Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of an innovative microteaching model in enhancing the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge) competence of prospective teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo. Despite the crucial role of technology in contemporary education, MI prospective teachers often encounter challenges integrating TPACK into their teaching practices. Therefore, an innovative microteaching model is adopted as an approach to address these obstacles. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that MI prospective teachers face obstacles such as limited knowledge of technology and difficulties in designing effective technology-integrated lessons. The innovative microteaching model, involving steps like identifying TPACK needs, instructional design, microteaching implementation, and reflection, proves effective in enhancing TPACK competence. MI prospective teachers experience improvements in knowledge, the development of skills in designing technology-integrated lessons, and enhanced teaching abilities. Practical recommendations from this research emphasize the integration of the innovative microteaching model into the curriculum and training programs for MI prospective teachers. The importance of technological infrastructure development in MI is also underscored. With the implementation of this model, it is expected that MI prospective teachers can enhance their TPACK competence and provide quality learning experiences to MI students in the digital era. This research contributes significantly to the development of MI education with a focus on the use of technology in learning.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia aims to internalize the values of Pancasila in the pupils, becoming a shared responsibility between family, school, and society. This research highlights the important role of education in shaping the character of the student profile of Pancasila as the basic capital of the nation. The research focuses on the social changes that occurred in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Era 4.0), especially with the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the use of AI Chat as a learning tool. Character education is necessary to give birth to a young generation that has the identity of a strong nation. However, the challenges of the 4.0 era, such as information openness and digital globalization, demand new approaches. Using AI Chat as a learning tool becomes a solution to shaping the Pancasila generation. The research explores the impact of student interaction with AI Chat technology on character aspects, such as independence, digital ethics, and communication skills. Pancasila's student profile is a guide in embedding character in accordance with the values of Pancasila. This research aims to provide a deep understanding of student interaction with AI Chat and explore the integration of this technology into the educational curriculum. Thus, it is expected that AI Chat technology not only provides knowledge, but also forms a positive character, laying the foundation for individual success in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Abstract

Teachers' difficulty in evaluating learning, especially in fiqh subjects, is one of the problems in achieving learning objectives. Therefore, an assessment is needed to measure the effectiveness of the use of curriculum, strategies, and learning processes. As with the use of the 2013 curriculum, which applies a system of assessment of attitudes, knowledge and skills. This assessment is often called authentic assessment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the application of authentic assessment has on student learning achievement in fiqh subjects. This study involved 67 students of MA Nurul Jadid class XII IPA Regular 2 and XII IPA Regular 3. This research uses quantitative methods of correlative or causal associative techniques, with correlation analysis using person product moment.  Data collection was obtained from the results of written tests and questionnaires. The analysis results show the correlation between variables x and y, which is 0.064 with a value of r = 0.227. These results when consulted to the interpretation column show a low correlation between x and y which is in the range of 0.20 -0, 399. so the Sig. (2-tailed) value = 0.064 which is greater than 0.05 (0.064>0.05). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is, there is an influence between the application of authentic assessment on student learning achievement but it is still low..
