Abstract

Effective and responsive bureaucracy is an important factor in achieving efficiency and professionalism within police institutions. This research identifies the problems faced by the Gayungan Surabaya Sector Police regarding bureaucratic reform to evaluate the impact of bureaucratic reform on institutional performance. This study uses a qualitative approach in its research, involving the use of data collection methods such as participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions. The informants in this research are members of the Gayungan Surabaya Sector Police who are actively involved in HR management. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis methods. This research is expected to be able to identify problems that arise in the bureaucratic reform process and evaluate the impact of the reform. In addition, this research aims to provide policy recommendations that can improve the performance of police institutions in terms of efficiency, responsiveness and professionalism. The contribution of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of bureaucratic reform in improving the performance of police institutions, as well as contributing to the development of human resource management theories, such as change management and Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM), which emphasizes the integration of HR policy with strategy organization.

Abstract

The research study was conducted to analyse how much effect gender, educational background, job performance has on employees or employees at PT Garuda Food, Tbk. Researchers took the object of research is PT Garuda Food, Tbk through sampling employees or employees of PT Garuda Food, Tbk. For this type of research is quantitative and descriptive. Sampling for research is 200 respondents sampling through the use of proportional random sampling method. For the method of data analysis through the use of multiple linear regression analysis, partial t test and also f test. The process for calculating through SPSS calculations as well. After testing, it shows that gender, educational background, job performance has a positive and significant effect on job growth

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is the result of a merger of three existing Islamic banks in Indonesia, namely (i) Bank Mandiri Syariah; (ii) Bank BNI Syariah; and (iii) Bank BRI Syariah. With this merger, BSI can become an Islamic bank with better services, has a wider range, and has a better capital capacity. BSI's cash receipt accounting information system is very important in managing the company's finances which allows the company to manage funds more effectively and efficiently. The cash receipt accounting information system at BSI bank will enable the company to improve the financial services provided and improve better financial performance. With various advantages, Bank BSI is expected to be able to offer services and have better capital capacity to compete at the global level. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study. The data in this study were obtained through in-depth interviews with parties related to the cash receipt information system at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Surabaya Ampel Mas Mansyur and data literature through the BSI web. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the accounting information system for cash receipts at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Surabaya Ampel Mas Mansyur and the results of this study are expected to be information to the public regarding the development of Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a technology-based information system created to improve health services, where this system helps medical personnel in providing services faster and more accurately, but in its implementation, the technology system takes time to adapt, therefore it is important for hospitals to continue to evaluate how the process of using EMR in the service delivery process. This study aims to determine the benefits, obstacles, and strategies used to optimize the implementation of EMR in the Inpatient Installation of Advent Hospital Bandung. This study uses a qualitative method to analyze phenomena related to the implementation of EMR in the Inpatient Installation of Advent Hospital Bandung, data collection was carried out by interviewing 9 informants who then processed the interview data and presented in narrative form. From this study it was found that EMR speeds up the work of nurses and is more accurate, but in its implementation informants complained about too many EMR features and nursing care with the same nursing diagnosis repeated on each shift so that a lot of time was wasted. In addition, technical problems such as wifi and electricity also often interfere with the work of nurses. From the interview with the informants, it was stated that the strategy to optimize the implementation of EMR in the Inpatient Installation of Adventist Hospital Bandung includes management, staff training, and technology infrastructure, in addition, nurse compliance is also considered to be an important key in optimizing the implementation of EMR. EMR can help nurses work better but still needs to develop simpler features that cover all the important aspects needed, as well as a mature strategy in optimizing the use of EMR in the Inpatient Installation of Adventist Hospital Bandung.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of internal communication and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank SulSelBar Makassar Main Branch, where several performance problems were found such as lack of optimal service, work delays, and inefficient use of work time. The research sample is the entire population of employees totaling 81 people selected through saturated sampling technique. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that internal communication and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, so it is recommended that companies further encourage employees to set clear work goals in order to improve the effectiveness of performance and achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

The vital role of SMEs worldwide in generating employment, creating added value, and driving inclusive economic development is widely recognized. However, SMEs often face challenges such as limited access to resources, difficulties in adapting quickly to change, and uncertainties within the business environment. This study aims to explore the integrated application of agility strategies and risk management to enhance SME performance and resilience, ultimately contributing to the achievement of global SDGs. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis of the synergy between these two approaches in the context of sustainable SME performance, a topic that has not been extensively explored. The urgency of this study stems from the need to strengthen SMEs so they can maximize their role in achieving SDG goals related to poverty alleviation, job creation, and inclusive economic development worldwide. The method employed in this research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves gathering and analyzing relevant journal articles using VOSviewer software in relation to the chosen keywords. The findings indicate that combining agility strategies with risk management improves SMEs' capacity to adapt quickly, seize opportunities, and manage a range of business risks effectively. This research advocates for a holistic approach by integrating agility strategies and risk management to achieve optimal, sustainable performance, thereby supporting sustainable development goals on a global scale.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of digital marketing as a promotional media instrument that can influence the public's assessment and confidence in an educational institution. The application of digital marketing and infrastructure as promotional media allows schools to reach a wider audience and interact in a personal and interactive manner. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study model. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research explain that the role of digital marketing and infrastructure as promotional media at the Karya Wijaya Kusuma Vocational School has been achieved well based on three main components, namely Digital Marketing Strategy, Investment in facilities, and periodic evaluation. The most important findings from this research are the form of promotional media and infrastructure campaigned by the Karya Wijaya Kusuma school, the role of digital marketing and infrastructure at the school, there is an increase in the number of new students. The synergy between digital marketing and improving infrastructure has proven effective in increasing the number of new registrants. Digital marketing creates initial awareness and interest, while good facilities and infrastructure provide additional confidence for prospective students and parents.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is needed by students to increase their self-confidence, as well as to foster positive character traits such as creativity, independence, and hard work. Students who have entrepreneurial skills tend to be more able to create jobs than look for jobs, which in turn can help reduce unemployment rates and improve community welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of entrepreneurship education in the double track program to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research method used qualitative descriptive descriptive qualitative methods by means of observation and interviews by going to the field. Abstract

This research is a case study that analyses the 4.0 marketing strategy with the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the cattle farming industry, with a focus on PT Goopo Inovasi Indonesia. The background of this research is the rapid development of digital technology and changes in consumer behaviour in the Industry 4.0 era, which encourage cattle farming companies to adopt new marketing strategies. PT Goopo Inovasi Indonesia, as a pioneer in this industry, faces the challenge of integrating IoT technology into its marketing strategy. The theories used in this research include the Marketing 4.0 concept developed by Philip Kotler, as well as theories related to the Internet of Things (IoT) and its application in the livestock industry. This research also refers to models of digital marketing strategies and innovation management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the management of PT Goopo Inovasi Indonesia, direct observation, and analysis of company documents. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques and data source triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of marketing strategy 4.0 with the use of IoT at PT Goopo Inovasi Indonesia has increased productivity, operational efficiency and company competitiveness. The utilisation of IoT in livestock health monitoring, feed management, and product tracking has increased consumer confidence and opened up new market opportunities. However, the research also identified challenges in terms of technology investment and human resource development. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of 4.0 marketing strategies and IoT technology has significant potential to transform the cattle farming industry. PT Goopo Inovasi Indonesia has successfully utilised these technologies to increase the added value of its products and build stronger relationships with consumers. Recommendations for further research include long-term impact analysis and comparative studies with similar companies in different countries.

Abstract

Financial analysis using the Du Pont System combines activity ratios and profit margins on sales, and how these ratios interact with each other in determining profitability and assets. The approach with the Du Pont System Financial Analysis is one of the relevant financial performance measurement tools used to see the extent of the company's effectiveness in taking over the investment made by the company or ROI (Retrun On Invesment). The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk by using the dupont system method.The type of research used is quantitative. The type of data used in this research is secondary data taken from the financial statements of PT Telkom Indonesia in 2018-2022. The data analysis technique used in this study is to calculate NPM, TATO, ROI, EM, and ROE. The results of this study are the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk which is assessed using the DuPont System method can still be said to be not optimal or tends to experience fluctuating conditions. This is because the company in managing assets and capital as measured by ROE DuPont System is said to tend to experience a fluctuating state even though in certain years it has increased but is still below the BUMN standard for ROE.
