eductum: Jurnal Literasi Pendidikan adalah jurnal nasional dengan ISSN 2961-9130 (Online) yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Penelitian Ilmiah Citra Pustaka. Jurnal ini terbit sebanyak empat kali dalam satu tahun. Jurnal ini merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang menyajikan artikel orisinal berkualitas tinggi terkait aplikasi pengetahuan, informasi, penelitian serta topik perkembangan terkini terkait pendidikan mulai dari pendidikan rendah hingga pendidikan tinggi. This study aims to analyze the effect of project based learning models in improving student learning outcomes. The method used is literature analysis, ini this case analyzing previous research journals. This project based learning can be one of the innovation learning models carried out by teachers to students are more activa and learning becomes more meningful becase it develops a real product. <![CDATA[In determining an effective learning method as a teacher must be able to choose what method to use, Quantum Learning is one of the learning methods. The concept of the Quantum Learning Mode creates fun learning so as to create a happy atmosphere. In this study, the aim was to find out the abilities of students who received Quantum Learning learning mode. The method used is by analyzing the literature review, in this case, the researcher analyzed previous studies. The results of the study found that the Quantum Learning mode was effective in improving student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan yang melibatkan guru dan siswa. Keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar siswa. Ketika motivasi untuk belajar hadir, antusiasme dirangsang dan siswa belajar untuk berkonsentrasi. Motivasi siswa lebih baik daripada motivasi ekstrinsik. Dengan memotivasi siswa secara intrinsik siswa akan lebih semangat dalam belajar dan hasil positif dari upaya belajar mereka terungkap. Namun, motivasi ekstrinsik juga menentukan minat belajar seorang siswa. Sekalipun seorang siswa memiliki keinginan untuk belajar, namun jika faktor eksternal tidak mendukung belajar siswa akan kehilangan semangatnya. Motivasi adalah energi perubahan pada orang dan dicirikan oleh pendengaran yang efektif dan antisipasi respons sasaran. Motivasi belajar merupakan penggerak dalam diri siswa yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar yang menjamin kelangsungan kegiatan belajar. Siswa yang sangat termotivasi untuk belajar terlibat dalam kegiatan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan. Motivasi merangsang minat siswa untuk belajar. Motivasi ditandai dengan ketekunan dalam menghadapi kesulitan, kerja keras, dan ketahanan terhadap kebosanan. Motivasi belajar sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Siswa mencapai nilai bagus ketika motivasi berada di dalam diri mereka. Oleh karena itu, motivasi belajar sangatlah penting.]]>

<![CDATA[In an effort to improve student learning outcomes, the purpose of this research is to determine the increase in learning outcomes caused by the quantum learning learning model. In this study, the "library research" method of literature analysis was used to complete the analysis of various sources used through a literature review. To gather information for this literature review, the findings of E-journal non-test tracking studies were first examined. This is done using indexed journal articles, books, theses, and online materials relevant to the use of quantum learning. The Quantum Learning approach makes learning very interesting and fun while significantly increasing student learning outcomes. The application of the Quantum Learning learning paradigm in the classroom can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics, according to the research findings.]]>

<![CDATA[Character education includes elements of knowledge (cognitive), sentiment (feelings), and actions. Character development is character development plus. (action). Thomas Lickona argues that character education will not be effective without these three components. A child will develop emotional intelligence through consistent and methodical character education. A comprehensive technique called quantum learning combines rapid classroom implementation with educational theory. The best educational elements are incorporated into the whole through the use of a research-based approach, which gives the curriculum more importance and relevance in students' lives. Accelerated learning is a teaching method intended to stimulate students' cognitive abilities and make learning more enjoyable and efficient. Active learning encourages students to participate in the learning process. When students participate actively in their learning, it means they are in control of the process. They actively use their brains to come up with main ideas for topics, solve problems, or apply what they just learned to real problems. Subject content is presented through subconscious language in "hypnoteaching". so that the lessons can attract the attention of children properly. Students are reluctant to look away when paying attention.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes through the Discovery Learning learning model as a learning innovation that can be applied by educators after the Covid-19 pandemic. Through a literature review, the "library research" method of literature analysis was used in this study to complete the analysis of the various sources used. Formulation of research questions at the beginning of the study followed by examining research findings related to E-journal non-test tracking using indexed journal articles, books, theses, and online articles related to the application of Discovery Learning to collect data for this literature review. After the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia, the results of a literature study showed that the application of learning and teaching strategies using the Discovery Learning model was quite successful in order to improve student learning outcomes after the Covid-19 pandemic. From the literature studies that have been carried out, it is revealed that Discovery Learning as a post-Covid-19 learning model contributes to increasing the final results of the learning and teaching process of students.]]>

<![CDATA[This research describes approaches that can be used for single parents to shape their lives. The single parent referred to in this study is a woman or mother as a single parent. The facts that show that single parents have troubling problems are evident in financial, social, and parenting issues. This often results in women whose status as single parents are also responsible for changes in their lives, causing psychological disorders in single parents. One of the psychological disorders experienced is stress. The purpose of this study is to help reduce stress in single parent women by using a group approach. The method used in this research is literature study by utilizing articles, journals, books and supporting documents related to group counseling with the REBT approach in dealing with stress. The findings of this study reveal that using the rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) approach by means of group counseling is effective in helping single parent women deal with stress.]]>

<![CDATA[Children who have poor self-adjustment will find it difficult to establish relationships with friends, teachers and the school environment. As for some of the objectives of this study are to find out 1. An overview of the level of adjustment of high school students 2. The effect of the cognitive behavior therapy approach on the level of adjustment of students in high school. The results of the discussion show that self-adjustment has a very important role for students to be able to socialize with their surroundings and be able to take part in learning well. And students who lack self-confidence can be helped by group counseling with a cognitive behavior therapy approach. Where, CBT approach counseling is counseling that focuses on insight that emphasizes the process of changing negative thoughts and maladaptive beliefs that individuals have.]]>

<![CDATA[Teenagers are often faced in real life with various problems that they cannot solve on their own so they need help from other parties. Problems that often occur in adolescents are usually related to decisions regarding the type of education to be pursued, which in turn leads to decisions regarding the type of work to be pursued in the future, as well as future career planning and information regarding existing work groups that meet the necessary requirements. . Adolescence is the most formative period, particularly in terms of the capacity to choose paths into adult life and the possibility of employment at the risk of developing into adolescence, accompanied by the need to begin preparing for future jobs. Group counseling services are types of services that can assist youth in overcoming obstacles that prevent them from reaching career maturity. Relevant literature reviews are used as an approach, and are supported by the findings of a number of papers, journals, books and other supporting documents. One approach from group guidance services that can help with career maturity problems is the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is effective in increasing career maturity.]]>
