Abstract

This study analyses the effect of principal leadership and work environment on teachers' work motivation at Tanbihul Ghofilin Al Mustofa Sidoraharjo Kedamean Foundation. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design. Respondents in the study involved all teachers at Tanbihul Ghofilin Al Mustofa Sidoraharjo Kedamean Foundation so that sampling was carried out by census. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire that had been previously validated and rehabilitated. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression. Effective leadership, and conducive work environment together contribute to shaping work motivation. The results showed the positive role of leadership and work environment on teachers' work motivation. This research contributes to developing educational leadership and improving teaching quality

Abstract

This journal discusses archival management in improving the quality of administrative services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. This study aims to determine how the implementation of archival management is carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu and what are the obstacles to archival management in improving the quality of administrative services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that archive creation uses a format that already exists in schools, archive management uses an alphabetical sistem and sequential numbers, uses a predetermined classification list from the school, and uses an agenda book to identify archives. Then the archive retrieval procedure uses a manual method, namely searching for the archive on the computer first, if the archive has been destroyed then looking for the archive in the archive storage cabinet by looking at the archive code in the agenda book. Finally, the archive shrinkage procedure is carried out when the archives have accumulated, the destroyed archives are archives that no longer have any use value, this archive shrinkage is carried out by burning. And the obstacles found include the lack of expert human resources in managing archives, the lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of services obtained from the administrative field.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Management of Guidance and Counseling Services in Shaping Student Character at SMP Negeri 3 Burau, sub-district. Burau, district. East Luwu. This research aims to determine the existence of counseling guidance services in shaping student character at SMP Negeri 3 Burau, to find out the management of counseling guidance services in shaping student character at SMP Negeri 3 Burau. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects are school principals, counselors, students. Data was obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that: The existence of guidance and counseling services at SMP Negeri 3 Burau really shows its existence through the implementation of various programs which cannot be separated from the implemented school policies, such as orientation services, information services, placement and distribution services, learning services, individual group guidance services. The management of counseling guidance services carried out by counselors in forming character at SMP Negeri 3 Burau goes through several stages including planning counseling guidance in forming student character, organizing counseling guidance in forming student character, implementing counseling guidance in forming student character and organizing counseling guidance in forming character student

Abstract

This journal discusses digital-based management in improving academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. This study aims to determine how academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu and the application of digital-based management in improving academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu have met the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of the national education sistem organizers of the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2003. In its implementation, academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu include managing facilities and infrastructure to support the teaching and learning process, managing activities in schools, procuring and managing all administration at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. Starting from the admission of new students, class / major division, teaching curriculum, attendance, facilitating the learning process, supporting teachers' needs for teaching needs both property and information. Academic services are also carried out for alumni in the form of diploma management both issuance, attestation, and other services. And the application of digital-based management in improving academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu consists of: 1) One Stop Integrated Service, 2) PPDB (New Student Admission), 3) Online Learning. And 4) Digital report card. To accommodate the implementation of digital-based management in improving academic services, SMA Negeri 2 Luwu provides supporting facilities such as computers, wifi, giving permission for students to bring smartphones and leptops to school, providing Digital Smart Tvs, LCD Projectors, and other electronic devices..

Abstract

Generator set (mesin diesel) merupakan mesin pemicu kompresi dimana mesin tersebut menggunakan panas kompresi agar diperoleh nyala serta pembakaran bahan bakar yang dimasukkan ke dalam ruang bakar mesin diesel. Penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mencari pengaruh variasi pembebanan terhadap performansi motor diesel yang meliputi konsumsi bahan bakar, pengaruh antara daya dan torsi karena ada penambahan beban. Bahan bakar yang dipakai adalah bahan bakar solar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Eksperimen-kuasi, dengan melibatkan dua variable antara lain variabel bebas (independent) yaitu berupa variasi beban  dan variable terikat berupa performa mesin yang mencakup konsumsi bahan bakar, Daya, dan Torsi.  Beban divariasi dengan cara menambah lampu sampai 10 lampu dengan daya masing-masing lampu sebesar 16 volt pada putaran tetap yaitu 3050 Rpm selama pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : Terdapat pengaruh anatara variasi beban terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar, saat beban ditambah, maka waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyerap bahan bakar semakin singkat, dan konsumsi bahan bakar semakin meningkat sehingga daya output yang dihasilkan semakin besar, dan berdampak pula pada torsi yang dihasilkan semakin besar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam gong waning dan upaya untuk menjaga nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pada masyarakat sikka krowe sebgai sumber pendidikan karakter. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menganalisis data deskriptif dengan cara memaparkan dan mendeskripsikan sesuatu yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur mengumpulkan data adalah; observasi, wawancara ,dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui beberapa nilai gong waning seperti; nilai budaya, nilai ungkapan syukur, nilai saling menghargai, dan nilai harmonis. Adapula upaya untuk menjaga nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pada masyarakat sikka krowe sebagai sumber pendidikan karakter seperti; upaya partisipasi, upaya edukasi, kebersamaan, dan menanamkan rasa cinta terhadap kearifan lokal pada masyarakat (khususnya Generasi Muda Sikka Krowe). Dengan memahami berbagai nilai-nilai yag terkandung dalam Gong Waning maka masyarakat sikka krowe di minta untuk melestarikan tradisi-tradisi nenek moyang yang merupakan obyek pemajuan kebudayaan agar tidak punah

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang aktualisasi UU Sidiknas No.20 tahun 2003 tentang pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan melalui rekrutmen dan seleksi calon guru di MI Terpadu Amaanatul Ummah Ponorogo. Peranan guru sangat menentukan keberhasilan proses pendidikan. Guru yang digugu dan ditiru mengutamakan intelektualitas, kepandaian, kecerdasan, keahlian berkomunikasi, kebijaksanaan dan kesabaran yang tinggi. Tidak semua orang dapat menekuni profesi guru dengan baik karena jika seseorang tampak pandai dan cerdas bukan penentu keberhasilan orang tersebut menjadi guru. Dalam hal ini, guna mencapai visi dan value yang ditawarkan, madrasah sangat menaruh perhatian pada jajaran gurunya. Mengingat seorang pendidik adalah unsur terpenting dalam pendidikan. Untuk itu, rekrutmen dan seleksi calon guru di MI Terpadu Amaanatul Ummah Ponorogo berlangsung cukup ketat. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi calon guru merupakan aktualisasi daripada UU Sidiknas No.20 tahun 2003 tentang pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Mengingat seorang pendidik adalah unsur terpenting bagi kelangsungan pendidikan dan lembaganya. Hal yang sama, kualitas pendidikan dan lembaganya juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh pendidiknya. Tidak bisa dipungkiri, kualitas peserta didik sebagai output, kualitas pendidikan, maupun kualitas lembaganya, semua sudah terlingkar satu mata rantai yang terikat pada kualitas pendidiknya. Dengan demikian, lembaga pendidikan perlu menaruh perhatian besar pada rekrutmen dan seleksi guru sebagai aktualisasi UU Sidiknas No.20 tahun 2003 tentang pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Mitologi Simalungun adalah bagian penting dari budaya etnis Simalungun di Sumatera Utara, yang memengaruhi pandangan hidup, norma sosial, dan identitas budaya mereka. Cerita rakyat Batu Gantung adalah contoh signifikan yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai moral, keterkaitan manusia dengan alam, dan pembentukan identitas budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh mitologi Simalungun terhadap pandangan hidup masyarakat etnis Simalungun di Kota Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mitologi Simalungun mempengaruhi pandangan hidup, norma sosial, dan identitas budaya mereka serta menjadi bagian integral dari tradisi upacara dan ritual. Meskipun budaya modern berpengaruh, upaya pelestarian mitologi Simalungun penting untuk mewariskan nilai-nilai ini kepada generasi mendatang

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of changes in fiscal policy on consumer behavior from a macroeconomic perspective. The type of research is literature review, data collection with documentation, data analysis with CLR. Fiscal policies implemented by the government have a significant impact on consumer behavior in society. Changes in fiscal policy, such as changes in tax rates or public spending, can affect levels of household consumption, investment, and savings, as well as cause shifts in the allocation of economic resources. Factors such as disposable income, inflation expectations, and monetary policy also play an important role in determining consumer reactions to fiscal policy. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of the transmission mechanisms of fiscal policy and consumer responses to them is crucial for policy makers in planning effective and sustainable economic strategies
