Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan individual dan observasi perilaku dalam konteks perilaku dan budaya organisasi. Perilaku individu dalam organisasi dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik psikologis dan demografis seperti kepribadian, motivasi, nilai, persepsi, usia, pendidikan, serta pengalaman kerja. Perbedaan karakteristik tersebut menyebabkan variasi dalam cara individu berinteraksi, mengambil keputusan, dan merespons situasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) melalui analisis jurnal dan buku ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap perbedaan individual sangat penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, sedangkan observasi perilaku menjadi metode efektif untuk memahami perilaku nyata individu dalam lingkungan kerja. Observasi memungkinkan identifikasi dinamika kelompok, interaksi sosial, serta implementasi budaya organisasi secara faktual. Keterkaitan antara perbedaan individual dan observasi perilaku memberikan landasan strategis bagi organisasi dalam merancang kebijakan, sistem evaluasi, dan pengembangan budaya kerja yang adaptif dan produktif. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua aspek tersebut berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has driven Islamic educational institutions, including madrasah, to adopt management information systems (MIS) to support administrative governance. This article examines the concept of MIS in Islamic education, its effectiveness in improving the performance of administrative staff, the factors that determine the success or failure of MIS implementation, and the strategic role of madrasah administrative staff as the primary operators of integrated data systems such as EMIS, SIMPATIKA, and DAPODIK. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review (library research), analyzing books, journal articles, and government regulations relevant to MIS in Islamic education. The findings show that MIS implementation significantly improves work efficiency, data accuracy, information accessibility, service quality, and managerial decision-making, while its success depends on adequate human resources, technological infrastructure, leadership commitment, continuous training, and system integration. Conversely, implementation failure is commonly caused by limited resources, resistance to change, low technological literacy, technical problems, and weak monitoring mechanisms. Empirical evidence from several madrasah-based studies confirms that the readiness and competence of administrative staff, rather than technological sophistication alone, are the key determinants of MIS success at the operational level. These findings reinforce the urgency of positioning administrative staff as the central unit of analysis in future research on Islamic education management information systems.

Abstract

Public administration reform is an effort undertaken to improve government governance so that it is more effective, transparent, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the public. Civil society plays a vital role as a partner to the government and as a watchdog over the implementation of public policies during the reform process. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of civil society in supporting public administration reform and to identify the types of contributions they make toward fostering good governance. This study was conducted qualitatively using a literature review approach. Data were obtained from various sources, such as books, scientific journals, laws and regulations, and documents on public administration reform and civil society; data analysis was conducted through literature collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing of conclusions. The study shows that civil society can increase public participation, monitor government performance, enhance transparency and accountability, support policies, and empower communities through social and educational activities. Collaboration between the government and civil society can also strengthen democracy and support successful public administration reform. Therefore, to carry out these tasks effectively, the government must provide support through regulations, access to information, and the empowerment of civil society organizations.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) at Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an (PPTQ) Ad Diin, Kuwarasan, Kebumen, focusing on five platforms mandated by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs: EMIS LPQ, SIPDAR PQ, SIMBA, SIKAP, and APKITA. The core issues addressed include the varying levels of platform adoption, the benefits gained, and the obstacles encountered during implementation. This research aims to describe the implementation process comprehensively, analyze its benefits for institutional management, and identify the challenges faced. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through participatory observation over approximately eight weeks, semi-structured in-depth interviews with the pesantren's director, senior teachers, and system operators, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's interactive model and validated through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that all five platforms are actively utilized, with EMIS LPQ and SIPDAR PQ being the most intensively used. Key benefits include improved institutional data accuracy, streamlined aid applications via SIMBA, facilitated teacher incentive submissions through SIKAP, and digitalized student financial management via APKITA. However, significant challenges persist, namely an overreliance on one to two operators, unstable internet infrastructure, low data-entry awareness among staff, and the absence of continuous operator training.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology demands that educational institutions shift from manual management to an integrated and efficient system. This paper examines a strategic model for developing a website-based Education Management Information System (SIMDIK) as a solution for education management in the digital era, using a literature review approach based on management information theory, national education regulations, and the implementation of digital education system reports. The study reveals six main strategies for developing SIMDIK: administrative digitization, academic service integration, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder service enhancement, digital culture development, and integration with national systems such as DAPODIK. Implementing these strategies can improve administrative efficiency, data accuracy, governance transparency, and the quality of education services. Website-based SIMDIK is a strategic foundation for realizing modern, accountable education management that is oriented toward continuous quality improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan fasilitas belajar terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMAN 1 Padang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Sampel sebanyak 88 siswa diambil dari populasi 764 siswa kelas X dan XI menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan toleransi kesalahan 10% dan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan siswa berada pada kategori cukup baik (75,09%) dan ketersediaan fasilitas belajar juga berada pada kategori cukup baik (73,14%). Persamaan regresi Ŷ = 42,176 + 0,561X dengan Fhitung = 24,873 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,224 berarti ketersediaan fasilitas belajar menyumbang 22,4% terhadap kepuasan siswa, sedangkan 77,6% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Sekolah perlu terus meningkatkan kelengkapan, kondisi, dan kemudahan akses fasilitas belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to classify customer loyalty of the Tokopedia e-commerce platform based on consumer behavior variables using a discriminatory analysis method. The data used is data sourced from the company's annual report, customer satisfaction survey published by Nielsen Indonesia in 2023, and aggregate transaction data used including purchase frequency, average transaction value, customer satisfaction level, recommendation behavior, and repeat order frequency. The dependent variables are the classifications of loyalty, loyal and disloyal. Data management uses SPSS. The results of the box's M test showed similarity in the variance-covariance matrix between the groups (p = 0.312 > 0.05). The discriminant function that was formed significantly differentiated the two groups (Wilks' Lamda = 0.187, p < 0.001) with a classification accuracy rate of 90.0%. The variable of purchase frequency and repeat orders is the most dominant variable in distinguishing customer loyalty groups
