Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment within secondary education institutions, specifically at SMA Darussalam Banyuwangi. Servant leadership focuses on leaders serving the needs of their team members, fostering a supportive and empowering environment that enhances employee engagement and loyalty. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to gather data from selected informants through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that servant leadership significantly increases organizational commitment, with leaders emphasizing empathy, support, professional development, and recognition, thereby reducing stress and burnout among staff. The study provides practical insights and recommendations for educational leaders to optimize staff commitment and performance, ultimately improving the overall quality of education. .

Abstract

The millennial generation has a significant influence on organizational culture change. Organizations that want to succeed in the future need to adapt to the values ​​and expectations of this generation. By understanding and accommodating the needs of the millennial generation, organizations can create a more engaging, productive, and sustainable work environment. The influence of millennial values ​​on organizational culture is a dynamic and evolving process. By understanding the values ​​held by the millennial generation, organizations can create a more engaging, productive, and sustainable work environment. Based on the explanation above, this article aims to determine the influence of millennial values ​​on organizational culture. The method of writing this article is based on a qualitative approach with a literature review design which is also known as library research. Literature research is a research method that is carried out by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information from various existing sources, such as scientific journals, books, articles, research reports, and other online sources. The results of this article indicate that the millennial generation is a valuable asset for organizations. By understanding their characteristics and expectations, organizations can create a more engaging and productive work environment. Abstract

Education in Indonesia has always been a major concern, given its crucial role in shaping the future generation. However, in recent years, our education system has faced various challenges that require innovation and fundamental change. One of the government's efforts to overcome this is by launching the Independent Curriculum. Through this curriculum, it is hoped that a more meaningful, enjoyable, and relevant learning process can be created to meet the needs of students. Thus, the teaching and learning process can be adjusted to the unique characteristics and needs of each student. The Independent Curriculum also encourages the development of 21st century competencies, such as critical, creative, and collaborative thinking, which are urgently needed in today's digital era, an effort to unleash the potential of students. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Because this research is an analytical study and not a calculation, the results obtained are stated in the form of statements obtained from observations of the research object and are factual or in accordance with existing phenomena. The results of this study are Designing interesting and meaningful learning and a challenge that is continuously faced by educators. However, by applying the principles of active learning, differentiated learning, and collaborative learning, teachers can create a fun and inspiring learning environment for students.

Abstract

Organizational culture has long been recognized as one of the most valuable assets of an organization. A strong culture can be the difference between a successful organization and a failed one. The values, norms, and beliefs held collectively by members of an organization serve as a compass that guides the actions and decisions of each individual. For example, if integrity is held in high regard, then the policies made should reflect transparency and accountability. Policies and procedures provide guidance on the behavior expected of employees. A strong organizational culture is a valuable asset for any company. Management plays a central role in building and maintaining this culture. By addressing various challenges, management can create a positive and productive work environment. The method of writing this article is based on qualitative research with a literature review design, also known as library research. Reviewing the literature in accordance with the theories discussed in the field of educational management. The goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of a topic, identify research trends, and build a theoretical framework for further research. The results of this study indicate that the congruence of values ​​between individuals and organizations is an important factor in building a healthy and productive organizational culture. Meanwhile, organizations also have values ​​embedded in their culture and business goals, such as innovation, sustainability, or profitability. Differences in values ​​between individuals and organizations are natural.

Abstract

The Independent Learning Curriculum is a new idea in Indonesian education that is very welcome. This curriculum offers more student-centered and meaningful learning because it was made with flexibility and relevance in mind. Turning the back of your hand is not an easy way to use it, though. A method of learning that fits with the Independent Learning Curriculum is project-based learning. Students are at the heart of project-based learning, which puts them in charge of their own learning and lets them learn through real-life projects. Teachers play a big part in helping their students learn how to think critically. This kind of study is called qualitative research. If you want to do descriptive research, you can get written or spoken words from people and facts from their actions that you can see. This is what qualitative research means. Project-based learning is a new and interesting way to learn, according to the results of this study. Students are more likely to learn when they are working on projects that involve fixing problems from real life. Project-based learning tries to use the real world as a teaching tool. No longer do students learn vague ideas that have nothing to do with their everyday lives. Students work in groups to finish real projects in project-based learning. This process teaches them to accept each other's opinions, talk to each other clearly, and come to an agreement.

Abstract

There is often a dissonance between religious values, as stated in the hadith, and modern business practices, especially in complex and rapidly changing digital crisis situations. The increasingly sophisticated digital technology today has made major changes to the world, giving birth to various types of increasingly advanced digital technologies. Various groups have been facilitated in accessing information in various ways, and can enjoy digital technology facilities freely and easily under control. The application of hadith values ​​can increase the effectiveness of digital crisis management. By integrating hadith values, organizations can respond to crises faster, more effectively, and more humanely. However, the challenge is that there is no comprehensive framework on how hadith values ​​can be effectively applied in digital crisis management. This study uses a qualitative approach by means of library research. The research approach is the analysis of texts and information related to the study. The data sources for this study are scientific books, journals, scientific research results, scientific study results, seminar results, and so on. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that knowing the most relevant hadith values ​​in the context of digital crisis management is an important step in building a better, stronger, and more sustainable company. By integrating religious values ​​into business practices, companies can make positive contributions to society and achieve long-term success.

Abstract

The quality of education in schools is a major concern in efforts to build superior human resources. However, in practice, various obstacles are often encountered that hinder the achievement of these goals. Some teachers may have good academic knowledge but lack effective teaching methods. Therefore, professional training and development programs for teachers must be improved so that they can provide more interesting and effective learning for students. Lack of Accurate Data: Often, data on teacher needs is inaccurate or not well integrated. This causes difficulties in making proper planning. Qualitative research methods are an approach that aims to explore the meaning and deep understanding of a phenomenon. This study uses a case study design which is one form of qualitative research that focuses on in-depth investigation of a particular unit of analysis, such as individuals, groups, organizations, or events. The results of this study indicate that Data serves as an important basis for planning teacher needs effectively. Through data analysis, we can identify specific teacher shortages, uneven distribution of teachers across regions, and gaps in teacher qualifications. Ultimately, data-based planning ensures that every student has access to qualified teachers and high-quality education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of performance assessment criteria in improving the professionalism of education personnel at MAN 2 Banyuwangi. The results showed that the implementation of clear and structured assessment criteria contributed to a significant increase in the performance and professionalism of education personnel. The education personnel involved showed higher activity in self-development, training, and participation in school activities. The evaluation also noted improvements in task management and work methods, indicating that the implementation of appropriate assessment criteria can improve the quality of teaching and the professional atmosphere in the educational environment. This study used a qualitative approach with thematic analysis type to explore the implementation of performance assessment criteria at MAN 2 Banyuwangi. This location was chosen because of the relevance of the assessment policy applied to the focus of the study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies, with informants selected using purposive sampling to ensure the relevance of the information. Data analysis techniques involved coding and grouping themes, while the validity of the data was checked through triangulation, member checking, and audit trails. The results showed that the implementation of assessment criteria served to improve the quality of teaching by setting measurable standards in various aspects of teaching. Curriculum adjustments, ongoing training, and self-development programs contribute to improving the professionalism of education personnel. Satisfaction and motivation of education personnel are also considered as important factors in teaching effectiveness. Overall, the implementation of structured assessment criteria not only improves the quality of teaching but also supports teacher career development and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims o determine the development of hand puppet media on the learning interest of class III at SDN 16 Sungai Pinyuh. The research method used is the (Risearch & Development) mehod, while the research model used is 4-D with the stages of designing, defining, developing and disseminating. The sample included in this research, namely class III students at SDN 16 Sungai Pinyuh, totaled 52 students consisting of 23 male and 29 famale. The validation technique used is a validation questionnaire for material experts and media experts. Data collection uses student response questionnaires and interest assessments. Data analysis techniques are used to determine the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of hand puppet media. The research results show: 1) feasibility, 2) practicality, and 3) effectiveness. Media expert validation obtained a total score of 100% in the “very worthy” category. Meanwhile, material expert validation obtained a total score of 87,5% in the “very feasible” category. Field trials measure the practicality of the product through 3 stages, namely individual scale field tests, small scale field tests and large scale field tests. With student response quentionnaires the average total score 98.0% in the “very practical” category. Meanwhile, field trials to measure effectiveness only used large-scale field tests and the effectiveness field tests obtained an overall test score of 4,0 in the “very effetive” category. With the media developed by researchers created to help the enthusiasm of students who lack interest in learning so they can achieve the desired learning goals. The conclusion is that hand puppet media is feasible, practical and effective to be used as a learning medium for the theme 3 Objects Around Me in Class III in Elementary School.

Abstract

Low reading interest in students will affect the low knowledge and insight of students. High reading interest will cause students to feel more enthusiastic and happy when learning. The more reading, the more information will be absorbed so that it will increase knowledge and insight. With full awareness, students will be more active in reading and active in participating in learning. This research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of background, sources, background methods collected through natural settings. This study uses data collection techniques, namely interviews. Based on the results of the study, the reading interest of fourth grade students at SDN 15 Sungai Pinyuh is classified as moderate because this researcher shows that the reading interest of fourth grade students at SDN 15 Sungai Pinyuh still needs to be improved. Students are less motivated to read due to the lack of interesting reading books and less varied reading activities. Factors that influence reading interest are the availability of books at home, parental support, and literacy activities at school.
