Abstract

Abstract: The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) is an organizing body whose membership is mandatory. Every company is required to register its workers for a minimum of 6 months, while those who do not work for a company are required to register themselves and their family members with BPJS. Each BPJS participant will be charged a contribution, the amount of which will be determined later. Inactive BPJS membership is a participant whose registration process is hampered and services become payable independently. The aim of the research is to review the causes of Non-active BPJS participants in Cengkareng sub-district. The research method is a quantitative approach. The technique uses saturated sample observations. The research results showed that there were 75 Non-active participants. Of the 75 samples, there were 34 participants who were inactive due to premiums (45.33%), 13 participants because they left of their own accord (17.33%), 7 participants because their children were PPU> 21 years (9.33%), 10 participants were not covered (13 .33%), 11 participants with double data (14.66%). Follow-up of Inactive BPJS membership at the Cengkareng Community Health Center, there were 65 participants (86.67%) taking care of returning BPJS participants and 10 participants (13.33%) continuing at their own expense. Of the number of BPJS participants who registered for treatment at the Cengkareng sub-district health center, their membership status was inactive due to premiums being one of the highest. The follow-up is to pay all arrears and take care of returning the membership to the nearest BPJS. Suggestions In accordance with the vision and mission of BPJS Health to be able to improve the quality of service to participants, BPJS Health must be able to improve the quality of service, especially in the field of information technology which can be made to remind BPJS Health participants, especially those whose membership status is inactive, by using E-mail and Whatsapp.

Abstract

Red dragon fruit peel has high antioxidant content and abundant availability in Indonesia but is still rarely utilized. Brown rice has a higher fiber content than white rice. Brown rice and dragon fruit skin can be processed into keciput snacks. Keciput is a snack made from glutinous rice flour wrapped in sesame seeds that can be varied in shape, color and taste. The aim is to determine the effect of the acceptability of red dragon fruit peel keciput with the addition of brown rice flour as a healthy snack. Completely randomized design (CRD) experiment with 3 treatments on red dragon fruit peel and brown rice F1 (50%:50%), F2 (60%:40%) and F3 (70%:30%). Acceptability test on 30 untrained panelists and analyzed using Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney tests with a significance of p<0.05. Analysis of fiber content, protein, and antioxidant power was done twice on the selected formulations. There was an effect on the acceptability of red dragon fruit skin snails and brown rice flour (p<0.001). There was no effect of acceptability in the comparison of F2 and F3 on color, aroma, and taste (p=0.252; p=8.24; p=0.247). The highest mean value of acceptability was in F2 (selected). F2 contained 27.653% fiber, 17.346% protein, and 107.268 ppm antioxidant power.

The effectiveness of administering VCO oil in reducing the incidence of diaper rash in children with diarrhea. Pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design, Sampling technique with total sampling and Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Obtaining a p value of 0.000 <0.05, the test decision is Ho is rejected, so it is concluded that there is an effect of administering VCO in reducing the incidence of diaper rash in children with diarrhea at the PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital. diaper rash levels after VCO administration decreased compared to diaper rash levels before VCO administration.

Abstract

A blood sugar test is an examination procedure performed to determine blood sugar levels in the body. This study entitled "Comparison of Blood Glucose Levels Based on Light Exposure to Glucose Strips Using Point Of Care Testing (POCT)". The research method used is pre-experimental. This study aims to determine the comparison of glucose levels based on exposure to light on glucose strips using POCT. This sample collection was carried out using the Federer formula with a total sample of 16 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was carried out using the Shapiro Wilk normality test and the t-test. Glucose levels examined using glucose strips that were not exposed to sunlight obtained an average value of 87.31 mg/dL. Meanwhile, glucose levels were examined using glucose strips which were exposed to light for 15 minutes and obtained an average value of 108.68 mg/dL. Based on the statistical tests that have been carried out, increased results were obtained on strips that were exposed to sunlight for 15 minutes.

Abstract

Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that is generally experienced by young women which is not accompanied by physical disorders or pathology in the reproductive organs. This condition often interferes with daily activities, including academic performance and psychological well-being. Many non-pharmacological approaches are used to reduce the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain, such as massage and physical exercise. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the Cat Stretch Exercise and lumbar massage in reducing the pain intensity of primary dysmenorrhea at SMA Negeri 3 Tuban. The research design uses True Experimental with the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design method. A total of 32 female students who experienced primary dysmenorrhea were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique, divided into two groups: one group was given Cat Stretch Exercise therapy and the other group was given lumbar massage. Pain intensity was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after treatment. The results showed that there was a significant reduction in pain in both groups, but the Cat Stretch Exercise was more effective in reducing pain intensity compared to lumbar massage. The p-value obtained was 0.005, which shows a significant difference between the two groups.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the experience of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets and the role of husband support in the prevention of anemia in Bukittinggi City. The problem faced is the high rate of anemia in pregnant women in this region, which is caused by the low compliance of mothers in taking Fe tablets regularly. With a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with pregnant women undergoing the Fe tablet supplement program to understand how their husband's support affected their compliance. The results showed that husband support had an important role in improving pregnant women's compliance, especially through emotional support, reminders, and encouragement in overcoming side effects that mothers often experience during Fe tablet consumption. Husband's support plays a significant role in maintaining the consistency of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, which has a positive impact on efforts to prevent anemia. The existence of a husband as a companion provides additional motivation for mothers to be disciplined in undergoing this health program. To increase the effectiveness of the anemia prevention program, it is recommended that health workers involve their husbands in health education for pregnant women regarding the importance of consuming Fe tablets. Maternal and child health programs should include a family approach, especially by increasing husbands' participation in pregnancy classes and counseling sessions, so that support for pregnant women can be maximized.
