Abstract

Current technological developments occur in various sectors, one of which is marketing with increasing marketing activities carried out on social media such as Instagram. This is influenced by various factors such as the increase in internet users and the time each person uses the internet. In response to this development, as one of the transportation service providers, PT BST with one of its integrated products, namely Bhisa, uses Instagram social media to market its products and services. The use of Instagram with the username Bhisa.id is PT BST's effort to continue to compete with its competitors. This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities carried out by PT BST on brand awareness, brand image, EWOM, and commitment both directly and indirectly. This study uses a quantitative causal research method by testing survey data from 180 respondents of Bhisa.id Instagram followers. Testing in the study will use the SEM PLS model which will be tested using the Smart PLS 3 application. The results of the study show that the SMMA variable has a positive influence on brand equity consisting of brand awareness and brand image and has a positive and significant effect on customer responses, namely e-WOM and commitment. Furthermore, strong brand equity contributes positively to customer responses, such as E-WOM and commitment to the Bhisa brand. This study concludes that effective marketing strategies on social media, especially Instagram, can increase brand equity and, in turn, generate better customer responses. The recommendation for marketing practitioners is to continue to utilize Instagram as a primary marketing tool and focus on

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate the impact of Murabahah financing on the performance of MSMEs, with a case study of Dilola Snack in Medan. Murabahah financing has become one of the main choices for MSMEs in meeting their working capital needs because of its transparent nature and in accordance with sharia principles. In an economic context that continues to develop, MSMEs often face challenges in accessing financing that is in accordance with Islamic values. Therefore, it is important to understand the extent to which this financing can support the growth and sustainability of small businesses. The method used in this research is observation and in-depth interviews with the owner of Dilola Snack to obtain relevant and comprehensive data. The research results show that Murabahah financing has a significant positive impact on increasing production capacity, operational efficiency and new product development. However, margin payment obligations require careful cash flow management to maintain business sustainability. Overall, Murabahah financing has been proven to support the growth of MSMEs while still complying with sharia principles.

Abstract

The coal sector in Indonesia during 2018-2022 faced various challenges that had an impact on financial instability in companies, consequently affecting stock price fluctuations. The Covid-19 pandemic during 2019-2020 exacerbated the condition by causing a decline in stock prices. The principal objective of this study was to examine EPS and Current Ratio that influence stock price fluctuations in the coal mining sector on the IDX over that period. The quantitative method was selected as the research method, with data analysis conducted using the SPSS 27 software. In partial results demonstrated that both EPS and CR exert a positive influence on the stock prices. Furthermore, the simultaneous results indicated that EPS and CR also exert a significant simultaneous influence on the stock prices of coal mining sub-sector companies in IDX period 2018 to 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, operating costs, and earnings management on income tax in manufacturing companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data derived from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study is the purposive sampling method with a total of 156 observation data. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on tax income. Operating costs have a positive and significant effect on income tax. While earnings management does not have a significant effect on tax income.

Abstract

This study aims to initiate the role of Economic Value Added (EVA) as an assessment of corporate management performance in the contemporary business era. The approach method used in this study is a literature study to assess the effectiveness of Economic Value Added (EVA). In addition, this study also provides practical suggestions for the application of Economic Value Added (EVA) and aims to deepen the understanding of corporate management performance assessment. The findings in this study indicate that Economic Value Added (EVA) offers a comprehensive approach by considering cost capital, providing a more accurate picture of the increase in company value. However, the use of Economic Value Added (EVA) also requires strong analytical skills and access to complete data, and must be combined with other evaluation methods to provide a holistic understanding of company performance.

Abstract

This study is based on the large public attention to investment, especially to investment instruments such as stocks. In addition, the trend of a healthy lifestyle that is currently popular and the health transformation carried out by the government make the shares of health sector companies interesting to pay attention to. This study was aims to analyze and determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously or partially on stock prices. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population used in this study were companies in the health sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. There are 33 companies in the health sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the number of selected company samples being 11 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange contained in the company's annual report. The variables tested in this study are Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and stock price. The data collection technique used in this study uses documentation techniques from the company's annual financial report. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression.The results of this study show that Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Curretn Ratio (CR) Simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Net Profit margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Current Ratio (CR) partially have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies of Islamic financial management applied at Nurul Jihad Mosque, Kubangan Tompek Village, and measure the effectiveness of implementing Islamic financial principles in managing the mosque's finances. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that Islamic financial management at Nurul Jihad Mosque is implemented through several key strategies, including transparent fund management, the use of Sharia-based accounting systems, and active community participation in fund collection and distribution. Additionally, the application of Islamic financial principles such as justice, transparency, and trustworthiness has proven to increase community trust in the mosque's fund management. The effectiveness of this financial management is indicated by increased donor participation, an increase in the amount of funds collected, and the appropriate allocation of funds. These findings provide important contributions to the development of an Islamic financial management model that can be adopted by other mosques to enhance transparency and accountability in fund management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Sharia Marketing, Service Excellence, and Reputation on Customer Trust About Gold Savings (Case Study of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Panyabungan) both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is all customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Panyabungan while the sample in this study is 100 customers. This study used quantitative methods with data collection using Likert scale method. Data analysis techniques through the IBM SPSS statistical 25 program. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Financial Management of Accounting Students at Dian Nuswantoro University. In this research, the data source used is primary data. The population of Accounting students at Dian Nuswantoro University class 2021/2022 semester 6 is 130 people and the sample obtained by this research is 120. Data analysis in this study used a multiple linear regression analysis model. The sampling technique used in this research used purposive sampling. The results of this study show that lifestyle has an effect on financial management and financial literacy has no effect on financial management.

Abstract

Advancements in information technology and the internet have transformed how people communicate and share information. E-WOM. Maybelline is one of the most popular and recognizable cosmetic brands, as seen by its #1 sales ranking in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Maybelline's e-WOM strategy on social media influences consumers' intentions to make purchases. This is inspired by the occurrence and corroborating data showing, although Maybelline has the highest sales proportion of any cosmetic brand in Indonesia, that percentage has been declining year. Furthermore, this research aims to determine the relationship and effect of each element, including information quality, quantity, reliability, usefulness, adoption information, and purchase intention. This study employs a quantitative methodology. Data were gathered through a questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The findings show that information usefulness is positively and significantly impacted by information quantity, quality, and credibility. Adoption of information is positively and significantly impacted by information quality, quantity, reliability, and usefulness. Information adoption has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In order to forecast information uptake, this study advises adding more factors related to information quality, quantity, and trustworthiness. Furthermore, the same concept may be applied by future researchers to more niche social media networks.
