Public roads are shared facilities passed by the community to support their mobility. Islamic teachings stipulate that public roads are a basic human right that no one may hinder. However, some people have taken advantage of public roads for the benefit of weddings and other private events, thereby disrupting and hindering community activities. This paper aims to examine the use of public roads in weddings from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law by focusing on two questions: First, what is the view of Islamic law on the use of public roads for weddings in society? Second, what are the regulations for using public roads for people holding wedding events in the community based on the Police Chief Regulation No. 10 of 2012 concerning road use other than for traffic activities? This type of research is library research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by reading news, books and articles related to the research problem and then analyzed using the deductive method. The results of the study show that weddings are included as road use for personal gain. The use of roads that are private, among others, for weddings, funerals, or other activities. Roads that can be used for private purposes are regency roads, city roads and village roads. If the use of the road results in road closure, a road use permit must be issued by the Indonesian National Police (“Polri”). Based on Article 17 of the Police Headquarters Number 10 of 2012, which contains how to obtain a road use permit.

Islam is the complete religion in dealing with humankind from waking up to sleeping, everything has been regulated in Islam, one of which is the obligation of Iddah and Ihdad, both of which are not new laws in this modern era, but both have been around since the time of Rasulullah SAW . The provisions of iddah and ihdad that have been established by Islam are experiencing a bit of a problem in this modern era due to the large number of women who are involved in the world of careers and work to meet the needs of their families therefore the purpose of this research is to examine the opinion of the fuqaha regarding women who undergo iddah and ihdad periods but continues his career outside the home. This study used a qualitative method with the type of library research through a textual approach based on the arguments of the fuqaha scholars who sourced from journals, books, books of scholars and other scientific writings. The author draws the conclusion from this study that women who are in iddah and ihdad are prohibited from marrying before the iddah period is over and are prohibited from leaving the house except for emergencies, and are prohibited from decorating themselves. However, if a woman leaves the house to fulfil her needs, it is permissible in Islamic law, with a note that she does not overdo it when decorating, and it is reasonable.

Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a development of Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) designed to process and classify data. Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) is an artificial neural network architecture known for its good performance as it processes input data sequentially. In a study conducted by Sugiharto et al., the Recurrent Neural Network method was found to have an accuracy rate of 65%, with an average macro precision of 0.59, an average macro recall of 0.62, and an average macro F1-score of 0.60. The weighted average precision was 0.67, the weighted average recall was 0.65, and the weighted average F1-score was 0.65. Both Convolutional Neural Network and Recurrent Neural Network can be used for research in organizational management, especially in the postgraduate program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The development of artificial intelligence-based systems can also assist management in providing better services. This research describes the implementation of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) to examine the roles of Leadership and Workforce Agility in organizational agility within the postgraduate program at UMSU. The analysis results draw conclusions regarding the best values for accuracy, precision, recall, and F-measure between the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Recurrent Neural Network algorithms

Learning Islamic religious education requires good educational management in the process. Madrasas as schools have religious characteristics as seen from the learning that carries out the process of moral and mental development which is also supported by the process of cultivating a religious atmosphere in madrasa institutions. Religious culture at school also needs to be supported by the religious culture of the family at home. The existence of religious culture at home is a synchronization of religious culture at school. Which means that instilling religious values in students needs to be supported by the family environment. An example is instilling awareness of the five daily prayers which are carried out by habit at home. Therefore, the role of the family is very important in realizing the religious culture of students at school. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe the religious culture at MIN 1 Pali. The techniques used by researchers to collect data in this research are as follows: in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. This article uses Miles Huberman's flow analysis model, that activities in descriptive data analysis take place in three ways, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation and (3) conclusion drawing or verification.
