Abstract

Global climate change has led to an increase in natural disasters in Indonesia. This situation requires efforts to strengthen environmental resilience that directly involve the community. One such program is the Climate Village Program (Proklim). Proklim plays a crucial role in promoting climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts at the community level. However, the implementation of this program still faces challenges, primarily due to the community’s limited knowledge and capacity in managing the environment. Therefore, this activity focuses on the application of Biopore Percolation Pits (LRB) technology in Karangrejo Village, Karanganyar Regency. Biopore pits are a simple technology for processing organic waste into compost, improving water infiltration, reducing waterlogging, and helping to curb environmental pollution in a sustainable manner. The objective is to help address organic waste issues and improve water infiltration into the soil. The method employed is a participatory approach, involving the community through awareness campaigns and hands-on biopore creation activities. The results of the initiative demonstrate increased community understanding and participation in organic waste management. It is hoped that this program will encourage the community to sort organic waste and process it into compost. As a result, this initiative can strengthen environmental resilience at the local level and support the success of the Proklim program and Proklim’s Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 13.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the urgency of prenuptial agreements as financial protection for couples in the digital age. The method used is a qualitative approach with empirical legal methods. The results indicate that prenuptial agreements play a crucial role in providing legal certainty regarding asset management and debt responsibilities, as well as protecting couples from financial risks. However, in practice, obstacles remain, such as low legal awareness and social stigma. This study concludes that prenuptial agreements are an important instrument in preventing financial conflict in households in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a juridical analysis of the legal protection of children in marriage and divorce disputes within the Indonesian legal system. Children are considered vulnerable parties in domestic conflicts and are often the most affected, particularly in matters related to custody, financial support, education, and the fulfillment of fundamental rights. Although Indonesian positive law has provided regulations concerning child protection after divorce through various statutory provisions, its implementation in practice still faces significant challenges, especially regarding the enforcement of court decisions and the level of compliance by disputing parties. This research employs a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches. The legal materials used consist of primary legal sources, including laws and regulations on marriage and child protection, as well as secondary legal materials such as legal literature, scholarly journals, and academic doctrines. The analysis is conducted qualitatively to examine the alignment between legal norms and their practical implementation in society. The findings indicate that although there are relatively comprehensive regulations governing child protection in divorce disputes, a gap still exists between legal norms and their implementation. The main issues lie in weak law enforcement, inadequate supervision of court decisions, and low legal awareness among the parties involved. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen and integrate legal protection mechanisms more effectively to ensure the realization of the principle of the best interest of the child in every marriage and divorce dispute process in Indonesia.

Abstract

The focus of this study is how to develop Indonesian language learning media based on the philosophy of science. Learning media play an important role in improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of learning by making materials easier to understand, increasing students’ motivation, and providing data, references, and concrete supporting tools (such as modules, media, human resources, and the environment) that support learning objectives. Teachers must ensure that the materials are relevant, engaging, and aligned with students’ goals and needs when developing learning media. However, some teachers face difficulties in creating learning media due to limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of creativity in relating materials to real-life contexts, or the mismatch between the media and students’ characteristics. Therefore, this study provides guidelines for the development of learning media using theoretical foundations from various philosophical perspectives, including philosophical, psychological, technological, empirical, theoretical, practical, and productive aspects. The purpose of this study is to assist teachers in developing learning media, and these guidelines can serve as a basis before creating learning media by first understanding students’ characteristics and classroom conditions. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including literature review, observation, and interviews. When applied properly, this philosophy-based learning media development plan can support the creation of effective learning media.

Abstract

Magical thinking is an individual's tendency to believe in cause-and-effect relationships that are not based on empirical evidence, but rather on subjective or symbolic beliefs. This characteristic is often found in individuals with schizotypal tendencies, who have unique cognitive patterns in interpreting reality. This study aims to understand how magical thinking influences the decision-making process in individuals with schizotypal characteristics. The study used a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with three respondents who exhibited magical thinking tendencies in their daily lives. The results showed that magical thinking influences how individuals assess risks, interpret events, and make choices, especially when decisions are based on intuition, symbols, or personal beliefs. These findings suggest that the decision-making process in individuals with schizotypal characteristics is influenced not only by rational considerations but also by subjective interpretations of the meaning of experiences. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between magical thinking and cognitive dynamics in the decision-making process.

Abstract

Intellectual disability is characterized by significant limitations in intellectual functioning and adaptive behavior that manifest before the age of 18. One of the main challenges faced by individuals with intellectual disabilities is difficulty in developing social skills, which affects their ability to interact, build relationships, and adapt to social environments. This study aims to identify and analyze various forms of effective interventions to improve social skills in individuals with mild intellectual disabilities. The method used is a systematic literature review of nine scientific articles selected from the Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar databases, with a publication range from 2015 to 2025. The results of the review indicate that various intervention approaches have proven effective, including Behavioral Social Skill Training (BSST), play therapy, video modeling, the use of mobile applications, peer-mediated interventions, inclusive learning environments, and psychodrama training. All of these approaches rely on the principles of positive reinforcement, modeling, and repeated practice to shape adaptive social behavior. Although their effectiveness has been demonstrated, the implementation of these interventions still faces challenges, such as difficulties in generalizing skills to real-life situations, limited resources, and variations in participants’ motivation and engagement. These findings highlight the importance of employing diverse, personalized intervention approaches and involving the active roles of families and teachers to achieve optimal outcomes. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for developing more flexible and contextual social intervention models in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the level of tax literacy among Indonesian society in 2025, amidst the acceleration of digital transformation in the public sector and changes in taxpayer demographics. Using a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, this study combines a quantitative survey of 5,000 respondents across 34 provinces and in-depth qualitative interviews. The results indicate that the National Tax Literacy Index (NTLI) stood at 62.4% in 2025. This figure reflects a phenomenon of "mechanical compliance," characterized by high administrative capability but moderate essential awareness. This study specifically highlights that innovations in public digital communication platforms, adaptive message delivery strategies, and public understanding of asset reporting transparency and state financial management are the most determinant variables in promoting voluntary tax compliance. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for formulating more inclusive, behaviorally-based fiscal policies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Typing Master learning media and self-directed learning on students’ ten-finger typing skills at SMKN 25 Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consisted of 72 eleventh-grade Office Management students, all of whom were selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires to measure Typing Master learning media and self-directed learning, as well as documentation of students’ ten-finger typing skill scores. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that Typing Master learning media has a positive and significant effect on ten-finger typing skills, self-directed learning also has a positive and significant effect, and both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on students’ typing skills. These findings indicate that interactive application-based learning media enhance the effectiveness of skill practice, while self-directed learning encourages consistency and intensity in students’ practice. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous examination of Typing Master learning media and self-directed learning within the vocational high school context. The implications of this study contribute to the development of technology-based learning and the strengthening of self-directed learning to improve students’ vocational skills.
