Abstract

Research in Artificial Intelligence (AI) assesses its impact on educational management, focusing on Madrasah Head roles. This qualitative approach employs library studies as its research design, effectively achieving its goals. AI encompasses human-like intelligence, including cognitive abilities, learning, adaptability, and decision-making. However, not all AI can fulfill Madrasah Head responsibilities, such as managing, educating, administrating, leading, innovating, motivating, and mediating, as it can't encompass humanism and exemplarity. Although AI is widely adopted in various fields, it initially took the form of computers and evolved into web-based educational systems, humanoid robots, and chatbots for instructor tasks. While these platforms enhance administrative functions and teaching quality, they lack consideration for human challenges in Madrasah. They operate based on programmed settings and can't foster creativity, which is essential in education. The spirit of educational management is rooted in communication, interaction, and a persuasive approach among Madrasah Heads, teachers, and staff, particularly in Islamic institutions where exemplary leadership is paramount. Despite rapid technological advancements, the irreplaceable role of Madrasah Heads remains essential, as they embody values and qualities that technology or AI cannot replicate

Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced world, of course, brings a change in the global order model. Under conditions of economic uncertainty both globally and domestically, as well as conditions where exchange rates tend to depreciate, people tend to hedge by purchasing assets that can be traded globally. The phenomenon of cryptocurrencies or what is understood as digital currency and this which is currently rife is becoming one of the activities for the world community. Indonesia is of course also not left behind, the government's action in supporting crypto asset trading is a form of strategy in accelerating, creating, and encouraging efforts to develop Indonesia's digital economy in 2030. In Indonesia, crypto currency has become the government's concern and has become an object regulated in regulation. The bibliographical analysis method in this scientific paper will describe the concept of the results of the analysis and innovations that have great potential for cryptocurrencies. The descriptive analysis provides a comprehensive overview of the research question how to trade cryptocurrencies in the perspective of Islamic law. Another goal is to understand the regulation, especially government policy, from a sharia perspective, the use of virtual currency as a legal payment method is still being debated. In this study, the views of scholars regarding the existence of cryptocurrencies will be conveyed through the interpretation of the perspective of Islamic law and their analysis in relation to the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence online-based new student admission services have on student satisfaction at MAN 3 Pekanbaru City. This research includes correlation research consisting of online-based PPDB service variables (X) and student satisfaction variables (Y). The methodology in this research is quantitative. The population used in this research was all students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City, totaling 835 people. Because the population was large, the researchers took 105 people to be respondents. This sampling technique uses a systematic sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. This research data was analyzed using quantitative percentages and simple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that 1) the level of online-based admissions services for new students, namely 83%, is classified as very good, 2) the level of student satisfaction, namely 70.6%, is classified as good, 3) there is a positive influence between online-based PPDB services on student satisfaction in Madrasas. Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City with a correlation value of 10,203. This is proven by the correlation test with a Tcount value of 10.208 which is greater than Ttable at the 5% significance level, namely 1.986 (10.208>1.986). The calculation result of the coefficient of determination R square is 0.503. This shows that the influence of online-based new student admission services on student satisfaction at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City is 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. So, the better the online-based student admission service, the higher the level of student satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem studied in this research is the lack of optimal competency of SMAIT Qordova School graduates, Bandung Regency. The problem of absorbing graduates who are not yet able to compete is due to the low quality of graduates. This is a phenomenon of the quality of graduate competence not being optimal. This research is intended to obtain the educational concept of SMAIT Qordova Bandung Regency in improving the quality of graduate competency so that it can produce graduates who are qualified and in line with future needs. The method used in this research is the Explanatory Survey Method. The data collection technique uses an ordinal scale questionnaire. The number of respondents was 21 educators, taken as a whole from teachers at SMAIT Qordova. Data processing techniques use Path Analysis Models. In detail, the results of this research show that: (1) The principal's leadership has a strong, positive and significant influence on teachers' teaching performance and management of learning facilities; (2) The principal's leadership and the teacher's teaching performance have a positive and significant effect on the learning process; (3) The principal's leadership, teacher's teaching performance, and the learning process have a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduate competency

Abstract

Technological developments from time to time are increasingly sophisticated in line with people's lifestyles which are now switching to using artificial devices to make it easier to meet their needs. This includes completing secondary needs such as clothing and beauty products which can be reached through e-commerce applications. An e-commerce application is an application that provides online buying and selling services with supporting features that facilitate human mobility to meet needs. Among several e-commerce sites that are spread and developing in Indonesia, one of the most trusted and popular e-commerce applications that offers high-quality fashion products is the Zalora application. The quality of different products causes price variations. This variation in prices offered then becomes one of the factors that influences consumer interest in the Zalora e-commerce application. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out how much influence the existence of the Zalora e-commerce application has on consumer interest. In this scientific work, we used quantitative research methods in the form of questionnaires submitted to several participants from various backgrounds and ages to find the conclusion that consumer interest in the Zalora e-commerce application is influenced by several factors that significantly influence purchasing decisions in e-commerce applications. Zalora. These factors include: product quality, price variations offered, frequency of discount offers, ease of delivery, and ease of making payments.

Abstract

Media is very important in delivering learning material to media students that can be used such as interactive media, books and the internet. Along with the development of the times and increasingly advanced technology, the development of books and interactive media is very suitable to be developed by the applicable curriculum. The purpose of this study is to produce Interactive Digital Books Based on Lectora Inspire in Research Methods Subjects that are developed according to the elements of validity, effectiveness, practicality, and attractiveness. This study uses a 4-D development model developed by Tiagarajan and Sammel (1974), namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop and (4) Disseminate. The results of this study, the average validity reached 86.5% (very valid). The effectiveness is 88.5% (very effective), and the effectiveness of learning outcomes is 90,7% (Graduated), the practicality of the product reaches 91.8% (very good) and the attractiveness of the product reaches 94.2% (very interesting). The conclusion from the results of this study, Interactive Digital Book Based on Lectora Inspire in Research Methods Subjects can be used by lecturers and students as a practical learning resource and effectively improves student learning outcomes.

Abstract

As a learning agents, Islamic Religious Education Teachers (GPAI) have a central role in building the quality of PAI learning. One of the factors that influence the quality of PAI learning is the selection to learnthe  right learning approach by GPAI in designing and managinto learnng. Therefore, in the context of learning reform that should be carried out by PAI teachers is how to change the pattern of PAI learning activities which are dominated by the application of conventional (teacher-oriented) learning approaches to student-oriented learning approaches. One of them is a problem-solving strategy. The purpose of this research is an effort to cover GPAI skills in exploring students' abilities to think creatively, critically and rationally through problem-solving learning models and strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research. Sources of research data come from books, journals and scientific articles. All data obtained were analyzed with a hermeneutic scalpel. The results of this study indicate that problem-solving learning strategies can stimulate students to think creatively, critically and rationally. The motivation for work is based on employees' increased performance in Islamic educational institutions. Educational institutions are various formal institutions with different individual characters and motivations. Motivation Work appears in the behaviour of everyone inside an activity or work, and motivation is a person's mental state that drives to do something giving action-guiding force to achievement need. Motivation can raise encouragement or Work Spirit for every individual. Push or Spirit of work is strongly influenced by factors situation, workmate, policy, reward, type of work, and moderate challenges someone faces. This objective study reveals another aspect of the base motivation of employees to increase performance to get results and work maximum according to the stated target. This article uses the qualitative method, data collection using the form of interviews and observations, and then For analyze data using interactive analysis. The data obtained conclude that motivation for the work of teachers and employees in institutions of Islamic education is not only financially oriented, but other factors can underlie the base motivation of teachers and employees, that as intention devotion For practising knowledge with reward as a form of worship to Allah SWT. Intention and sincerity is the main asset for teachers and employees in institutions of Islamic education, so performance they Keep going to experience positive changes and developments for progress and quality education in institutions of Islamic teaching.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country located in the Pacific ring of fire, making the Indonesian nation has many islands and is prone to earthquakes. One of the islands in Indonesia is the Nusa Tenggara archipelago. It has a Back Arch Trust due to pressure under the Australian continent, resulting in the Nusa Tenggara region being prone to earthquakes. Administratively, Nusa Tenggara comprises the Provinces of West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara. This research aims to analyze an area on the island of Nusa Tenggara related to its vulnerability to earthquake disasters. The method is carried out by analyzing literature studies to obtain the distribution of disasters and determine the Mitigation suggestions to be determined. Based on research results from academics who have published journals as a reference for determining policies in disaster mitigation. Based on the research and literature studies, it can be concluded that the Nusa Tenggara area is prone to earthquakes.For this reason, mitigation activities in the Nusa Tenggara Islands must be carried out continuously and sustainably so that the community understands related to Disaster Mitigation as a whole. As for the Mitigation that we suggest, it is necessary to socialize the Map of earthquake-prone areas to be used as a reference for development, Construction of earthquake-resistant houses, good cooperation between researchers and the government in the socialization of Mitigation, Using lightweight and shock-resistant building materials, mitigation education that is integrated with the curriculum in the Nusa Tenggara region.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to respond to global demands for quality human resources. One strategy that has proven effective is through the superior tahfidz Al-Qur'an program implemented at the Siti Chodijah Islamic Elementary School. This research explores and analyzes management strategies that can empower the optimal potential of the program to improve student quality. A qualitative approach was used to examine the implementation of management strategies in various educational institutions that have succeeded in achieving excellence through the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program. The research results show that strategic management that focuses on the superior tahfidz Al-Qur'an program has a significant positive impact on improving the quality of education. This strategy includes careful planning, efficient resource management, empowering teaching staff, integrating technology, and establishing an inclusive Islamic learning culture. Implementation of this strategy consistently contributes to improving learning outcomes, strengthening Islamic values, and developing student character. These findings contribute to further understanding of strategic management in improving the quality of education through the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program. The practical implications of this research can be used as a reference for educational institutions in designing policies and implementing effective management strategies to achieve excellence in Islamic education. Thus, this research becomes a valuable guide for decision makers, administrators and educational practitioners who are interested in developing the quality of education through the implementation of superior Al-Qur'an tahfidz programs.

Abstract

institutions will be able to increase public interest in the educational services offered. To be able to realize this, educational institutions need a strategy so that this can be achieved. The strategies needed include positioning and differentiation related to educational services. This article aims to discuss everything related to positioning and differentiation of Islamic education services. The method used in this paper is a literature review or literature study which contains theories that are relevant to the problems that will be discussed, the study is explained regarding the concepts and theories used based on available literature, from books and articles that has been published in a scientific journal. The results of this article regarding positioning and differentiation of educational services are that these two things can be said to be two interrelated things, because positioning is a positioning for educational institutions to show their position to the wider community with a good and positive image and worthy of their services being used. , while differentiation is about the methods or strategies used by educational institutions to be able to provide a more unique difference from competitors or other educational institutions, so that this difference can attract the interest of consumers (the public) who are then interested in using the services of educational institutions.
