Abstract

Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus between 2015 and 2035. With the abundance of productive human resources, Islamic education institutions must be ready to manage their human resources with the right strategy to implement. Management of human resources from Al-Quran's perspective is the right choice in an Islamic educational institution, and this management has been implemented in integrated Islamic schools. In this research, a case study will be taken at SDIT Insan Cendekia Boyolali, which is considered useful in implementing human resource management. The implementation carried out by SDIT Insan Cendekia Boyolali starts from four management components: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Controlling, 4) Actuating has implemented Al-Qur'an perspective management. Likewise, in the implementation of the principles of human resource management, namely: 1) The principle of monotheism, 2) The principle of justice and welfare, 3) The principle of deliberation, 4) The principles of efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, 5) The principles of discipline, integrity, and loyalty, 6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility, 7) The Ukhuwah Principle. There are still some deficiencies in the implementation, but educators can already felt the results.

Abstract

This research examines the Concept of Advanced Islamic Education in the View of Haedar Nashir. The focus of the research that was reviewed is how Haedar Nashir views the concept of Advanced Islamic Educators. This type of research is library research which is a pure library research. Thus the collection of data in this study is to use documentation methods that look for data on things or variables in the form of records such as books, magazines, documents, articles, words, daily minutes, meeting notes and so on.

Abstract

This research study aims to determine the implementation of the learning start with a question method in learning akidah morals at MA Mazro'atul Huda Wonorenggo Karanganyar Demak, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in this implementation. Qualitative method is a method used in this research, namely an approach that aims to understand a phenomenon in depth. The subjects of this research were the head of Madrasah, a teacher of akidah akhlak at MA Mazro'atul HudaWonorenggo Karanganyar Demak and one female student of class X IPA 1. Data about the implementation of the learning method start with a question on learning akidah akhlak at MA Mazro'atul. Huda Wonorenggo Karanganyar Demak was collected by interviewing, observing, and using documentation study. After the researcher went directly to the field and collected data accurately and analyzed it, the results showed that: First, the learning method start with a question is an innovative method in learning that can create situations and conditions for students to be much more active in learning and can develop the ability to ask questions about the material akidah morals given. The implementation of the learning method start with a question in learning akidah akhlak at MA Mazro'atul Huda Wonorenggo Karanganyar Demak has been implemented properly. Second, the supporting factors of the method, namely: from the mediator or educators, the factors of the education participants, the advantages of the learning start with a question method itself and the infrastructure such as the learning media used. The third, the inhibiting factors, namely: very limited time and factors from students. Keywords: Methods, learning start with a question, learning akidah akhlak

Abstract

Abstrak: metode pembelajaran berbasis Audiovisual adalah metode pembelajaran yang menggabungkan audio dan media visual atau bisa disebut visual tampilan media yang. Media audiovisual sangat tepat digunakan di tingkat sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sejak dini. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memiliki beberapa aspek pokok bahasan yang dituju, yaitu (1) mengetahui bagaimana proses persiapan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis audiovisual, (2) pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (3) mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode berbasis audiovisual dalam pembelajaran online.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi pustaka (literature review). Metode penelitian kepustakaan jenis ini digunakan untuk membahas penggunaan media audiovisual yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, penulis menggunakan teknik dokumentasi yaitu pengumpulan data berupa dokumen, sumber data yang bersifat mati, bisa berupa catatan, surat, aset, foto, dll. Kata kunci Media Audiovisual, Efektivitas, Motivasi Belajar, dan Pembelajaran Online

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Dlanggu Orphanage Mojokerto is a place to educate children who are disadvantaged in teaching from their parents, because of problems from 40 children, some who disobey, who like to disobey the rules, the Muhammadiyah Orphanage Mojokerto has programs for character briefing child. This study aims to determine the implications of the cultivation of moral values to foster children. The research design used is qualitative, with data collection methods namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with Flow Model which includes data reduction, data display, conclusion. The conclusions of this study are: the process of planting the character values of an orphanage by instilling the value of akhlakhul karimah through a religious approach, cultural values, environment, self potential, and daily life. The implication is that foster children get new knowledge learning that can change their daily lives for the better. The inhibiting factor is that the origin of the environment is not good because of the number of naughty children and lack of cultivation of moral values since childhood from their parents.

Abstract

Emotional Quotient is an ability that should be owned by each student. Because emotional quotient includes a process that tames emotions and directs them to positive things, for that we need a program in the world of education that is able to respond to this. This study describes how the implementation of the co-curricular preparation program in improving the emotional quotient abilities of MTs Tahfidz Yanbu'ul Qur'an Kudus students. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data sources were headmaster, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, and students. Meanwhile, secondary data are relevant research books and journals. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of a co-curricular program could improve students' EQ skills. This is evident from the fact that students who often participate in this program have a high sense of respect, responsibility, empathy, and high motivation. Meanwhile, students who rarely participate in co-curricular programs tend to be indifferent and have low motivation. Supporting factors for the implementation of the co-curricular program are the competence of quality teachers, facilities and infrastructure, and monitoring from the principal of madrasah. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of teaching staff, implementation time and non-technical factors.

Abstract

Earth is currently in a condition that is quite severe. Environmental damage triggered primarily by human activity has had an impact that threatens the survival of life on earth. Climate change alters the ecological balance that results in natural disasters, water scarcity, and declining environmental quality. Efforts to improve the environment must be a priority and carried out by as many humans as possible. In fact, environmental awareness in Indonesia is still very low. One simple indicator, Indonesia is the second largest contributor of plastic waste in the world. If not addressed, this environmental damage will be felt by all parties. Efforts to increase environmental awareness need to start, one of them through elementary school bench. In line with the Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) program, schools can make the environmentally caring character as target character so that learners become the generation that preserves and conserves the environment. Growing character must begin by providing a good understanding and environmental insight to the child as well as a sense of responsibility for himself, his community, and his God. Science learning and Islamic education is the most prospective entrance that teachers can take to foster environmental awareness.

Abstract

Higher number of students recruitment in Islamic Education Institutions is one indicator of an institution quality. Islamic educational institutions are currently required to be able to promote their institutions to expand the students’ recruitment. This paper aims to describe the implication of brand image in the promotion of Islamic educational institutions on student recruitment. The method used in this paper is literature review. Books, articles, websites, laws relating to brand image, brand management, higher education and marketing management are collected, read, compared, and analyzed to identify the roles of brand image in promoting the Islamic educational institutions. The results of this study indicate that there are three implications of brand image in the promotion of Islamic educational institutions on student recruitment: brand image is strengthening the position of Islamic educational institutions, brand image is illustrating the effectiveness of the institution, and the brand image can be used as a reference in designing the institution identity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the guided inquiry model and problem-based learning on the conceptual understanding of class VII A and VII K students of State Tsanawiyah Madrasa (MTs N) 3 Sragen on environmental pollution material. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a non equivalent control group design. After being treated with the guided inquiry model, the average of students' learning outcomes was 89.5, while the problem-based learning model was 88.3. To prove that there is an effect of the two models on students' conceptual understanding, a paired sample t-test was conducted, in which the two classes showed a significance <0.05 so that H1 was accepted or H0 was rejected. Its means that the two models influence students' conceptual understanding of environmental pollution material. The guided inquiry model in this study has a higher impact than problem-based learning. These results are also supported by the N-Gain score on the guided inquiry model, which is higher than the problem-based learning model with scores of 0.67 and 0.53, respectively. Both N-Gain scores are in the “medium” improvement category.

Abstract

Islamic Higher Education (PTAI) is expected to be a research based university with international competitiveness without losing its characteristics. It is necessary to eliminate the scientific dichotomy by integrating science with Islamic religious studies. At IAIN Purwokerto, the concept of integration-interconnection is manifested in “Jabalul Hikmah”. The epistemological reintegration of the scientific foundations is expected to answer academic, religious, social, cultural, and technological problems in society. One of the subjects based on general science which needs to be integrated with Islamic studies is Anthropobiology. Hence, this study aims to examine how to present anthropobiology courses in an integrated interconnected with Islamic studies. This research is a library research conducted by collecting and analyzing data from books, journals, and articles related to scientific integration models and anthropobiological concepts in pure science and Islamic perspectives. In the Miles and Huberman model, the collected will be reduced to focus on the important things, then the data is presented, and finally verified. The results show that efforts to integrate Islamic science in Anthropobiology course material can be done by integrating anthropobiological concepts derived from universal truths with Islamic studies. Through the integration-interconnection of Islamic science, Anthropobiology courses can support Islamic Early Childhood Education Study Program students to have a comprehensive understanding of human characteristics to prepare early childhood education.
