Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of differentiated learning through Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Differentiated learning emphasizes the importance of accommodating individual students' learning needs based on their interests, levels of understanding, and learning styles. VR technology was chosen as an innovative tool to enrich the learning experience, allowing students to explore material immersively and interactively. This research employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review, analyzing relevant studies on differentiated learning, the use of VR technology in education, and its alignment with learning objectives. The findings indicate that VR has the potential to enhance student engagement and motivation in learning while supporting more flexible and personalized learning strategies. However, challenges such as technological infrastructure limitations and the need for teacher capacity building in effectively utilizing VR were identified. The conclusion of this study is that integrating VR into differentiated learning holds significant potential for achieving educational goals, provided there is adequate technological support and teacher capacity development.

Abstract

This study aims to review the literature related to the use of interactive e-book-based learning media in learning Science in Junior High School (SMP). By utilizing multimedia elements, such as animation, video and interactive quizzes, interactive e-books offer an innovative approach in helping students understand complex scientific concepts. This research uses the literature study method by reviewing various articles and relevant research. The results showed that interactive e-books can increase learning motivation, concept understanding, and student engagement. However, the implementation of interactive e-books still faces challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, lack of teacher technical skills, and accessibility barriers. Therefore, careful planning and teacher training are needed to ensure the effectiveness of using interactive e-books in science learning.

Abstract

Project-oriented learning design is an effective pedagogical approach in increasing student involvement and developing critical thinking and problem solving skills. The research method used is library research, which involves collecting information from various sources such as books, notes, magazines, and related articles. Data collection techniques are carried out by reading, reviewing and analyzing various existing literature. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. This article discusses the importance of integrating formative and summative assessments in project-oriented learning design to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Formative assessment, which functions as continuous feedback, allows educators to monitor and improve the learning process in real-time. Meanwhile, summative assessment provides a comprehensive evaluation of student learning outcomes. The results show that this strategy not only increases student engagement but also significantly improves learning outcomes. Thus, this article suggests that educators need to adopt an integrated assessment approach to achieve higher quality and effective learning design.

Abstract

Islam is the only religion that is on the side of Allah SWT. Which in the process of spreading it Allah sent a messenger named Muhammad saw, at the beginning of the spread of Islam Allah ordered him to spread Islam or preach secretly, until finally the Messenger of Allah was ordered to preach openly. Islam continues to grow, even though the Messenger of Allah saw had died. And the struggle for Islamic preaching was continued by the Khulafa` al-Rāshidīn led by Abu Bakr, ’Umar ibn al-Khaṭṭtab. ‘Uṡman ibn ‘Affan and the last ‘Ali ibn Abi Ṭalib. But who would have thought that Islam which was fought so hard by the Prophet and his companions would be divided into many divisions. The beginning of the division was marked since the leadership of the last Caliph, namely ‘Ali ibn Abi Ṭalib. And the split group was termed Shī’ah. Shī’ah is linguistically interpreted as adherents or supporters, while in terms of Shī’ah it is interpreted as a group that supports 'Ali. At first, Shī’ah was just an ordinary group that still believed in Ahl al-Sunnah, but over time this understanding began to be contaminated so that the Shī’ah group was divided and became more extreme. Since then, the development of hadith among Shī’ah began to violate Shara, even to the point of going astray.

Abstract

The low habituation of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in children aged 5-6 years remains a significant issue in early childhood education, including in Baiturrahman Kindergarten, Gowa Regency. Observations reveal poor habits such as littering and low handwashing awareness despite previous health campaigns. This study aims to determine the effect of learning activities focused on environmental cleanliness on PHBS in young children. A quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent group test and a quantitative approach was applied. The study involved 10 children divided into an experimental group, which received environmental cleanliness learning interventions, and a control group. Purposive sampling was used, and data collection included direct observation and documentation. The paired sample t-test was employed for data analysis. Results showed that the experimental group had a pre-test average of 32.7, indicating basic cleanliness understanding, which improved significantly after learning, with a post-test average of 8.4. The control group showed minimal changes (pre-test: 33.6, post-test: 8.4). Independent t-test results indicated a significant difference between groups (pre-test: T = 10.52, P = 4.09 × 10⁻⁹; post-test: T = 10.90, P = 2.32 × 10⁻⁹). This study highlights the effectiveness of structured cleanliness education in improving PHBS behaviors. Collaboration between teachers, parents, and peers is recommended to reinforce PHBS habits and ensure long-term behavioral changes.

Abstract

This article exposes the cruciality of Javanese ethical values regarding Indonesian moral considerations. Javanese people always seek for peace in the concept of slamet through conceptions of jagad ageng and jagad alit in Serat Wulangreh and Serat Tripama. The article would like to ask the question whether traditional values contain philosophical understandings especially in Javanese culture. In analysis through qualitative methods through literature study approach, Javanese culture underlines that others are not objects but knowledge of human beings; to consider oneself is to consider others. There is no distance between knowledge and understanding as both are appraised and lived. Humanity is both for oneself individually and for others socially. In conclusion, Javanese values see people to be respected equally in the universe. The main idea is not power or even money, but necessary individual conditions and good social interactions. By stating so, this paper finds its significance especially in how traditional values, especially Javanese, will always exist as a guidance of moral, philosophical, and everyday understandings of human’s life

Abstract

The song Atouna el-Toufoule  popularized by Remi Bandali is a symbol of resistance and an expression of the pain of children who are victims of war. This study aims to reveal how the style of language in the song Atouna el-Toufoule  is used by the author as a form of artistic expression as well as social criticism. The results of this study include language styles based on the level of stylistic analysis, including: 1) al-mustawa al-sauti: repetition of the sounds kasrah and sukun at the end of a sentence, sawamit anfiyah (mim), sawamit infijariyah (ta marbuthah); 2) al-mustawa as-sharfi: use of the isim maf'ul form and writing words that do not comply with the rules of rasm; 3) al-mustawa al-nahwi: al-tikrar, istifham which deviates from its original meaning, 4) mustawa al-dalali: al-dalalah mu'jamiyah, al-dalalah siyaqiyah and also taraduf; 5) al-mustawa al-suwari: the use of tasybih, majaz, and harf nida
