Abstract

This study aims to discover and describe the problems of pesantren leadership case study PP. Ra'iyatul Husanan (sunan derajad) Wringin, Bondowoso. Specific objectives: 1) To know the Leadership Strategy in PP. Ra'iyatul Husanan (Sunan Derajad) Wringin, Bondowoso, 2) Kiai strategy in attracting public interest, 3) Leadership Pattern In PP. Ro'iyatul Husanan (Sunan Derajad) Wringin, Bondowoso. The results of this study show that the problem of pesantren leadership can be resolved by always following the developments that occur in society without changing the existing culture.  With the slogan "devotees become guardians" is a strategy implemented by the caregivers of the Ra'iyatul Husnan 05 Islamic Boarding School (Sunan Drajad) to attract community interest in responding to the needs and challenges that exist in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the madrasah readiness in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar). The research applies a mixed-method approach, specifically a combination of qualitative and quantitative research with the concurrent triangulation strategy model. Data collection techniques involve interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research findings are as follows: 1) Teachers' readiness in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum, encompassing dimensions such as a) teachers' knowledge falls into the "ready" category; b) self-development efforts are categorized as "ready"; and c) teachers' readiness in teaching is also categorized as "ready." Therefore, we can conclude that, overall, teachers fall into the "ready" category. 2) The readiness of facilities and infrastructure at MTsN 1 Bone in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum, which includes the following dimensions: a) Capacity and capacity in “ready” category; b) Learning facilities and infrastructure in “ready” category; c) Supporting facilities and infrastructure in “ready” category.

Abstract

Islamic religious education teachers play an important role in shaping the character of school students. Because an Islamic teacher is a teacher who can educate the personality of his students according to Islamic law. The role of Islamic religious teachers is to shape the behavior of students who were previously less capable to become better and those who were previously good to become even better. Therefore, Islamic religious teachers, apart from providing religious knowledge, also help shape students' character according to Islamic law and Indonesian culture. This research aims to determine the contribution of Islamic religious education teachers in forming student character. This research is qualitative research, namely library research which uses books and other literature as the main topic. The research results show that Islamic teachers are one of the pioneers in the success and formation of students' personalities, because they play an important role as sponsors or imitators in implementing personality formation in schools. The contribution of Islamic religious education teachers in shaping student character, namely empowerment, role modeling, intervention, integration, sekrening.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and compensation on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Pamijahan sub-district bogor accredited B. This study used quantitative research. The collected data in the form of numbers are analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. This study used a questionnaire that was non-test. The questionnaire is systematically prepared by the researcher by submitting a written statement, answered by the respondent and returned to the researcher (Sugiyono, 2018). The questionnaire in this study was a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study contained a series of statements, including five alternative answers to both positive and negative statements answered by teachers. Based on the regression test, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment, compensation on teacher performance.

Abstract

Quality Control Circle management in an institution provides positive energy to an institution in building institutional quality control; strengthening control circle management is needed to continue to support institutions in improving their quality, especially in the era of digital society. This study aims to analyze and examine the direction of the Quality Control Circle through a partnership at RA Perwanida III Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo. This study uses a qualitative approach. Technical analysis of data through interviews, observation and documentation is then carried out by reduction, which is processed on the last data display to conclude. Research shows gains; first, Quality Control Circle management has been running at RA Perwanida III. This management is carried out through planning, partnership programs, school branding and evaluation. The implications obtained for institutions are that the quality of institutions is increasing, as seen in institutions that are increasingly recognized by the wider community, with a marked increase in students from year to year.

Abstract

This study uses the Teacher Student Relationship method to determine the cultivation of character and quality improvement of character education for students at the Nurul Wafa Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out circularly using three approaches: l) participant observation, 2) in-depth interviews, and 3) documentation. While the data analysis in this study was carried out through; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study show that cultivating character using the Teacher Student Relationship method at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Wafa Demung, Besuki, Situbondo can have a positive impact on instilling character with Harmonization of Internal and External Communication, Delegation of Authority, and Mutual Relationship as a step in building quality character education to students.

Abstract

The focus of this paper is on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence or artificial intelligence in improving the quality of learning. Artificial Intelligence is a process of modeling human thinking and designing a machine so that it can behave like a human or another term called cognitive tasks, namely how machines can learn automatically from data and information that has been programmed. The digital and dynamic nature of Artificial Intelligence also offers opportunities for user engagement that cannot be found in often out-of-date documents or in fixed environments. Artificial Intelligence will collect data from learning activities that have been carried out by users, and then will provide alternative learning solutions that suit user needs. Artificial Intelligence has the potential to encourage and accelerate the discovery of new learning boundaries and the creation of innovative technologies in learning, this is expected to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies in improving customer behavior through Emotional Attachment (EA) in educational institutions. The focus of this research is to identify key elements in HRM strategies that positively influence emotional interactions between educational institutions and their consumers. Qualitative research methods were used by combining interviews and observation. Data analysis will include identifying patterns, themes, and nuances that emerge from interviews and observations. This research will illustrate how HRM policies in educational institutions, such as teaching staff development and cultural atmosphere, can shape students' emotional attachment. The output will provide an in-depth understanding of the influence of HRM on students' emotional experiences and its potential to improve student behavior in educational settings. The results of this research show that Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving customer behavior through Emotional Attachment (EA) has a significant role in influencing the emotional relationship between employees and customers, which ultimately improves customer behavior. Through developing employee skills and leadership, empowering staff, as well as measuring and monitoring employee satisfaction, it can be said to be a key component in creating a work environment that supports Emotional Attachment. HRM strategies that are responsive to employee needs open the door to more positive personal interactions, creating strong emotional bonds between employees and customers

Abstract

The current situation of Islamic educational institutions is facing a negative cycle and quality problems. This situation is caused by ineffective management at the Islamic Education Institute (LPI). Studies show that leadership is the key to changing negative cycles. He also played a big role in establishing Islamic education. To transform Islamic education into a reference LPI, strong leadership is needed to build quality and superior human resource management. Strong leadership is leadership that has a vision to create effective organizational processes, culture and a good learning environment. Undoubtedly, the leadership model in question is not a conventional leadership model; rather, it is a model of extraordinary leadership—spiritual leadership that brings enlightenment to the world of education. Therefore, leadership based on religious ethics is also called spiritual leadership. Leadership that creates inspiration and innovation.

Abstract

Character becomes important in a person's life, because the character becomes one of the determinants of one's success. Therefore, a strong and positive character needs to be formed well. Education is not only enough to make children smart, but also must b able to create noble values or character. A person's success is not determined solely by knowledge and technical abilities only, but more by the ability to manage themselves and others (soft skills). the character of Indonesian society has not been in according with the ideals of the nation. The factors that cause the nation's low character are: (1) the education system places less emphasis on character building, but more emphasis on intellectual development, (2) environmental conditions that do not support development of good character. Formation characters, especially students become urgent and urgent to immediately realized in order to create a better society, namely society can face regional and global challenges. Regional and global challenges in question is how our young generation not only has the academic abilities focused on cognitive abilities only, but also affective and moral aspects touched. On the other hand the values and spirit of the nation and state can be an inspiration for strengthening the identity of the nation's character education in the faces of multidimensional crisis. Education US a the totality of effort and action must be carried out through three educational institutions that are, Family, School and community. Therefore, integration is required Board of Family Education, school education and Community Education Board in conducting character education. Strengthening the three educational institutions shows that character education is necessary in order to anticipate the problems of the futures are becoming more complex.
