Abstract

This study focuses on optimizing zakat management at BAZNAS Bungo Regency to realize sustainable welfare for Mustahik through the productive zakat program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the productive zakat program in improving the welfare of mustahik in a sustainable manner, as well as to identify obstacles faced in the collection, distribution, and empowerment of mustahik. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation at the BAZNAS Bungo Regency. The results of the study indicate that although the productive zakat program has been running, there are still challenges in monitoring and mentoring mustahik and limitations in the application of technology to support zakat management. This study also found that closer collaboration between BAZNAS and the local Government is not just beneficial, but crucial for the optimal empowerment of mustahik. The implications of this study are the importance of strengthening monitoring and evaluation strategies and increasing the use of technology to improve the effectiveness of zakat management. In addition, closer collaboration is needed between zakat institutions and local governments to support the empowerment of mustahik more optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

This article discusses Content Marketing Strategies in Increasing Consumer Interaction with Social Media Users. In Indonesia, the number of active social media users will be 167 million people in January 2023. This number is equivalent to 60.4% of the population in the country. The large number of active social media users in Indonesia today has an impact on the development of the digital economy. Trends in the business world continue to vary towards digitalization and have succeeded in changing the way we interact in marketing communications from conventional marketing to digital marketing. The basic motivation behind digital marketing is to advance the brand, form preferences and increase sales through several digital marketing promotional methods such as content marketing. The objectives to be achieved in this research are to understand content marketing strategies in increasing consumer interaction with social media users and analyzing factors. drivers and barriers in increasing consumer interaction with social media users through content marketing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the content marketing strategy for increasing consumer interaction among social media users is to create content that is easy to understand, share motivation, persuade and encourage customers, explain product supporting criteria, and pay attention to the views of friends, family and the surrounding environment. The driving and inhibiting factors in increasing consumer interaction with social media users through content marketing are through design, presenting the latest phenomena, consistency in uploading, and suitability for customers.

Abstract

This research explores teachers' strategies in raising students' learning awareness at MTs Miftahul Ulum Bago Pasirian. Learning awareness is considered key to creating an effective learning environment in this madrasa. Teachers have a vital role in guiding and forming students' learning awareness, which influences motivation, ability improvement, and interpersonal relationships. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results highlight strategies such as providing insight, integrating technology in teaching, evaluating with strategy adjustments, and parental involvement. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of science and education in madrasas, especially in the context of increasing students' learning awareness

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand One Gate Integrated Service Management (PTSP) in improving service quality at MIS At Taqwa Bondowoso . This research was conducted at the Private Islamic Elementary School of At Taqwa Bondowoso , which in this research is called MIS At Taqwa Bondowoso . This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach using observation, interviews, and documentation method. Data analysis refers to the concept of Miles and Huberman : data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that One Gate Integrated Service Management (PTSP) in improving service quality at MIS At Taqwa Bondowoso includes planning process in the form of procurement of PTSP lobby space, analysis and organization of personnel, analysis and fulfillment of supporting resources; the implementation process of One Gate Integrated Services (PTSP) is divided into seven services: staffing and correspondence services, student services, curriculum services, madrasah operator services, financial services which are divided into BOS treasurer and madrasah treasurer, as well as general administration services ; the evaluation process is carried out every three months in the form of an evaluation meeting led by the Head of the Madrasah.

Abstract

Recently, the phenomenon of paradigm revolution arised in the management of tertiary institutions (both state or private) to become financially more independent institutions, no longer only rely on funding subsidies from the government, but doing for innovating, exploring, and managing the potential "assets" possessed for Realizing the independence of the university. One of the concepts offered in that direction is the development of academic entrepreneurs. This article was intended to describe the development of academic entrepreneurs in the perspective of management, prospects and challenges for PTKIS.The approach of the study was Qualitative methods. While the data collection was carried out through literature studies and other secondary data. The results of the study showed that the development of academic entrepreneurs in the management perspective got prospects, and at the same time got challenges. to react for this, it was recommended that university, especially PTKIS, started mapping readiness to the development of academic entrepreneurs using the scale of readiness calculation or unpreparedness in implementing it.

Abstract

Curriculum changes are a natural process in education. The introduction of a new curriculum serves to refresh, expand, and improve the current curriculum. Curriculum changes reflect the government's efforts in developing the education system. In 2022, there was another curriculum change, namely the Merdeka Curriculum. Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum approach that prioritizes diverse content in extracurricular learning, which will provide more time for learners to understand concepts and strengthen their competencies. Teachers also have the freedom to choose various teaching aids, so that learning can be tailored to learners' learning needs and interests. Teachers' performance must be better, as they have not fully understood the Merdeka Curriculum. Based on the results of the research conducted, the implementation of the independent curriculum has been getting better and more intensive and has succeeded in making students more creative, enthusiastic, and have good character. Abstract

Parents in the family have roles and responsibilities towards their children. Every parent wants to have a child who has a good moral personality or is pious. To achieve this desire, parents are expected to optimize their roles and responsibilities as parents towards their children. Parenting and educating children is carried out by various kinds of parenting patterns such as democratic; authoritarian; permissive; and neglect (indifferent). The parenting style in this discussion is neglectful parenting. This parenting style is a parenting style that pays little attention to the child and parents are more concerned with the parents own personality. In this writing, we use the library study method to provide solutions for good Islamic education patterns. Which is where parenting patterns in Islam are in accordance with Islamic teachings which will improve parenting patterns for children in the midst of modern era developments.

Abstract

This research discusses the Islamic Concept of Education in the Womb. Why is this research interesting to discuss? Education during pregnancy is crucial in Islamic concepts, and Islam pays attention to the unborn child from an early stage. Therefore, the author explains how important it is to educate children in the future as an excellent investment to continue the sustainability of civilization as the nation's successors. To obtain an excellent investment in children, it is necessary to pay attention to the education and development of the child during pregnancy. Because the prenatal period is the foundation for further development (postnatal). Methodologically, this article is a literature review. Furthermore, this study is essentially a library research. The data analysis used in this research is content analysis, which involves analyzing the content of books. Another method used is the critical comparative method, which compares the thoughts of experts. From this research, it is found that among the verses about the education of children in the womb are found in Surah Ali-Imran verses 35 and 38, Surah Al-A’raf verse 172, As-Shaffat verse 100, and then Surah Al-Hajj verse 2. The development of the fetus in the womb begins with the creation of the human being in the initial phase, followed by the creation of the human being in the advanced phase, which goes through several stages: the stage of biological chemical elements from the essence of the earth, the stage of semen, the stage of sperm, the stage of clot, the stage of lump, the age of bones, the flesh period, and then the final creation period. Parents have the responsibility to educate and care for their children even during pregnancy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the leadership role of the principal in developing religious culture at SMPN 1 Wringan Bondowoso for the 2022-2023 academic year. The research method used is a qualitative approach that produces naturalistic data in the form of natural explanations. The data collection method uses observation, interviews and documentation, while the analysis method uses interactive models in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. And obtain the validity of the data using the validity of the data with the source trianggulation technique. The results of this study show that the role of the principal in developing religious culture at SMPN 1 Wringan by carrying out education in the academic and nonacademic fields by supporting Islamic values and prioritizing akhlakul karimah. Although it is not an Islamic school, it does not change the context of religious education carried out by SMPN 1 Wringan such as habituation to recite before lessons begin, Friday charity, congregational dhuhur prayers, and commemoration of Islamic holidays

Abstract

This paper describes the management of extracurricular activities as a marketing strategy for excellent schools at the elementary school level, as it is understood that marketing is an exceptionally vital and quite significant activity that is directly felt and closely related to the surrounding community. Marketing strategy can be an essential indicator determining an educational institution's success in marketing activities, mainly in maintaining the value of schools that have achieved superior accreditation. The objectives of this study include; (1) describing extracurricular planning as a marketing strategy for a superior school at SDN Besuk Agung Probolinggo, East Java; (2) describing extracurricular implementation as a marketing strategy for excellent schools at SDN Besuk Agung Probolinggo, East Java; (3) describe extracurricular evaluation as a marketing strategy for excellent schools at SDN Besuk Agung Probolinggo, East Java. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, and both print and electronic documentation. The research results show that; (1) The extracurricular planning process consists of five categories based on the interests of students, such as scouting; sport; dance art; gamelan music art; and religion; (2) The extracurricular process is scheduled between 14.00 and 16.00 WIB on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. At the same time, this is a strategy for promoting excellent schools (Accreditation A) socialized to parents and the wider community. Especially in the process of accepting new students every new school year at SDN Besuk Agung, as well as program activities at schools and related service programs; (3) The results of extracurricular evaluations that become additional specializations for students become material for study by school principals and policymakers who are under them to realize new extracurricular specializations in the next period.
