Abstract

Quality education depends not only on the physical infrastructure of the school, but also on the competence and dedication of the teachers. Professionalism and discipline are the main elements that can improve the quality of education and teacher performance. This research is to analyse the influence of professionalism and discipline on teacher performance at the Tahsinul Akhlaq Bahrul Ulum Foundation, Surabaya. Teacher performance is a central factor in educational dynamics. Teacher professionalism directly influences the quality of teaching. Teachers' discipline determines their ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities efficiently. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The population involved all teachers at the Tahsinul Akhlaq Bahrul Ulum Surabaya Foundation, with census sampling of 65 teachers. The instrument used is a questionnaire that measures the level of professionalism, discipline and teacher performance. The research results show that the level of professionalism of teachers at the Tahsinul Akhlaq Bahrul Ulum Surabaya Foundation has a positive and significant influence on their performance. Teachers who have competence, dedication and professional skills tend to make a positive contribution to achieving educational goals. Apart from that, teacher discipline also has a positive and significant impact on their performance. Teachers who are disciplined in carrying out their duties, obey the rules, and show commitment to their work, tend to achieve better results in educating and guiding students

Abstract

Motivation and learning have a mutually influencing relationship in the educational context. Teacher competence and parenting patterns emerge as key factors that can influence students' learning motivation, which ultimately affects the quality of their learning outcomes. This quantitative research aims to analyze the direct impact of teacher competence and parenting patterns on student learning motivation at MA NW Kotaraja, East Lombok, NTB. Through the use of questionnaires as data collection instruments and multiple linear regression analysis, the research results show that teachers' understanding of subject matter and their ability to convey it effectively has a positive impact on student learning motivation. Furthermore, supportive parenting styles, providing emotional support, and providing positive encouragement also have a significant influence on students' learning motivation. These results highlight the important role of teachers and parents in forming a motivating learning environment, which in turn can improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes at MA NW Kotaraja

Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah infeksi akut yang terjadi pada bagian saluran napas mulai dari hidung sampai alveoli termasuk organ yang berhubungan (sinus, rongga telinga tengah, pleura). Penyebab dari Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah virus dan bakteri. Jahe merupakan tanaman yang memiliki kandungan minyak atsiri 2,58- 2,72% yang mempunyai efek antiseptik, antioksidan dan zat aktif yang dapat mengobati batuk. Madu merupakan desinfektan ringan yang memiliki kandungan pinobanksine dan vitamin C sebagai antioksidan dan antibiotik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah memberikan edukasi terkait minuman herbal rebusan jahe campur madu sebagai pendamping pada anak balita dengan batuk pilek ISPA. Metode: Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan secara langsung bertatap muka dengan sasaran sehingga lebih efektif, meyakinkan dan mengakrabkan hubungan antara penyuluh dan sasaran serta cepatnya respon. Hasil: Klien memahami dan mengerti tentang manfaat rebusan air jahe campur madu, klien memahami dan mengerti tentang langkah-langkah melakukan pemberian rebusan air jahe campur madu.

Abstract

Education is one of the key factors in character formation and development of student potential. At the secondary education level, student achievement factors are a concern. Student learning achievement is not only influenced by internal factors such as study habits, but also by external factors such as the learning environment. This research aims to analyze the influence of study habits and learning environment on student learning achievement at MTs Darul Hikmah Langkap Burneh Bangkalan. This research uses a quantitative approach with regression analysis methods. The research population involved all students at MTs Darul Hikmah Langkap Burneh Bangkalan, with a sample of 30 students selected by random stratification. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. Good study habits have been proven to have a positive effect on achieving high grades. A clean, comfortable learning environment and positive social interactions also have a positive impact on learning achievement. It is hoped that these findings will guide the development of more effective educational programs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat Kayu Angin (Usnea thallus) yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di daerah Simalungun sebagai obat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan Research dengan menganalisis beberapa jurnal dan buku untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait pemanfaaatan Kayu Angin (Usnea thallus) sebagai obat di daerah Simalungun. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat yang ada di daerah Simalungun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Studi pustaka melalui beberapa jurnal ilmiah dan buku. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat sebanyak 14 spesies dari genus Usnea telah ditemukan di pasar tradisonal Simalungun. Usnea yang tebagai dalam 3 sub genus yaitu Usnea, DolichoUsnea, dan Eumitria, dalam produk jamu tradisional yang dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk pengobatan berbagai macam penyakit. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat melengkapi data etnobotani Usnea di Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the history of writing and codification of the Al-Quran. This study uses a qualitative approach to library research (library research). Sources of research data were obtained from books and journals related to Ulumul Qur'an. Data collection techniques by collecting literature data or library materials related to the discussion in the research. Data analysis was carried out by content analysis, namely content analysis which contains conclusions based on valid data by considering the context. The research concludes that the collection of the Al-Quran began during the time of the caliph Abu Bakr and continued with the codification of the Al-Quran during the time of the caliph Ustman bin Affan and in the third century of the Hijriyah there was a refinement of the rasm Utsmani, namely through the giving of signs and formulas. Among them are giving waqf signs, making juz signs, hizb signs, and other improvements.

Abstract

Education is the basis for individual development and progress as well as a forum for the formation of a personality with noble character. Morals are among the most important things in Islam and are the essence of understanding and practicing Islamic teachings. Therefore, there are several factors that can influence the formation of morals. This research aims to investigate the influence of the social environment and the routine of reading the Qur’an on the morals of students at MA Muhyidin Keputih Surabaya in classes X, XI and XII with a total of 68 students, taken by census. This research method uses a quantitative approach with regression data analysis techniques. The results of data analysis will be used to identify the extent of the influence of the social environment and the routine of reading the Qur’an on students' morals. The results of this research provide an overview of the influence of the social environment and the routine of reading the Qur’an on the morals of students at MA Muhyidin Keputih Surabaya in classes X, XI and XII. Data analysis using regression shows significant findings

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pandangan masyarakat kota baru terhadap budaya Ende Lio dan mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam melestarikan budaya tersebut di lingkungan perkotaan. Budaya Ende Lio merupakan warisan budaya masyarakat yang mendiami wilayah Ende dan Lio di Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini akan menggali persepsi, sikap, dan pemahaman masyarakat kota baru tentang nilai-nilai, adat istiadat, kesenian, dan praktik-praktik budaya Ende Lio. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan mengeksplorasi tantangan internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi dalam melestarikan budaya Ende Lio di lingkungan perkotaan. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi dan strategi untuk meningkatkan apresiasi dan pelestarian budaya Ende Lio di masyarakat kota baru, serta memperkaya pemahaman tentang interaksi antara budaya lokal dan masyarakat urban di Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan menganalisis manajemen tata usaha dalam meningkatkan layanan administrasi di SMP Negeri 3 Palopo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, Dalam proses meningkatan layanan administrasi yaitu melakukan perekrutan pegawai tata usaha, membuat pembagian tugas dan kewajiban yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas guna mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, serta adanya keterlibatan kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha dan seluruh staf tata usaha pada proses perencanaan dan memperhatikan keperluan yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pelaksanaan yaitu pemenuhan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana sebagai penunjang dalam keberlangsungan dan kelancaran dalam meningkatkan layanan administrasi sekolah secara maksimal. Kedua, Hambatan yang dialami kurangnya sumber daya manusia sehingga membuat pelayanan kurang maksimal namun tetap mengusahakan pelayanan administrasi tetap terlaksana dengan baik guna mencapai tujuan yang di inginkan
