Articles submitted must be in accordance with the written instructions or in a predetermined format. Editors will reject articles that do not meet the requirements without further processing. Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence on the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. Quantitative descriptive research method with inferential statistical data analysis. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 108 people. The sample was random (random sampling) namely 50% of the total population, namely 54 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.684>rtabel=0.226 and tcount=6.762>ttable=2.00665 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers and students' interest in learning. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test revealed that the magnitude of the effect was 46.79%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=45.306>Ftable=3.15 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the pedagogical competence of Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence in the use of the jigsaw type copperative learning model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Character in class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita for the 2023/2024 academic year. The population of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita Learning 2023/2024 who are Protestant Christians is 325 people. The research sample using random sampling technique was 18% of the total population, namely 58 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: The value rcount=0.673>rtabel=0.254 and tcount=6.809>ttable=2.00324 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the jigsaw type cooperative learning model and students' active learning in Christian Religious Education and Character. Regression equation . The determination test revealed that the magnitude of the effect was 45.29%. Hypothesis test Fcount=46.479>Ftable=3.15 then H0 (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the jigsaw cooperative learning model on the activeness of learning in Christian Religious Education and Character in class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the Influence of the Recitation Method by PAK Teachers on the Learning Activity of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence of the recitation method by PAK teachers on the learning activity of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. With a population of all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga who are Protestant Christians totaling 121 people with a sample of 37 people, this study uses a descriptive method with a random sampling technique. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 40 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year using 46 questionnaire questions and after being tested, the results of the validity of the questionnaire trial were found to be rcount = -0.352 - 0.609 (there were 6 question items that had a validity of less than rtable 0.361 so that invalid questionnaires were discarded. Thus, the valid questionnaires amounted to 40 questions. And the reliability of the questionnaire trial which was at a value of 0.899 had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the Recitation Method by PAK Teachers on the Learning Activity of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. With the relationship test, it was obtained that rcount> rtable, namely 0.706> 0.325, with a significant relationship test of tcount> ttable, namely 8.319>2.021, with a linear regression test Y ̂ = α+bx = 23.39+0.355X. This equation shows that in a constant state of 26.98, for every addition of variable X (recitation method) by one unit, there will be an increase in variable Y (student learning activity) by 0.355 from (variable X), coefficient of determination 49.84%. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The significant effect test with Fcount>Ftable (34.735>4.08) means that there is a positive and significant effect between the recitation method by PAK teachers on the learning activity of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolga in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This study suggests that teachers always increase the use of the recitation method in the teaching and learning process, so that class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Sibolg are more active in participating in class learning.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) Model on Learning Motivation for Christian Religious Education and Character in Class The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) Model on Learning Motivation for Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Padang, Simalungun Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. This research is a regression research using Inferential Statistics techniques. The population of all class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Padang who are Protestant Christians is 138 people. Random sampling (random sampling) is 30% of the total population, namely 40 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. From the determination coefficient test, the value r2 = 0.555 is obtained. From the determination value (r2), it can be seen that the percentage of influence between the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) Model on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education and Character of Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Padang, Simalungun Regency, Academic Year 2023/ 2024 is 55.5%. The results of the analysis requirements obtained values ​​rxy = 0.745> rtable = 0.312 and tcount = 6.896> ttable = 2.024 showing that there is a relationship between the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) model and Christian Religious Education Learning Motivation and Character Characteristics of Students and obtained a regression equation Ŷ = 19.72 +0.564X. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=47.55>Ftable=4.09 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

The research aims to determine how much influence the application of the Active Learning learning model has on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong Learning Year 2023/2024. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of the Active Learning learning model on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year. Quantitative research method using a Pre-Experimental Design approach in the form of a One Shot Case Study. The population of all class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 109 people. The purposive sampling system was 32 people. The research instrument is a closed number and posttest. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value of rcount=0.369>r(table(a=0.05,n=32))=0.349 and tcount=2.172 >t(table(a=0.05,dk=n -2=30))=2.042 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Active Learning learning model and students' Christian Religious Education learning outcomes. b) Regression equation Ŷ = 65.81 + 0.17X. c) The determination test revealed that the magnitude of the effect was 13.6%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=4.575 > Ftable=1.62 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the Active Learning learning model on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

The project shows that Christian ethical principles provide a strong foundation for Indonesian students to understand values such as 1) love, 2) justice, and 3) responsibility, which can help Indonesian students improve their critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the ethics project in the Christian Ethics course on improving the critical thinking skills of Indonesian students. The methods used include active learning through discussions, case studies, and social projects that integrate Christian ethical values. As such, the results of the evaluation showed that there was a significant improvement in Indonesian students' ability to analyze and formulate ethical decisions. Thus, this project contributes to the formation of a generation of students who are more sensitive to ethical and social issues in societ.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of parental attention on the interest in learning PAK of class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between parental attention on the interest in learning PAK of class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The quantitative research method is descriptive and inferential. The population of all class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year who are Protestant Christians is 159 people. The random sampling is 25% of the population, which is 40 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of the data analysis obtained: a) The value of r count = 0.647> r table = 0.312 and t count = 5.231> t table = 2.02439 indicates a positive and significant relationship between parental attention to the interest in learning PAK of class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. b) Regression equation. c) Determination test shows that the magnitude of the influence is 41.86%. d) Hypothesis test obtained F count = 27.411> F table = 3.23 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between parental attention to the interest in learning PAK of class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between Parental Cooperation and Christian Religious Education Teachers in Increasing Interest in Learning PAK of Grade XI Students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant relationship between Parental Cooperation and Christian Religious Education Teachers in Increasing Interest in Learning PAK of Grade XI Students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative descriptive inferential approach, with a population of 159 people and a sample of 32 people, which is 20% of the population. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 28 items. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Parental Cooperation and Christian Religious Education Teachers in Increasing Interest in Learning PAK of Grade XI Students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This is proven by r count > r table of 0.804 > 0.349 and t count > t table of 7.387 > 2.042, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share learning model on the learning activity of Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research hypothesis is that there is an effect of the Think Pair Share learning model on the learning activity of Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This research method is the Quasi Experimental Design method using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population of all class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year who are Protestant Christians is 159 students and is divided into 5 classes. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely 30 students in class XI-4 as an experimental class using the Think Pair Share learning model and 33 students in class XI-2 as a control class using the usual treatment (conventional class). The research instrument was a closed questionnaire consisting of 30 items. The research questionnaire data was analyzed using the average difference test formula (N-Gain Score). The average pretest and posttest scores at the first and second meetings of the experiment were 3.06 and 3.77, and for the first and second meetings of the pretest and posttest in the control class were 2.75 and 3.00. So the overall average score of the experimental class is 0.7570 in the high category. The overall average score for the control class is 0.1930 in the low category. Then the t-test obtained a value of t count = 14.170> t table (α = 0.05; df = 61) = 2.000, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is an influence of the Think Pair Share learning model on the activeness of learning Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class XI students of HKBP Doloksanggul Private High School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the teaching style of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers on the learning motivation of class Xl students at SMA Negeri 1 Siborong-borong, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative descriptive inferential research methods. The population was all students who were Protestant Christians in class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 35 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the teaching style of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers on the learning motivation of class rxy value = 0.494 > rtable(a=0.05,n=50) = 0.279, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable .05,dk=n-2=48)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable .81X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 24.4%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=15, dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 15.45 > 1.92. Thus, Ha, that is, there is an influence of the teaching style of Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers on the learning motivation of class.
