Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Intelligence Quotients (IQ) and Emotional Quotients (EQ) on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Culture. This research uses a quantitative approach and the type of research is explanatory research. The research sample amounted to 90 employees of PT. Mas Agung Sejahtera in Madura, with the method used is saturated sampling. The type of data used in the form of primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is Path Analysis with SPSS tools. The results showed that Intelligence Quotients (IQ) had no direct effect on employee performance. Intelligence Quotients (IQ) have an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Culture. Emotional Quotients (EQ) have a direct effect on employee performance. Emotional Quotients (EQ) have an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Culture. Organizational Culture is able to mediate Intelligence Quotients (IQ) and Emotional Quotients (EQ) on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim yang terus terjadi merupakan dampak dari peningkatan emisi karbon dioksida  Pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai penggerak suatu perekonomian negara memiliki pengaruh terhadap naiknya tingkat emisi karbon dioksida  dan berkurangnya luas hutan. Luas hutan akan berdampak pada seberapa besar penyerapan emisi karbon dioksida , sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh GDP terhadap emisi karbon dioksida  dan luas hutan (forest area) pada Tahun 1990 – 2019 di tiga Negara ASEAN. Pada penilitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Warppls 8.0. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara GDP terhadap emisi karbon dioksida  sedangkan luas hutan (forest area) memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap GDP.

Abstract

BMT NU East Java Pragaan Branch, has a wide range of savings products. The annual increase in 2020 is that 800 customers have joined the Mudharabah Savings Product. (TABAH), In 2021 there are 1400 customers who have joined the Mudharabah Savings product. (TABAH), In 2022 there are 1700 customers who have joined the Savings product (TABAH), this TABAH product uses Akad Mudharabah Mutlaqah. The problems raised in this planiet are: 1. How is the Process of Implementing Akad Mudharabah mutlaqah in TABAH Products to Customer at KSPPS BMT NU East Java Pragaan Branch 2. How is the marketing strategy carried out by KSPPS BMT NU East Java Pragaan Branch on Tabah products. The methods used are method interview, observation, and documentation. From this method then researchers process and analyze to obtain data or information. The subject of this study was taken from the head of the BMT NU branch, the Savings Sector, the Administration Field. For the validity of the data, researchers use tricoagulation by comparing observational data and interview results. The implementation of the Mutlaqah mudharabah contract is contained in the terms and flows in the management mechanism. The strategy used is: 4p(Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Where this steadfast product is different from other products so it is very interesting to research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of customer interest in barokah savings at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Barokah savings are savings or customer funds deposits in the form of rupiah savings with a wadhi'ah yadh dhamanah contract, namely as a pure deposit that will help manage your funds to be more blessed. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, the results of observations with case study designs from interviews with related and responsible parties that optimizing customer interest in barokah savings at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pamekasan Branch are quite good, where from From year to year, the number of customers has increased, with the assistance of the marketing department and very good socialization and door-to-door marketing strategies, so that they are helped and influential. The optimization has also been carried out carefully with caution both in terms of service, especially in friendliness in communicating with customers and always competent and consistent in determining the schedule that has been determined between the customer and the marketing party.

Abstract

Tourism is a destination that is most popular with various groups, because tourism can make you feel more relaxed and at ease in between busy activities. Beaches are one of the most popular tourist attractions, currently the world is being hit by rapid developments to the point of development of technology, information and communication, so that with these conditions automatically the development of tourism destinations, especially beaches, must be related to conditions. at this time. The purpose of this material is to help halal Lon Malang beach tourism to increase tourism existence by implementing the smart tourism concept, and provide knowledge about the importance of the smart tourism concept in increasing tourist interest so that they can create a better travel experience, increase effectiveness, competitiveness, which will further lead to equitable sustainability. Also, readiness for halal tourism at Lon Malang beach in implementing the potential of Samrt tourism. This study uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques where the data used in this study were obtained from journals, scientific papers, and interviews with the leaders of halal tourism management of Lon Malang beach, Sampang Regency using a phenomenological approach. The results of this research are that if viewed in terms of the potential that exists in halal tourism, Lon Malang Beach is very ready to implement the smart tourism concept considering that there are facilities, services and human resources that support the implementation of the smart tourism concept, such as the implementation of an online ticket payment system, collaboration with well-known marketplaces in an effort to introduce tourism.

Abstract

The present study aims to analyse the correlation between an increase in past due receivables and potential weaknesses in receivables management. Such weaknesses have the capacity to disrupt cash flow and the company's profitability, resulting in difficulties in meeting financial obligations and the possibility of bankruptcy. The objective of this research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the policies, the management of receivables, and the effectiveness of internal control mechanisms for receivables at PT. The specific focus of this research is on the policies and practices related to receivables management at PT. The present study employs qualitative research methodologies. The results of this research indicate fluctuations in the number of receivables that are past due during the 2021-2023 period, with a peak of 62% in 2021, a decline to 43% in 2022, and a resurgence to 56% in 2023. The internal factors contributing to this phenomenon include the absence of a dedicated unit for receivables management and the absence of stringent sanctions for consumers who default on payments. Externally, new consumers have been observed to deliberately delay payment. The company has implemented measures to mitigate receivables that are past due, including conducting customer credit analysis prior to extending credit and providing payment reminders prior to the due date (D-7 and D-3). However, the efficacy of these measures has been limited. The implementation of an internal control framework for receivables, grounded in the principles of the COSO framework, acknowledges the need for comprehensive management of these financial obligations. However, the efficacy of this framework is undermined by inherent weaknesses that persist and require redress.

Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing strategy for BSI Griya products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jepara using SWOT analysis. The results show that the product's main strengths are its usury-free sharia financing system and excellent service, while its weaknesses lie in the lack of promotion and strict financing procedures. Opportunities that can be exploited include high demand for housing and trends in sharia products, while the main threats come from competition with other banks and fluctuating economic conditions. It is hoped that implementing the right strategy can increase BSI Griya's market share and meet the needs of the Jepara community for sharia-based home ownership financing products.

Abstract

BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Ganding, a regional Islamic bank owned by the Sumenep Regency Government, faces numerous challenges to maintain competitiveness and market share. To address this, the bank focuses on meeting customer needs and providing superior services. One strategy employed is offering high-quality products and optimal services, enabling Tabungan Barokah to grow and compete in the market. This study aims to investigate the impact of product quality and personal selling on the growth of Tabungan Barokah accounts at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Ganding. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, this research sampled 100 respondents from a population of 1,030 Tabungan Barokah customers in 2022, determined using Slovin's formula. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation, analyzed through validity, reliability, classical assumption, T-test, and F-test. Results indicate that product quality and personal selling significantly influence the growth of Tabungan Barokah accounts, both partially and simultaneously. Personal selling emerged as the dominant variable, with a coefficient of 0.396, surpassing product quality's coefficient of 0.277.

Abstract

The Shopee marketplace often gets bad reviews from customers regarding the service provided, one of the reasons being the admin's lack of friendliness and delays in package delivery. The important objective of this research is to describe the impact of service, trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the e-commerce industry in Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, this type of research is deductive research. The population in this research are Shopee marketplace users in Gresik Regency. This research requires a sample of 190 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria being the people of Gresik district who have made purchase transactions on the Shopee marketplace. The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this research variables X1 and X3 both have a significant effect on variable Y, while variable X2 does not.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is currently growing and developing. This can be seen from the number of financial institutions that continue to maintain their viability in the face of competition. Indonesian financial institutions are usually traditional financial institutions, but currently there are many sharia-based financial institutions. One institution or business entity that is suitable to overcome this problem is the integrated independent business center or better known as Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). This research uses quantitative methods to conduct descriptive and qualitative research. Moleong explained, by using descriptive and qualitative methods, the data collected was in the form of text, images, not digital data. This data can be obtained from interviews, field notes, videos, photos and personal documents. The results of this research are that Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) is a microfinance institution organized by a sharia microfinance institution which is run with the concept of profit sharing, developing sharia microenterprises which aim to raise the status and dignity and defend the interests of the community. poor and destitute people. disadvantaged community groups. BMT has quite a big opportunity based on the concept of justice and is in line with sharia law.
