Abstract

This research examines the application of variations in teacher teaching styles to children with special needs at SLBN 1 Kulonprogo. And this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are teachers with physical impairments, teachers with intellectual disabilities and teachers with hearing impairments. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display and concluding drawing/verification. The results of this research show that in this school the application of various teacher teaching styles for children with special needs has not been implemented perfectly because, many teachers still have problems with the use of media, or from their own students.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the final semester exam in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMPN 13 Surakarta. Evaluation is carried out to assess the extent to which the final semester exam achieves learning objectives and provides an overview of the effectiveness of the evaluation methods used at SMPN 13 Surakarta. This research method involves qualitative analysis and in-depth interviews conducted on December 27 2023 at SMPN 13 Surakarta regarding regarding the teacher's role in preparing for the final semester exam, exam questions, test results, and student responses to the exam.. The final semester exam questions at SMPN 13 Surakarta were prepared by city MGNP, so they were not created internally by the school. The results of the final semester exams are distributed through report cards which will be received by the students' parents. Students' responses to the end-of-semester exams that make them depressed include parents' expectations of the results of the final semester exams. It is hoped that the results of the research will provide useful information for curriculum development and improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning at SMPN 13 Surakarta. Apart from that, this research is expected to provide useful information, both for teachers, students and parents. It is also hoped that this research will be research that can be used again as a research reference later.

Abstract

Indonesia has different traditional and cultural structures such as those in Minangkabau. By having a matrilineal system, namely where the lineage follows the mother’s liniage. The existence of this matrilineal system is one of the strong reasons that the Minangkabau people have implemented gender equality in Minangkabau culture. Bundo Kanduang is also called “limpapeh rumah nan gadang, sumarak in nagari”, mother as bundo kanduang is a symbol of honor within the clan and within the nagari. This research is qualitative research with a historical approach. These data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and interviews. The informations in this research were 2 people, namely Mr. Yunan Sirhan and Mrs. Rahma. The results obtained from this research are that the bundo kanduang in the city of Medan was formed on September 13, 2017. The role of the Bundo Kanduang in customs is, manure alua nan luruih (according to a straight path), managing the road nan pasa (taking the market road), maintaining the harato and pusako (looking after property and inheritance) looking after children.

Abstract

The needs of Indonesians are driving a rapid development in beauty products, particularly in skincare. Reglow is one of those products that Indonesians truly appreciate, as evidenced by the sales process, which has prompted competition among cosmetic companies for the attention of consumers. The aim of this research is to examine and evaluate the influence of consumer dissatisfaction and low product quality as motivators for product switching intentions, as well as the influence of knowledge value as a stabilizing factor on switching intentions for repeat purchases. The decision of a customer to switch is influenced by a variety of factors. This research employs a quantitative methodology. In this study, primary data were used as the data source. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect the data. Purposive sampling was used to select 95 respondents for the Santriwati Ppondok Pesantren Annuqayah Lubangasa Putri sample for this study. The data in this study will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 21 for Windows. The study's findings indicate that while knowledge value has a negative impact on consumers' intentions to switch to skincare reglow products, customer dissatisfaction and poor product quality have a positive influence.

Abstract

The making of this documentary aims to promote to the public about the traditional food bika koto baru found in Tanah Datar Regency. The promotion aims to increase the existence of traditional bika koto baru food in the midst of the existence of modern foods at this time. This documentary was made using the Capcut Pro 2023 application for video editing. The results of this study indicate that documentary films are effectively used as promotional materials for traditional bika koto baru food to the general public who have been set targets and assisted with supporting media as a promotional campaign for traditional bika koto baru food.

Abstract

The type of research used is participant PTK, where research is directly involved in the research process from the beginning until the research results are in the form of reports. Thus, since research planning is always involved, the research then monitors, records and collects data, then analyzes the data and ends by reporting the results of the research. The results of the research show that the observation results in cycle 1 obtained a percentage at the first meeting, namely 62% and at the second meeting, the score was 60%. Based on the percentage results, it shows that student activities for cycle 1 actions are classified as sufficient. The results of student observations in cycle 1 at first meeting obtained a score percentage of 62% and at the second meeting the score was 68%. The results of the second cycle student observations obtained a percentage in the first meeting, namely 81% and in the second meeting the score was 91%. Based on these results, it shows that student activities for cycle II actions are classified as very good.

Abstract

Yang menjadi latarbelakang penelitian ini adalah persepsi sejumlah guru dan praktisi pendidikan yang mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan kurikulum merdeka di Papua sangat sulit dan belum saatnya untuk dilakukan. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka mulai dilaksanakan pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini terlaksana dengan tujuan menggambarkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat sekolah dasar di Provinsi Papua Pegunungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjadi bahan untuk merumuskan kebijakan oleh pemerintah, menjadi sumber rujukan bagi peneliti lain, dan menjadi pengetahuan umum bagi masyarakat khususnya yang berkutat di dunia pendidikan dasar. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan angket. Pengawas, Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru Sekolah Dasar di empat Kabupaten menjadi subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian tersebut ditentukan dengan menggunakan tehnik pengambilan sampel secara purposif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga opsi implementasi kurikulum tingkat sekolah dasar antara lain; 1) Kurikulum merdeka belajar, 2) Kurikulum merdeka berbagi, dan 3) Kurikulum merdeka mandiri. Sebagi an besar sekolah masih menerapkan opsi kurikulum merdeka belajar. Walaupun diberikan tiga opsi, implementasi kurikulum di tingkat satuan pendidikan masih terkesan kaku dan tidak merdeka. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah pusat, melalui dinas pendidikan provinsi dan kabupaten harus bersinergi memastikan implementasi kurikulum yang sesuai dengan target atau standar yang ditetapkan pemerintah.

Abstract

This research aims to answer questions regarding the formulation of the problem: first, about how the management of madrasa heads improves the quality of madrasas; secondly, about what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for madrasa head management in improving the quality of madrasas. This type of research includes qualitative research, which produces data and analysis using descriptive methods adapted to field studies. Data collected used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research can be said that there are four stages in madrasa head management, namely: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. Implementation of madrasah head management in Planning is holding coordination meetings with the academic community (madrasah heads, vice-principals, teachers and staff). In organizing, tasks and responsibilities are divided into each division. Actuating the implementation of quality improvement programs from the results of meetings that have been mutually agreed upon, and the head of the madrasah providing direction. And the last one is the controlling stage, this is carried out by monitoring Job Descriptions and evaluations at meetings at the beginning and end of the school year. Supporting factors include young and superior, creative and innovative human resources, fairly complete facilities, strategic location and effective learning. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include a lack of funds to complete existing infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to answer questions about the problem formulation: first, about the role of Madrasah Heads in improving Teacher performance; second, supporting factors and inhibiting factors for Madrasah Heads in improving teacher performance. In order to find out the problem and obtain accurate data, researchers used observation methods (field observations), interviews or interviews and documentation. By using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. From this research it can be said that the role of the head of the madrasah, especially at the MIN 2 Pasuruan institution, plays a more active role because of the nature of women who tend to be motherly and protective of the madrasah residents. The madrasa head has carried out his role as an educator and manager. administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. The supporting factors regarding the role of madrasah heads in improving teacher performance are: Discipline and enthusiasm of madrasah residents in the learning process. Adequate facilities. The hopes and enthusiasm of the teachers are to make madrasah superior compared to other schools. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in improving teacher performance is the diversity of students' different characters. teacher commitment, human resources and IT skills possessed by teachers.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar in the digital era offers a new paradigm in education, allowing individuals to learn according to their needs and interests without being bound by physical boundaries or a rigid curriculum. The use of technology, such as online learning and games, allows wider access to information and learning. However, the digital divide between urban and rural areas and paradigm changes in the world of education are the main challenges. Efforts are needed to increase access to technology throughout Indonesia and change mindsets in education. Changing learning paradigms requires teachers to become learning facilitators who are able to accommodate students' individual differences. By overcoming these challenges, Merdeka Belajar in the digital era can improve the quality of education, develop student creativity and innovation, strengthen collaboration between students and teachers, and increase educational accessibility. The concept of Independent Learning is expected to create an educational environment that is inclusive, adaptive and relevant to the demands of the times.
