Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of change management and resistance mitigation strategies in organizations through an integrative literature review approach. The study is motivated by the importance of organizational capability in responding to technological developments, public demands, and dynamic environmental changes. The method used is an integrative literature review based on academic books, national journal articles, and relevant scientific publications. The findings indicate that change management is a planned process undertaken by organizations to move from the current condition to a more effective and adaptive state. Resistance often emerges from individuals and organizational systems during the change process. Resistance mitigation can be implemented through effective communication, stakeholder participation, transformational leadership, training programs, and organizational culture strengthening. Therefore, successful organizational change depends on the ability to manage resistance systematically and sustainably.

Abstract

Student motivation to learn remains one of the persistent challenges faced by schools in Indonesia, particularly in regions with structural and cultural constraints such as East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Student management is considered a strategic instrument that schools can use to foster learning motivation, since it covers the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of all activities related to students from admission until graduation. This study aims to analyze how student management is implemented to enhance student learning motivation in schools across East Nusa Tenggara. The method used is a literature review, in which data were collected from relevant books, journal articles, and prior research accessed and managed through the Mendeley reference manager, then analyzed descriptively to identify patterns and relationships between student management practices and learning motivation. The review indicates that systematic student management practices, including structured planning of student activities, discipline coaching, active supervision, and the development of academic and non-academic potential, consistently contribute to higher levels of both intrinsic and extrinsic student motivation. Conversely, when student management is implemented inconsistently, students tend to receive inadequate guidance and support, which is reflected in low classroom participation, frequent absenteeism, and elevated dropout rates in several areas of East Nusa Tenggara. This study concludes that strengthening student management practices, particularly through active communication between schools and parents and structured coaching programs, is essential for improving student learning motivation in schools throughout the region.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are essential components that determine the success of the teaching and learning process in schools, including the creation of a conducive learning environment. This study aims to analyze how the management of educational facilities and infrastructure—covering planning, procurement, distribution, inventory, utilization, maintenance, and disposal—contributes to supporting a conducive learning environment. The method used is a library research approach, in which data were collected by reviewing relevant journals, books, and other scholarly sources. The results show that effective management of facilities and infrastructure, implemented through careful planning, transparent procurement, scheduled utilization, and regular maintenance, plays a significant role in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive learning atmosphere. Moreover, professional administrative management and adequate human resources are equally important in sustaining a conducive school environment. The study concludes that optimal management of facilities and infrastructure, supported by competent human resources, is a key factor in improving student motivation, learning achievement, and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep pengumpulan dan analisis data budaya dalam penelitian sosial dan budaya melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur integratif. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai proses pengumpulan dan analisis data dalam penelitian budaya yang berorientasi pada pemaknaan fenomena sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah integrative literature review dengan sumber data berupa buku akademik, artikel jurnal nasional, dan publikasi ilmiah yang relevan. Literatur dipilih berdasarkan relevansi tema, kredibilitas sumber, dan keterkaitan dengan penelitian budaya. Analisis dilakukan melalui identifikasi literatur, klasifikasi tema, sintesis konsep, dan interpretasi temuan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengumpulan data budaya merupakan proses memperoleh informasi mengenai nilai, norma, simbol, tradisi, dan praktik sosial yang berkembang dalam masyarakat. Analisis data budaya dilakukan melalui reduksi data, kategorisasi, interpretasi makna, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara kontekstual. Keberhasilan penelitian budaya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan peneliti memahami konteks sosial dan budaya yang melatarbelakangi suatu fenomena. Dengan demikian, pengumpulan dan analisis data budaya menjadi bagian penting dalam menghasilkan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap kehidupan sosial masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the curriculum development model applied at the elementary school level using a case study at the Nursyamsiani Education Foundation Elementary School. Curriculum development is a crucial aspect of education delivery because it serves as a guideline for achieving learning objectives that align with student needs and current developments. This study employed a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation conducted at the Nursyamsiani Education Foundation Elementary School. The results indicate that the school implements an eclectic curriculum development approach, combining several curriculum development models: the Tyler, Taba, and Wheeler models. The Tyler model is evident in goal-oriented lesson planning, the Taba model is seen in active teacher involvement in the development of learning materials, and the Wheeler model is seen through continuous evaluation and improvement of the curriculum. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum also encourages more flexible, student-centered learning and supports the development of 21st-century character and competencies. Supporting factors for curriculum development include principal leadership, teacher competence, Teacher Working Group (KKG) activities, and professional training. Inhibiting factors include differences in teachers' understanding of the curriculum, time constraints, and the need to adapt to changing education policies. Overall, curriculum development at the Nursyamsiani Education Foundation Elementary School has been successful and has contributed to improving the quality of learning and education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen konflik dan negosiasi sebagai kompetensi penting dalam pengelolaan organisasi. Naskah direvisi ke dalam format IMRAD menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur integratif. Sumber kajian meliputi buku dan artikel ilmiah mengenai konflik organisasi, gaya manajemen konflik, komunikasi, dan strategi negosiasi. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik dengan mengelompokkan literatur ke dalam konsep jenis konflik, gaya penanganan konflik, tahap negosiasi, serta implikasinya terhadap hubungan kerja dan efektivitas organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konflik merupakan fenomena yang tidak dapat dihindari karena anggota organisasi memiliki perbedaan kepentingan, peran, sumber daya, dan cara pandang. Konflik dapat bersifat destruktif apabila dibiarkan, tetapi dapat menjadi konstruktif apabila dikelola melalui diagnosis masalah, komunikasi terbuka, pemilihan gaya konflik yang tepat, dan negosiasi berbasis kepentingan. Gaya kolaborasi dan negosiasi integratif dinilai paling konstruktif untuk konflik yang kompleks karena berorientasi pada solusi saling menguntungkan. Pembahasan menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan, etika komunikasi, dan dokumentasi kesepakatan. Kesimpulannya, organisasi perlu mengembangkan keterampilan manajemen konflik dan negosiasi untuk membangun lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, produktif, dan adaptif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika tim dan kolaborasi dalam organisasi pendidikan dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja sama tim serta strategi penguatan sinergi tim. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur ilmiah seperti jurnal nasional, buku metodologi penelitian, dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik dinamika tim, komunikasi organisasi, dan kolaborasi dalam lembaga pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kolaborasi tim dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal yang saling berkaitan. Faktor internal meliputi kepemimpinan, komunikasi, kepercayaan, serta kemampuan mengelola konflik, sedangkan faktor eksternal mencakup dukungan organisasi, sumber daya, dan lingkungan kerja. Selain itu, strategi penguatan kerja sama tim dapat dilakukan melalui kepemimpinan yang efektif, komunikasi yang terbuka, pembagian peran yang jelas, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi kolaboratif, serta kegiatan team building. Seluruh faktor dan strategi tersebut saling berhubungan dalam membentuk sinergi tim yang efektif, produktif, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Merdeka Curriculum in enhancing independent learning among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 6 Limboto Barat. The research focuses on three aspects: the effectiveness of curriculum implementation in fostering students’ independence, school strategies to optimize its application, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The study employed a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively to provide a comprehensive picture of teaching practices and the involvement of schools and parents in supporting student independence. The findings show that the Merdeka Curriculum is fairly effective in cultivating independent learning. Students became more active, reflective, confident in expressing opinions, and responsible for their tasks. School strategies included initial ability mapping, continuous teacher training, teacher learning communities, and the use of digital technology. Supporting factors comprised teacher enthusiasm, adaptive leadership, adequate facilities, and parental involvement. Inhibiting factors included limited facilities, teachers’ adaptation challenges, heavy workloads, and uneven training. In conclusion, the Merdeka Curriculum effectively enhances students’ independent learning, although further mentoring and equitable support are still required.

Abstract

 Teacher professionalism competency is a major determining factor in the quality of education, so it requires the role of the principal's leadership strategy to facilitate the development of these competencies in a sustainable manner. Professionalism is a key element that influences the quality of education, therefore strategic leadership from the principal is needed to support the development of competencies in a sustainable manner. This study aims to analyze and describe the principal's strategic management in improving teacher professionalism competency. The purpose of this study is to tell and explain how the principal manages strategies to develop teacher professionalism. This study uses the method used is a literature review with various sources of literature in the form of scientific, books, and relevant articles. The research subjects consisted of the principal, vice principal for curriculum, and teachers who were selected purposively. The results of the study indicate that the principal's management strategy in improving teacher professionalism competency is implemented through four main strategies, namely: systematic and measurable professional program development planning; implementation of periodic and needs-based academic supervision; empowerment of professional learning communities through the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) forum and teacher working groups; and the provision of awards and motivation that encourage the continuous improvement of quality culture.

Abstract

Education financing management is an essential component in ensuring the sustainability and quality improvement of educational institutions. Effective, efficient, accountable, and transparent financial management contributes significantly to achieving educational goals and improving educational services. However, several challenges remain, including limited transparency, weak accountability systems, inefficient budget utilization, and unequal distribution of educational resources. This study aims to describe the concept of education financing management based on accountability and transparency, analyze its role in improving educational quality, and identify optimization strategies for effective financial management. This study employed a literature review approach by analyzing scientific journals, books, government regulations, educational policy documents, and research reports. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that accountability and transparency strengthen financial governance, increase public trust, enhance stakeholder participation, and support sustainable educational quality improvement. Optimization strategies include needs-based budgeting, digitalization of financial systems, strengthening human resource competencies, internal supervision, stakeholder involvement, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. Collaboration among government institutions, schools, communities, and all stakeholders is necessary to establish sustainable educational financial governance. Therefore, accountability and transparency should become the primary principles in educational financing management to achieve high-quality and equitable education.
