Abstract

The rise of internet use is certainly one of the causes of character change in Generation Z. People in Generation Z were born at a time when technology spread across the world, therefore their familiarity with gadgets has a significant influence on their personality. To live along with the times, of course, character education should take part in it, one of which is by presenting values of leadership that can be emulated by the current generation, such as those of one of the Prophet's companions, namely Caliph Umar bin Khattab. This research uses literature study research methodology, which is the process of collecting materials related to research from books, journals, literature, and other publications that deserve to be used as sources for further research by the author. As a result, several values of leadership Umar bin Khattab can be emulated because they are considered relevant to the current moral condition of Gen Z, namely the value of Umar bin Khattab's religiosity in embracing Islam and always struggling in da'wah, the value of his courage in upholding justice, upholding high tolerance values between religious communities, holding the principle of simplicity in the midst of the wealth he has, and always working hard by exerting all the efforts he has without getting tired.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of the school principals’ managerial and supervisory competeonward teacher performance in SMK Al-Furqon. This research is field research using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the school principal’s managerial competence in SMK Al-Furqon Bondowoso is included in the very good category with a percentage value of 80%. Furthermore, the school principal’s supervisory competence is included in the very good category with a percentage value of 75%. Teacher performance is also included in the very good category with a percentage value of 85%. In addition, there is no effect of the school principal's managerial competence on teacher performance in SMK Al-Furqon Bondowoso. This was concluded based on calculations using the tcount test with a significance value of 0.271 > 0.05, and the results of count 1150 <2.109, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. There is also no effect of the school principal's supervisory competence on teacher performance. This was concluded based on calculations using the count test with a significance value of 0.271 > 0.05, and the results of count 1150 <2.109, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Conversely, based on calculations that have been carricounted out using the F test (Simultaneous) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the results of Fcount 74.539 > 3.55 or Fcount > Ftable, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that there is an effect from managerial and supervisory competence on teacher performance. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.898. Thus, the effect of the school principal’s managerial and supervisory competence on teacher performance is 89%

Abstract

Every household will not be separated from consumption behavior, both to meet primary needs and secondary needs in the survival of the household. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors and how influential they have on the consumption level of the Voting Committee (PPS) of 13 villages in Kotaanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo District. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data. This study used multiple regression tests. The results of this study show that the salary variable and the side income variable have a positive and significant effect  while  the variable number of family dependents has no significant effect on consumption.

Abstract

This research attempts to address these challenges by constructing a classification model using the Naive Bayes algorithm. Naive Bayes is a statistical algorithm that can be employed to predict the probability of membership in a class based on the available data. This method can assist the Department of Industry and Trade of Langkat Regency in selecting targeted programs and identifying SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) with potential success. The research will involve the collection and analysis of data regarding SMEs in Langkat Regency, including information about the industry type, geographic location, and business formality status. This data will be utilized to train the Naive Bayes classification model to predict the potential success of programs offered by the Department of Trade and Industry. Consequently, it is anticipated that this model can aid in more effective and efficient decision-making in the management of SME programs

Abstract

Project Based Learning is a learning approach that gives students the freedom to plan learning activities, carry out projects collaboratively, and produce work products that can be presented to others. This research explains the implementation of the independent curriculum by applying the basic learning project model for learning Islamic religious education. This research can be seen in terms of type and nature, so it takes the form of a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research are the research method used in this research, namely literature review. The project-based learning model is one of the appropriate models for using the independent curriculum, because this learning model can develop the potential of students in increasing their creativity in accordance with the Pancasila student profile which is one of the characteristics of the independent curriculum. In this project-based learning, it is in accordance with Islamic religious education learning by utilizing used goods and making wall magazines that are related to Islamic Religius Education material such as zakat, hajj, and others related to Islamic Religius Education material.

Abstract

Every individual has certainly hopes or expectations of things or the environment in which they stand. Likewise with students who place themselves in Islamic boarding schools, of course they want comfort and tranquility in the learning process so that it is easy to absorb knowledge. The performance provided by an educational institution will be a measure of comfort in the learning process both in terms of services, facilities, suitability of tasks given by the teacher and selfefficacy. Some of these things are expected to be embedded in the performance of an institution so that it can improve the quality of existing learning. Because the more comfortable the learning process that students go through, the more quality it will produce. The results of the study show that the four performance variables have a positive effect on the learning quality of students at the Takhossus Diny Bahrul Ulum Institute

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify research gin on educational stastartups Indonesia. There were five proposed research questions: (RQ1) publication trends; (RQ2) publishers which published the most articles; (RQ3) researcher who was productive; (RQ4) the most cited article titles; and (RQ5) publication network map. The design research was quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research method uses a literature review with bibliometric analysis. The research data was from the Google Scholar database. Data analysis was done using VOSviewer software. The resindicatecates: (1) publications with the theme Education Startup (EdTech) in Indonesia were 49 articles; (2) KhazanahIntelektual was the publisher which publishes the most article on Education Startup (EdTech) in Indonesia; (3) Nurkholifatul Maula was the productive researcher (4 articles); (4) the paper written by Faulinda Ely Nastiti and AghniRizqiNimal Abdu entitled “Indonesian Education Readiness to Face the Era of Society 5.0” was the most cited (261 citations); and (5) there was only one cluster has the opportunity to be a research gap related to Education Startup (EdTech) in Indonesia. The results indicate there was a research gap, so future research has the potential to be renewable research on management science and digital entrepreneurship

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out: (1) The impact of changing subjects on learning planning at Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Midad Lumajang. (2) The impact of changing subjects on the learning process at Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Midad Lumajang. (3) The impact of changes in subject matter on learning outcomes at Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Midad Lumajang. This study uses a type of field research with a qualitative research design. The results showed that changes in subjects from the 2014-2015 school year to the 2022-2023 school year led to improvements in the subject structure in the form of adding subjects at the Ibtidaiyah and Tsanawiyah levels. Increasing the quantity and quality of subjects at both levels has an impact on problems: (1) equating teaching material in one subject with different teachers at each level, (2) study time and, (3) assessment of learning outcomes. Alternatives taken by madrasah diniyah to overcome this problem while improving the quality of learning are pursued through new policies by forming: (1) subject teacher meetings, (2) scheduling rote submissions once every two weeks and (3) forming Takhossus Kitab Kuning and Reading Al-Quran classes Koran. The process of changing subjects is carried out based on the evaluation results which are routinely carried out at the end of each school year
