Abstract

Pattern is a form whereas religiosity is an activity related to religion and also a comprehensive unit of unity, which makes a person called a religious person and not merely claiming to have a religion. Society of samin who is generally known to have unique character and teachings and become one of the academic spotlight in social, cultural and phenomena as a traditional community that needs to be understood together. The author is interested in studying in this article in the form of literature taken based on qualitative descriptive analytic approach. The focus of this article is how the portrait of religious patterns of the samin community in Klopoduwur Village, Banjarejo District Blora in understanding the teachings of religion in life according to the provisions of Islam as a religion that is adhered to the public samin in general now diera Based on the analysis of descriptive writer can be seen that the portrait of religious patterns of the claminic community Klopoduwur Village Banjarejo District Blora Regency, including: First, the Islamic historical perspective that is applied in the religious practice of the samin community is Islamic tradition / Islamic culture. Samin community as a traditional group are those who tend to understand the shari'ah as has been practiced by the previous scholars still hold the religious norms according to local thinking and culture and social conditions that exist. Secondly, the religion of the samin community with the term Islam is different from the syncretic practices that are common among Javanese society. inspired from his understanding that the first person inhabiting this universe was Adam, followed by Howo's mother. The birth of Adam and Howo's mother because of Yai's sole sabu as sole ruler. The existence of Yai because of Adam. Yai according to understanding the teachings of samin is God Almighty or Allah Almighty. for Muslims. Thirdly, the Samin community has different understanding and practice of worship, such as (1) the mortification of the corpses, the corpses are not always bathed and unmixed, although they are worshiped as the majority religion in their environment (Islam), (2) slaughter of self-patterned animals, especially in the case of slaughtering prayers , (3) traditionalize the suro fasting and fasting of the birth day. The semedi beliefs are believed in the community's acculturation samination from the Hindu teaching or the syncretism as a form of prayer and cultivating inner energy and honor to God Almighty. So the religious practice that became the religious pattern of the Samin community experienced the reduction and adaptation of the existing culture in the surrounding Javanese society

Abstract

Puisi adalah jenis sastra yang bentuknya dipilih dan ditata dengan cermat sehingga mampu mempertajam kesadaran orang akan suatu pengalaman dan membangkitkan tangapan khusus lewat bunyi, irama dan makna khusus. Puisi mencakup satuan yang kecil seperti sajak, pantun dan balada. Dalam perkembangannya sastra mempunyai makna yang sangat dinamis. Keindahan dan ketajaman makna tidaklah lepas dari unsur-unsur yang membangun puisi tersebut, Salah satu unsur yang membentuk hal tersebut adalah unsure interinsik. yang didalamnya ada I terkaiy makna, gaya bahasa irama dan imajinasi. Kesatuan unsure diatas membentuk makna yang mendalam dan indah dalam segi struktur bahasa.

Abstract

Penyempurnaan kurikulum 1994 menjadi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi dilakukan sebagai jawaban atas permasalahan sistem pendidikan yang sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan tuntutan jaman saat ini. Mulyasa (2003: 8) menyatakan bahwa kurikulum berbasis kompetensi merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mencapai keunggulam masyarakat bangsa dalam penguasaan ilmu dan teknologi seperti yang digariskan dalam haluan negara. Kurikulum berbasis kompetensi memberikan keleluwasaan sesuai denga potensi sekolah, kebutuhan dan kemampuan peserta didik serta kebutuhan masyarakat dan melihat kemampuan peserta didik, sekolah menentukan kompetensi yang akan diterima oleh peserta didik tanpa mengenyampingkan standar kompetensi dasar yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah sebagai standar kompetensi nasional. Sekarang telah muncul Kurikulum 2006 atau kurikulum tingkat satuanpendidikan (KTSP)yang merupakan penyempurnaan dari Kurikulum 2004. Optimistismeyakin bahwa KTSP akan mampu mengatasi mandulnya kreativitas guru karena kurikulum itu dibuat oleh sekolah, oleh para guru. Sekolahlah sebagai penentu pendidikan, bukan pemerintah pusat. Kini sekolah dan komite sekolah harus bermitra mengembangkan kurikulum sendiri. Guru, dalam kurikulum baru itu, benar-benar digerakkan agar menjadi manusia profesional. Dipaksa untuk meninggalkan cara-cara konservatif dan menggantinya dengan cara kerja yang kreatif.

Abstract

M. Nurul Ulum. Formulation of Multiple Intelligences Lesson Plan-Based Research Study On Munif Chatib thesis work. 2015. The purpose of this study are: a). Knowing Paradigm Lesson Plan for Multiple Intelligences Based Perspective Chatib Munif. b). To Learn Lesson Plan Concept -Based Research in Multiple Intelligences Perspective Chatib Munif. This study is a qualitative research approach paedagogis psychology. Data collected by one) interview, 2) documentation. The data source of primary data and secondary data analysis ..datadilakukan with inductive and deductive analysis with measures of data reduction, data presentation, and verification concludes. The validity of the data is tested using triangulation techniques, the triangulation of sources, observers, theories, and triangulation methods. Results of the study were 1) Paradigm Lesson Plan Multiple Intelligences Based Research Study on Munif Chatib work. Lesson plan based on Multiple Intelligences Research can change the mindset of how important teachers make creative lesson plan to facilitate teaching and learning. MIR-based lesson plan is very easy and all romantic. 2) the concept of Multiple Intelligences Lesson Plan-Based Research Study on Munif Chatib work. a) Preparation, at this preparatory stage has done things the teacher is to recognize the intelligence of students and prepare lesson plans / lesson plan. (1) Recognizing the intelligence of students, how to recognize the intelligence of these students to perform a test called Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR). (2). The preparation of lesson plans / lesson plan, lesson plans / lesson plans made simple by the teacher to write the book specifically to create lesson plans to prepare learning activities. Aspects of the lesson plans / lesson plan that covers at least KD, indicators, themes, alpha activity zones, sceene setting, learning activities, tools and materials needed learning resources. b) Implementation, at this stage of the implementation of the teachers have been conducting activities to provide apersepsi and motivation to students and has given multiple intelligences based activities to students. (1). Recap and motivation, in this activity the teacher has done the activity of alpha zone and do scenee setting in early learning, and pre-teach and warmer does not always do the teachers at the beginning of learning. (2). Activity-based learning multiple intelligences. c). Assessment, assessment used by teachers in learning multiple intelligences is based authentic assessment to cover three domains, namely; cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

The background of this research is not an increase in the quality of teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Blora significantly, thus the need for the principal's role as leader of the institution to continue strive for improving the quality of teachers. Because teachers are the main components that play an important role in improving the quality of education. The aim of this study is to describe the principal's role in improving the quality of teachers, the implementation of the improvement of teacher quality, improvement strategies of teacher quality, constraints inimproving the quality of teachersinSMK Muhammadiyah I Blora. This study is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach and naturalistic. This research was conducted in SMK Muhammadiyah I Blora. Data was collected by 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation. Technique authenticity of data is done with the credibility test, tranferabilitas testing, reliability testing, and test komfirmabilitas. The analysis of data was done by data reduction, data presentation, and verification concluded. Results of the study were 1) The principal role as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator in improving teacher quality, 2) Implementation of Quality Improvement of Teacher consists of three phases, including planning, implementation / execution, and evaluation, 3) the strategy which is usedthe principals in improving the quality of teachers is to enhance the dignity of teachers in social, cultural and economic conducted with due regard to the welfare of teachers, the other strategies is to includin teachers in the program of improving the professionalism of teachers programmed by the government, 4) constraints to improve the quality of teachers facing the principal were: a) constraints increase teacher qualifications include cost issues and lack of free time teachers, as well as a considerable distance to continue his studies,b) constraints to increase the competence of teachers such problems considerable distance for training teachers, the teaching hours are not effective when there are teachers who can not teach because the program improving the professionalism of teachers, there are still teachers who are less aware of the importance of improving the quality of teachers c) constraints increase teacher performance including a lack of mastery of teachers towards technology, and facilities are inadequate.

Abstract

Kebahagiaan hakiki adalah perpaduan antara kesenangan , ketentraman, dan keselamatan. Kebahagian hakiki dapat pula diungkapkan dengan kesenangan dan ketentraman yang diridlohi dan di berkahi Allah SWT. Seorang individu smart dan sukses, seorang individu yang dapat menggapai kebahagiaan hakiki, dan mampu mencapai puncak prestasi, adalah individu yang smart.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan strategi peningkatan profesionalisme guru Agama Islam, profesionalisme guru Agama Islam di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Blora dan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat peningkatan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Blora. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian lapangan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan memakai jenis desain penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, strategi peningkatan profesionalisme guru agama Islam di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Blora dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kebijakan dan program perbaikan produktivitas guru agama, peningkatan keterampilan mengajar melalui pelatihan, seminar, Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), peningkatan kesejahteraan, dan penambahan sarana prasarana pembelajaran agama Islam dengan penyediaan buku-buku keagamaan dan penambahan ruang kelas pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan program peningkatan profesionalisme guru agama Islam kepala sekolah SD Muhammadiyah 1 Blora belum secara maksimal melaksanakan peran sebagai educator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovatordan motivator(EMASLIM). Peran sebagai administrator, innovatordan peran tambahan sebagai enterpreneurship(jiwa kewirausaan) belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal dikarenakan terkendala dana, sarana prasarana dan fasilitas pengembangan di sekolah. Kedua, profesionalisme guru agama Islam di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Blora sudah memenuhi standart profesional, seperti kualifikasi pendidikan, kompetensi dan sertifikasi pendidik. Namun masih ada guru agama di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Blora yang secara administrasi memenuhi standar professional tetapi masih rendah kemampuan kompetensi, seperti kompetensi professional dan kepemimpinan guru agama Islam. Ketiga, faktor pendukung peningkatan profesionalisme guru agama Islam di SD Muhammadiyah I Blora yaitu l) ketersediaan guru agama Islam yang mencukupi, 2) dukungan dari sekolah, orangtua dan persyarikatan Muhammadiyah, 3) dukungan kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah di Blora dan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Blora. sedangkan faktor penghambat peningkatan profesionalisme guru agama Islam di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Blora, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi dari guru agama Islam itu sendiri, seperti motivasi dan kebutuhan untuk meningkat profesi lebih berkualitas. Sedangkan faktor eksternalnya adalah dari sumber daya meliputi keuangan, sarana prasarana, kebijakan sekolah, yayasan, pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, bangsa Indonesia sedang menghadapi permasalahan fundamental dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Permsalahan itu berupa perilaku masyarakat belum sejalan dengan karakter bangsa yang dijiwai oleh falsafah pancasila, religius, humanis, nasionalis, demokratis, keadilan dan kesejahteraan rakyat. Jika permasalahan ini dibiatkan dapat menimbulkan ancaman pada eksistensi bangsa. Karena itu diperlukan pendidikan karakter yang berfungsi untuk : (1) mengembangkan potensi dasar berhati, berpikiran dan berperilaku baik, (2) memperbaiki perilaku yang kurang baik dan menguatkan perilaku yang sudah baik, (3) menyaring budaya yang kurang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila. Ada 18 nilai karakter yang perlu ditumbuhkembangkan di lingkungan sekolah. Untuk pengembangan pendidikan karakter di sekolah, kedelapan nilai karakter tersebut perlu diseleksi sesuai dengan visi sekolah menjadi nilai utama dan nilai pendukung dan diimplementasi berupa: sekolah belum dapat memilih nilai-nilai karakter yang sesuai dengan visinya, pemahaman guru terhadap konsep pendidikan karakter yang belum menyeluruh, guru belum dapat memilih nilai-nilai karakter yang memadai untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter pada mata pelajaran yang diampunya, dan guru belum dapat menjadi tekadan atas nilai-nilai karakter yang dipilihnya.
