Abstract

Education is an integral part of human life because it is a tool for personal growth and realization of human potential. The quality of humans as multidimensional beings is primarily determined by the educational process. Humanism is a philosophy of education that states that humans are full of creativity and happiness that does not require the approval or support of others. The main goal of humanistic education is to encourage learners' independent personalities, responsible learning, creativity and interest in the surrounding environment. MTS Noor Musholla is a private educational institution that teaches traditional education and Islamic studies. It offers education based on Islamic principles. This form of education also requires vision and principles so that the information given to students is conveyed properly. The relationship between teachers and students must also be built well. This research article is a descriptive research article. The data collection used in this research is done by collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through observations and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through journals and library references. The result of the philosophy of humanistme education of MTS Noor Musholla Surabaya is a humanistic teaching approach that has an impact on the learning process. Student learning motivation, the principle of humanistic approach that can provide learning to students and help develop social, emotional, holistic developmental skills and the application of humanism values that can help develop potential.

Abstract

Risk is a possibility or uncertainty in an activity regarding conditions that will occur later. Risks can be in the form of obstacles or opportunities, therefore every activity in an institution must have careful planning, especially in school educational institutions. Careful planning will minimize or avoid risks, so that later the quality of education can be improved. This article discusses efforts to improve the quality of education through the educational risk management process. The results of the research in this article are that risk management in an educational institution really needs to be done in order to achieve good quality education. This research uses Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Vocational School as the research sample. This research approach uses qualitative methods by processing data obtained through observations, interviews, observation and documentation which is then described through narrative text. Risk management at Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Vocational School includes several steps including 1) risk identification 2) measuring the magnitude of risk 3) risk management 4) risk evaluation 5) developing educational quality. Developing the quality of education includes handling, both handling of educators, students and also the educational curriculum.

Abstract

If all teachers carry out as explained by Ki Hajar Dewantara, there will be an increase in quality of learning. Learning to be of quality if in process changes occur in students which include cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. To cover these three aspects requires teacher expertise as a class manager.This research was conducted examine how classroom management strategies be implemented as alternative solution to improve quality learning in educational environment. By understanding important role of classroom management, this research also make a concrete contribution to development of more efficient learning methods. This research uses a qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Where the researcher collecting data by conducting observations and interviews to obtain information about essential phenomena from the participants experiences. Based on the results of interviews and observations linked to indicators and supporting theories, it can be concluded that the resource as the teacher already has good classroom management skills, she really pays attention for comfort of his students so that learning and teaching activities in the classroom run well. Then from the research it also be seen that there is commitment and sincerity from VI A class teacher in educating students and maintaining the quality of learning so that the quality of learning can improve..

Abstract

Humans themselves are special and special creatures. With this specialty, there are still many mysteries that cannot be revealed within humans, including regarding perfection. Let alone regarding perfection, even regarding human understanding itself, the experts out there have not reached a consensus in agreeing on human understanding. However, in essence, humans are servants of Allah SWT who must always worship Him, so that they can hopefully reach the point of perfection. This research itself is qualitative research with a literature review approach. From the research that the author has carried out, it is found that contemporary humans today will find it difficult to achieve perfection. Because from the study that the author has tried to explain, this perfection can only be done by always worshiping Allah, sharpening your mind and mind as well as knowledge and also maintaining hablum minannas. This is very different from contemporary humans today who are far from God and even indulge in lust and laziness.

Abstract

The motivation behind this research stems from the primary school kids' limited understanding and lack of inventiveness when it comes to arranging floor patterns in dance. The objective of this study is to assess the cognitive abilities and artistic innovation of primary school kids in the arrangement of dance floor patterns, and propose strategies to enhance their proficiency and inventiveness in this domain. The research was carried out at SDN Pleret Lor, including a total of 10 pupils in the sixth grade. The employed research methodology is qualitative research, specifically descriptive study. Data gathering techniques encompass the methods of observation, documentation, interviews, and surveys. The findings of this study indicate that students' proficiency and ingenuity in organising floor designs are frequently deficient. The researchers propose a novel approach, called the MPPM method, to enhance students' knowledge and creativity in creating floor patterns. This strategy involves a sequence of learning activities, starting with reading and watching, followed by guided direction, project work, and evaluations. During the guided briefing stage, students receive instructions on how to organise floor patterns in dance and the factors that need to be taken into account when organising them, such as their compatibility with dance themes, costumes, and motions.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is an educational approach that caters to and acknowledges the varying abilities, interests, and learning styles of pupils. Media education Box Up is an educational medium presented in the format of an Explosion Box. The objective of this best practice is to investigate the functionality of “Box Up” Learning Media in the implementation of Differentiated Learning at SDN Pleret Lor, assess the potential of “Box Up” Learning Media in the implementation of Differentiated Learning at SDN Pleret Lor, and evaluate the effectiveness of “Box Up” Learning Media in the implementation of Differentiated Learning at SDN Pleret Lor. The study design employed is qualitative descriptive in order to examine the implementation of the Differentiated learning paradigm. The findings indicated that Grade 6 students at SDN Pleret Lor achieved an average score of 46 after engaging in learning activities prior to utilising the "Box Up" Learning Media. Learning after utilising Box Up Learning Media yielded superior outcomes compared to learning before to its use, with an average score of 75. Consequently, there was a 29% improvement in learning outcomes. This phenomenon occurs due to the utilisation of "Box Up" Learning Media, which has been proven to enhance the passion of sixth-grade pupils at SD Negeri Pleret Lor.

Abstract

Conflicts that arise can cause problems both within oneself, between individuals and groups. These problems are very diverse, differences of opinion between a person's heart and mind can cause conflict. The conflict that arises can be in the form of inner conflict. This research aims to determine the inner conflict contained in the song Berita To Friends by Ebiet G. Ade using a literary psychology approach. By analyzing the lyrics of the song "Berita To Kawan" using a literary psychology approach, this research attempts to reveal the human emotions contained in the song lyrics and human psychology. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Based on data analysis that has been carried out on the lyrics of the song Berita Untuk Kawan by Ebiet G. Ade, it can be concluded that the forms of inner conflict that emerge are inner conflict of solitude, inner conflict of loneliness, inner conflict of suffering, inner conflict of sadness, inner conflict of tiredness, inner conflict of optimism and inner conflict of despair.

Abstract

Violence against children is rampant everywhere and is a problem that is difficult to address, but efforts are still being made by related parties, such as the role of the government, legal institutions and others. The aim of this research is to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for counseling for victims of child violence as an effort to treat victims of violence against children at the Integrated Service Center (PPT) "Jayandu Widuri" Pemalang Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. In testing the validity of the data, researchers carry out source triagulation, which will later be used to obtain data from different sources but with the same technique. The data analysis technique uses the Milles and Huberman model with analysis stages in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the counseling stage provided by PPT "Jayandu Widuri" is able to help children who are victims of violence by healing feelings of trauma after experiencing violent behavior. Supporting factors for handling child victims of violence are supported by the existence of non-binding aid funds from outside so that PPT 'Jayandu Widuri" is able to recruit professional staff in their fields. Apart from that, the inhibiting factors in handling child victims of violence can be seen from the lack of human resources and inadequate shelter facilities at PPT 'Jayandu Widuri"..

Abstract

Strong human resources are very necessary for organizations in this modern era to run well. There are many events occurring and also the rapid development of the flow of information, making it difficult to find a leader who has integrity and strong character. Cadre formation is needed to train and prepare the next generation to have skills and scientific discipline, so that they can become a strong generation who have the ability to be ready to take on further responsibilities in each organization. The method used in this research uses a qualitative method using a munasabah approach. The research that the author uses is included in the type of library research. The results of this research found the weak meaning of the word Dhi'afu and several similar words with the same meaning in the letter. Cadre formation is an effort to maintain a strong generation so as not to leave the leadership of a weak generation. but strong from various aspects, namely strong in faith, financial, emotional, and knowledge.

Abstract

The quality of extracurricular activities at an educational institution is a marker of the overall quality of education at that institution. The fierce competition in the extracurricular realm in the world of education recently shows that schools need to make maximum efforts to be able to manage educational activities effectively and of high quality. Managers of educational institutions are expected to be able to guide their students to achieve achievements in various fields in various competitions held for students, both in academic and non-academic aspects. This research was conducted with the first aim of being able to explain the planning of extracurricular activities at SDN Sukahati 02 and SD Islam Sedunia, secondly being able to explain the implementation of extracurricular activities at SDN Sukahati 02 and SD Islam Sedunia, thirdly being able to explain the process of evaluating extracurricular activities at SDN Sukahati 02 and SD Islam Worldwide, and fourthly analyzing the differences in extracurricular activities at SDN Sukahati 02 and SD Islam Sedunia. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection in this research was obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this research are that there are differences in terms of management of extracurricular activities carried out in state elementary schools and private elementary schools, which are also influenced by various obstacles, challenges and constraints.
