brand satisfaction by considering brand satisfaction as an intervening variable for the beauty of Indonesian products. The main objective of this research is to analyze the causal relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable with the presence of an intermediary variable. The main data source for this research is Esteh Indonesia customers. Data was collected from a total of 208 customers throughout Indonesia who are fans of Esteh Indonesia. Meanwhile, the research methodology uses a purposive sampling method and the PLS 3.0 testing tool is used for statistical analysis. The majority of Esteh Indonesia customers in the sample were women (57.2%), aged between 26-35 years (43.3%), had secondary/equivalent education (41.3%), and had a bachelor's degree (49%). Last month, once or twice. The results of this research are as follows: First, brand image only makes a small contribution to brand loyalty. Second, brand image contributes to brand satisfaction. Third, brand satisfaction contributes significantly to brand loyalty. Fourth, brand trust contributes significantly to brand loyalty. Fifth, brand trust contributes significantly to brand satisfaction. Sixth, brand image contributes significantly to brand loyalty through brand satisfaction. Seventh, brand trust contributes significantly to brand loyalty through brand satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between organizational commitment, servant leadership, and employee job satisfaction in the IT&B campus setting. Organizational commitment is often seen as a vital factor that influences employee performance and loyalty. Similarly, servant leadership is seen as a leadership style that promotes employee service and strengthens the bond between leaders and followers. This study use a quantitative methodology to provide a detailed and explanatory analysis. To gather data from individuals employed in different departments of the IT&B campus, we will employ a survey methodology and administer a questionnaire. The population for this study comprises all 51 people currently employed at the IT&B Campus. The sampling strategy utilizes a saturated sample approach, where the whole population is used as the study sample. We do data analysis using Smart PLS through several sources. The research seeks to get a comprehensive knowledge of the elements that impact employee work satisfaction in educational institutions such as IT&B campuses. It also intends to give practical advice to campus management on how to improve employee well-being and performance. We anticipate that the research's findings will establish a basis for developing more efficient management policies and practices within the IT&B campus environment and comparable institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether motivation, communication and work stress have an impact on employee job satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample of this research consisted of 34 employees of Glowing Perfumery. The sampling method is a saturated sampling technique or census method which surveys the entire population because the population is small or less than one hundred. Examples in this study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests Based on the problems and processing of the research results, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) Motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (2) Communication has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (3) Job stress has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (4) Motivation, communication and work stress simultaneously affect job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. Future researchers doing similar work suggest that future researchers can broaden the scope of the site, view more sources and references, and consider other variables that may affect job satisfaction.
