Abstract

This study analyzes the concept of organizational culture and indicators of organizational members in shaping work behavior, improving effectiveness, and strengthening teamwork.. The sources include academic books, peer-reviewed articles, and scientific publications related to organizational culture, organizational effectiveness, member behavior, participation, and responsibility. The analysis was conducted thematically through concept identification, theme classification, synthesis, and practical implication formulation. The findings show that organizational culture is a system of values, norms, artifacts, and basic assumptions that guide member behavior. A strong organizational culture clarifies work standards, strengthens a sense of belonging, improves communication, and encourages collaboration. Key indicators of organizational members include participation, responsibility, discipline, communication, teamwork, commitment, and adaptability. The discussion emphasizes that organizational culture must be consciously managed by leaders and internalized through policies, role modeling, routines, and performance evaluation. In conclusion, organizational culture is a strategic instrument for shaping member quality and organizational success, especially in educational and social organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze regional-based educational planning in Cakung District, East Jakarta. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that Cakung District faces several educational challenges, including unequal educational facilities, the increasing number of school-age populations, and the need to improve educational infrastructure and teacher quality. The novelty of this study lies in its analysis of educational conditions based on administrative and socio-economic regional characteristics. Regional-based educational planning is considered capable of supporting the government in formulating more effective, equitable, and community-oriented educational policies. Therefore, this study contributes to the development of educational equity strategies in urban areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of educational financing management in improving learning quality in Indonesia from the perspectives of educational governance and accountability. The study employed a literature review method by examining relevant research articles, policy reports, and empirical evidence related to educational financing. The findings reveal a paradox between the substantial allocation of educational funding, which accounts for approximately 20% of the national state budget, and the relatively low student learning outcomes as indicated by international assessments such as PISA 2022. The structure of educational financing remains largely dominated by routine expenditures, particularly personnel salaries and allowances, limiting opportunities for investments that directly contribute to learning improvement. Furthermore, weak data integration, disparities in governance capacity across regions, and accountability mechanisms that remain predominantly administrative hinder the effective utilization of educational resources. The study concludes that improvements in learning quality are determined not only by the size of educational expenditures but also by the quality of governance, accountability systems, and policy orientations focused on learning outcomes. Therefore, a performance-based and outcome-oriented educational financing system is essential to enhance the effectiveness of educational investments and support sustainable improvements in educational quality.

Abstract

Educational quality is a crucial aspect in the provision of education because it influences the quality of the human resources produced. However, studies on educational quality are still largely conducted in a partial manner, focusing on the concept of quality, the characteristics of quality schools, and the organization of educational institutions. This study aims to describe the concept of quality in educational quality, analyze the characteristics of quality schools, and examine the scope of educational institutions that contribute to improving educational quality. The study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method. The results of the study indicate that educational quality is a multidimensional concept encompassing the quality of educational inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes. Quality schools are characterized by effective leadership, a strong culture of quality, high teacher quality, a conducive learning environment, and a sustainable quality assurance system. In addition, the organization of educational institutions oriented towards professional governance, stakeholder participation, and continuous evaluation has been shown to contribute to improving educational quality. This study contributes in the form of a conceptual synthesis that integrates the dimensions of educational quality, the characteristics of quality schools, and the organization of educational institutions within a comprehensive analytical framework.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing and management aspects of the Ettdjawa Farm Goat Milk Center in Purwokerto using a business feasibility study approach. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, and data were collected through observations and interviews. The findings reveal that marketing strategies are carried out through direct marketing (door-to-door) and social media promotion. These strategies have been effective in introducing goat milk products, increasing consumer trust, and expanding market reach. In terms of management, the business is operated independently and uses a simple management system covering production processes, livestock maintenance, human resource management, and environmental management. Despite its simple operations, the business has maintained product quality and utilized livestock waste as organic fertilizer that benefits the surrounding community. Therefore, Ettdjawa Farm demonstrates strong potential and is feasible for further development through improved marketing strategies and optimized business management

Abstract

This study explores the strategies and effectiveness of the recovery of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City following the COVID-19 pandemic. By reviewing recent scholarly articles, it examines the roles of government policies, digital transformation, product diversification, and multistakeholder collaboration in supporting MSME sustainability. The review findings show that economic stimulus policies such as cash assistance, credit relaxation, and digital training significantly impact the resilience and growth of MSMEs. Moreover, MSMEs' adaptation to technology and the role of communities further strengthen local economic resilience. This study contributes to the literature on regional economic recovery and serves as a foundation for data-driven policy-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and social media on the consumptive behavior of students in the Economic Education program at HKBP Nommensen University, with financial literacy as an intervening variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires. The research sample consists of Economic Education students from the 2025 cohort. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression and mediation testing. The results show that lifestyle and social media have a positive effect on consumptive behavior. However, financial literacy is able to mediate the relationship by reducing the level of consumptive behavior.

Abstract

An organizational intervention project is a planned change strategy aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness through improvements to its structure, systems, and work culture. This study aims to analyze the synchronization between organizational development theory and its implementation in a case study of an educational institution. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach using literature review and case study analysis techniques. Data were obtained from Indonesian journals and books from the past ten years that discuss organizational development, technostructural interventions, and change communication. The results indicate that interventions initiated with a comprehensive organizational diagnosis, implemented in a participatory manner, and supported by effective internal communication can improve academic performance, administrative efficiency, and foster a collaborative work culture. These findings align with organizational development theory, which emphasizes the importance of systematic and sustainable change. Furthermore, Islamic value perspectives, such as the principles of deliberation, trustworthiness, and responsible leadership, strengthen the ethical foundation for implementing organizational interventions. Thus, planned and values-based organizational intervention projects not only improve managerial effectiveness but also create sustainable and meaningful change for all organizational members.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the tendency of madrasah branding which is still oriented towards promotion, publication of activities, academic achievements, and strengthening physical facilities, while the value of adab as the main characteristic of Islamic education has not been fully managed strategically as an institutional identity. This study aims to analyze the construction of adab-based madrasah branding in strengthening the image of the institution through the formation of student character as a representation of the quality of education. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and open questionnaires involving madrasah heads, teachers, students, and parents. The results of the study show that adab-based branding is built through strengthening madrasah culture, teacher examples, habituating positive behavior, and consistent institutional communication. This finding confirms that a strong madrasah image is formed from the internalization of adab values that are applied systematically, sustainably, and measurably.

Abstract

The development of marketplaces like Shopee has significantly changed people's shopping behavior. However, the rise of unethical business practices, such as misleading promotions, late delivery, and poor customer service, poses a challenge in maintaining consumer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the role of business ethics in repeat purchase decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The research method used a literature review, analyzing various journals, books, and related scientific articles. The results show that business ethics, consisting of honest information, price transparency, transaction security, service fairness, and seller responsibility, have a positive influence on repeat purchase decisions. Consumers are more likely to repeat purchases when they feel treated fairly, safely, and transparently by the seller and the platform. The implications of this research are important for businesses and marketplace managers to improve ethical business practices to build long-term loyalty.
