Malay Arabic is writing that uses Arabic writing, especially the Hijaiyah letters, through the medium of the Malay language. The emergence of Malay Arabic writing is in line with the development of Islam in the Malay region, then introduced by great scholars who spread Islam through Arabic writing in Malay. If Latin letters are read from left to right then, Malay Arabic letters are read from right to left. The methodology used in the research is descriptive method. The object of this research is the ability to read Malay Arabic writing, while the subject is Indonesian Language and Literature Education Class 2023 Class B FKIP Riau University students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data analysis. Aims to analyze the data obtained in the field, namely the Malay Arabic reading speed test by reading one story. Reader speed is taken to measure how fast 2023B students are in reading paragraphs in Hasnah Faizah's Malay Arabic storybook, entitled "Lebai Malang". The results of the average reading speed value of class 2023B of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University are 23 students with different speed categories, from 23 samples used it is known that the reading speed of Malay Arabic writing, Indonesian Language and Literature Education Class 2023 B students have low category assessment criteria with the highest KEM score of 119.232 and the lowest score of 3.

A teacher is an educational staff who holds a huge responsibility in educating the nation's children. Nowadays we have entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Where technology is no longer foreign to us and is often used in everyday life. Likewise in terms of education. Teachers as educators are required to continue learning in order to improve their professional competence, so that a teacher is obliged to improve their knowledge, knowledge and expertise in accordance with current technological developments and times. However, as the facts show, there are still many teachers who have not been able to follow the industrial revolution 4.0 era because teachers are still overwhelmed and do not understand the use of technology in this era. Therefore, as a teacher you must strive to improve your professional competence and be able to adapt to the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Students who have difficulty learning math often make mistakes in counting and solving story problems. One of the common difficulties students experience is when working on story problems because they may not understand the meaning of the problem and may be confused when determining the calculation operation to be used. The subjects in this study were seventh grade students of TRIPLE J Junior High School experiencing difficulties in the process of learning mathematics story problem material. The purpose of the study was to determine the causes of students' difficulties in understanding and solving a story problem. How are efforts to overcome math learning difficulties. Efforts that can be made by teachers to improve a student's ability are able to understand learning methods that are in accordance with the capacity of students, and efforts that can be made by parents are to provide learning facilities and costs while emotional support in the form of advice, advice and appreciation. Most parents provide material support but forget to provide emotional support. Even though both are very important. With emotional support from parents, children will feel appreciated for their hard work in learning.

Communication between humans uses links in the form of symbols in the form of spoken language, written language, body language and others, so that messages are easily understood and comprehended by the recipient of the message. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance using the Problem Solving technique in improving communication skills among members of the loyal heart terate brotherhood organization (PSHT) Gabus, Grobogan Regency. The research design used in this research is Pre-Experimental with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. Data collection technique for distributing questionnaires with Likert scale assessments. The results of this research can be concluded that there has been an increase in interpersonal communication among PSHT Gabus members by using problem solving techniques. This problem solving technique has many variations of methods that can be used to solve a person's problems. With this method, PSHT members are able to solve problems well and also improve interpersonal communication between members.

Communication is an essential part of human life. As a result, the writer is importent to understand the communication ethics, particularly in islam, as he focuses on communication throughout the day. This is done to ensure that the communication process runs smoothly without interrupting each other or communicating with each other. Communication ethics in islam is a moral concept that can be used to regulate the way we communicate in everyday life. The primary purpose is to help communicators and communicators interact with each other in a wise way. Hopefully there’s a successful and satisfying communication. Various forms of communication, mass communication, and inter-individual communication. Intercultural communication in slamic perspectives the aim of the title is to explain how we can communicate well with other people across cultures. Intercultural communication refers to communication between individuals with different beckgrounds (race, background, ethnicity , socio-economic) or a combinnation of these diffrences. There are sources of barriers to intercultural communicationn : psychological factors, ecological factors and mechanical factors. Two people can, build a relationship through communication, but sometimes communniction is done with good ethical considerations.

Commuication is an important part of organization. one of them is islamic organization. An islamic organization is a group or community that is bound. Internal communication is very important to interact with the public in order to provide trust to the public so that people can invite to cooperate or bussiness collaboration. Communication strategies, such as the use of media, public relations to contribute to the growth of islamic organizations. Social media can make a positive contribution to islamic organization by increasing situational awareness and willingness to learn. Organization like Muhammadiyah can use social media to educate their follwers. Social media can also improve their ability to respond to crises and motivate social media users to become better.

The success and continuity of an organization depends on good communication management. In this situation, Islamic communication ethics becomes an important framework that can direct communication in an organization. First, the principle of unity (adab) is the basis of Islamic communication ethics. Unity of communication encompasses many things, including the manners in which it is spoken, therefore, in organizational communication management, it is very important to create an environment based on politeness where everyone working in the organization feels valued and respected. Unity is the key to interacting with others in a good and productive way within the organization. The two main principles of Islamic communication ethics are honesty and transparency. Honesty in communication and transparency in decision-making should be the basis of ethical communication management in organizations. These principles help build trust among the organization and ensure that the information documented is reliable. Therefore, the integration of organizational communication depends on honesty and transparency. In addition, Islamic communication ethics emphasize the importance of listening attentively and experiencing the feelings of others. The ability to understand others' views and feelings is necessary for effective communication managers. By listening, communication managers can create an environment where every voice is valued. This improves communication and relationships between organizational members. Islamic communication ethics offers a justice- and mercy-based approach to conflict management. Communication managers should manage conflicts in a fair way and prioritize the values of grace so that conflicts can be resolved peacefully and produce benefits for the company.

Islamic communication is a system of information exchange between Muslims that remains in line with the foundation of Islam, and is guided by the Qur'an and Hadith. In this era of advanced technology, there are many external and internal influences on the Islamic communication system, one of which is Western communication. The communication system refers to the principles and practices of communication that dominate in western cultural areas, especially in North America and Europe. This journal aims to conduct a critical analysis of Western communication theory and how it relates to Islamic values. The main focus of the research is to discover the extent to which Western communication theory can be adapted and harmonized in the context of Islamic values, as well as the extent to which the relationship between the two can be understood by qualitative critical analysis of the content of communication documents and literature that elaborates Islamic principles as well as Western communication theory. The final product of critical analysis suggests that it is possible for better integration between Western communication theory and Islamic values once it involves introducing important concepts and assessing their conformity with Islamic principles. The conclusion of this study provides a critical perspective and direction to develop a communication approach that aligns Western communication theory with Islamic values. The results of this study can help understand how communication theory is applied in societies influenced by these values.

This study aims to determine the implementation of authentic assessment at SMA Negeri 1 Waigete. This research was conducted for one month from 12 January to 12 February 2023. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The research results obtained by the researchers indicate that all teachers have carried out authentic assessments. Teachers have used authentic assessment during the learning process which includes three aspects of competency, namely attitudes, knowledge, and skills, but there are still some teachers who do not understand authentic assessment. This is because there are still some teachers who have never attended training, there are many assessment indicators that require a lot of time, and the facilities and infrastructure are inadequate.

This study aims to find out the comparison of motivation and learning style to the learning outcomes of class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Al Fatah Nangahale. The population of this study were students of class VIII, totaling 45 students. The sample in the study consisted of 45 students. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires related to motivation and learning styles on mathematics learning outcomes for class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Al Fatah Nangahale and carrying out documentation to find out students' mathematics learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis with a significant level of 5%, it can be concluded: (1) there is an effect of mathematics learning outcomes in terms of learning motivation, (2) there is an effect of mathematics learning outcomes in terms of learning style, (3) there is a significant effect between motivation and learning style on mathematics learning outcomes.
