Abstract

In the management of educational institutions, information is crucial.Information isn't simply necessary for external interests, but it's additionallyhighly influential for the institution itself. SIMPEG is an application designedby and utilized by MTsNacross the whole of Bandung to manage the personnelinformation system. Personnel management services at MTsN across thewhole of Bandung can be managed using SIMPEG, allowing institutionalleaders to observe the strengths and limitations of the servicesoffered. Thefocus of this research is to learn how SIMPEG is applied, how customersatisfaction are with civil servant administrative services, and to verify theresearch hypothesis. This research belongs to the field of quantitative researchand employsthe descriptive correlation technique. The researcher was using arandom sampling method when collecting the sample. Researchers used aLikertscalemodelquestionnaireasmaindataanddisseminatedquestionnaires to 60 samples. According to the findings of this research, thereis a relationship between SIMPEG implementation and customer satisfactionwith civil servant administration services at MTsN all through the city ofBandung, with a value of 0.442 indicating the intensity of the relationship.Thus, Ha is approved, and there is a favorable and substantial connectionbetween SIMPEG implementation and customer satisfaction with civil servantadministration services at MTsN all through the city of Bandung.

Abstract

The use of media and learning methods is the right solution for teacher educators to develop students' skills. The media most likely to be implemented in schools is the use of audiovisual media. The aim of this research is to determine the process of using audiovisual learning media in teaching speaking skills to high school students, of course not only the school but all institutions must utilize the media in the most creative way possible. Apart from being interesting, it is also useful in increasing students' interest in learning, it also helps to develop students' hard skills and soft skills. There are also many types of media that can be used, including: audio media, visual media and audiovisual media. In institutions with Islamic boarding school nuances or in Islamic boarding schools, such as what researchers conducted at SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research was carried out for learning because it utilizes available technology to channel the writer's abilities in the field of creation, especially in audiovisual media which will be distributed to help the teaching and learning process in improving students' interest in learning to be more creative in learning.

Abstract

This research explores the urgency of improving quality at MA Nurul Jadid through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM), as the main key to achieving quality education. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, this research found that TQM, with the support of strong leadership, active participation, and increased communication at MA Nurul Jadid, also contributed significantly in forming a culture of quality at MA Nurul Jadid

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate educational management strategies applied in MI Miftahul ulum village deep Gading with a focus on improving the quality of learning. Through a qualitative and quantitative approach, the study explores the various strategies that have been implemented by the institutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. This research uses methods of qualitative analysis of descriptive research. With a collation of research at MI Miftahul ulum village deep deep Gading. Data analysis using data collection methods through interviews, class observations, and document analysis related to educational management strategies that have been implemented. The research identified several key strategies, including the use of technology in the learning process, the involvement of parents in supporting the education of their children, the implementation of innovative learning models, and improved teacher training and development. In addition, the study also assessed the positive impact of such strategies on student academic achievement, learning motivation, and active participation in extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the essence of the quality of educational services in Islamic elementary schools. The method and type of data collection in this research is a research library by collecting books, journals and the results of previous studies that support the research theme. The concept of quality education refers to policies, teaching and learning processes, curriculum, infrastructure and educational staff. This quality must refer to the achievement of progress based on planned changes. There are two strategies for quality educators, namely academy-oriented education to provide a minimal basis in the course of education required by the demands of the times and improve the quality of education that is oriented towards life skills.

Abstract

The organization is where people gather and work together rationally and systematically in utilizing organizational resources efficiently and effectively to achieve predetermined goals. This directed collaboration is carried out by following the interaction pattern between each individual or group in and outside the organization. The interaction pattern is aligned with various rules, norms, beliefs, and specific values as determined by the organization; the interaction pattern within a specific time will form a familiar habit or an organizational culture that always controls the organization's members. Thus a solid organizational culture is a form of organizational performance. Tall one. In management, organizing/organizing is something that is needed. Why is that because of organization, including a form of realization/execution of the initial management plan? Abstract

Religious moderation is an effort to understand and assure all who have a religion to carry out their activities according to their beliefs. Religious moderation reflects a person's success and the scope of a nation with a culture of tolerance and a healthy environment in society. Because religion is a sensitive matter, that becomes the most significant conflict material in the community outside of other factors. This study aimed to find out and describe the inculcation of religious moderation in SMPN 5 Prabumulih through the motto FRIENDLY. SMPN 5 Prabumulih carries out these efforts, so indirectly, they have carried out the function of their slogan, namely FRIENDLY, where the religious part is reflected in the religious activities provided by the school; the mandate function is to realize the needs of Muslim and non-Muslim students according to reality without any difference, the independent part is that the school gives students the freedom to take a stand in studying their respective religions. In contrast, for the safe function, the school provides a sense of security and comfort for all students to practice their religion in the school environment. For a harmonious process, namely, the school offers education character in students and teachers as well as all parties of SMPN 5 Prabumulih to have values and morals as educated citizens who look after each other, provide a sense of security and tolerance, not be racist or limit the movements of those who are in the minority.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Bank Sumut Tebing tinggi Branch. This research is field research which is carried out directly at the research location or place where the phenomenon being studied occurs. This research uses an associative approach which aims to find relationships or associations between variables. The method used is a quantitative method, where the data collected is in the form of numbers or data that can be calculated. The focus of the research is to examine the influence of independent variables such as Leadership (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3), the intervening variable Job Satisfaction (Z), and the dependent variable OCB (Y). This research was conducted with a population of 41 employees of Bank Sumut Tebing Tinggi Branch. The results of this research show that leadership, work environment and organizational commitment have a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Bank Sumut Tebing Tinggi Branch

Abstract

This research supports the teacher professionalism competency approach in handling bullying cases by implementing a school literacy movement program. The research method uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document review which are then analyzed using the CIPP method. Research findings show that the school literacy movement is effective in creating a reading culture in the secondary school environment and is able to reduce cases of bullying. Teachers are actively involved in inserting literacy elements in various subjects to improve students' reading and writing skills. In addition, giving research projects or assignments that involve the analysis of reading material has a big impact on students who form discussion groups or anti-bullying clubs with a focus on positive values and personal development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the communication model used by the principal in improving the quality of education at MA Nurul Jadid. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that there are 3 communication patterns carried out by the principal of MA Nurul Jadid, namely interpersonal communication, group communication, and mass communication. The communication carried out by the principal of MA Nurul Jadid in improving the quality of education is a form of communication in interacting with teachers, students, and parents. The media used are discussion (consultation), giving actions or examples, telephone, website, and whatsapp. Therefore, with the communication patterns that have been implemented properly, it can create effective communication
