Abstract

Moralism is a global phenomenon that can be found in various societies that adhere to "world religions" such as Judaism, Hinduism, Christianity and Islam. The purpose of this research is to know that the faith of religion is entirely based on their individual and personal achievement, and given by the pride given to the personal experience that guides everyone in their own way. Religion is a basic human necessity, because religion is a means of defending itself against all acts of violence that threaten human life. Religion gives meaning to individual life and also gives hope for survival after death. Religion can be a human tool to rise from the world's life of suffering, to achieve spiritual independence. Religion as a symbol of society is no longer visible since religion has been established as religious institutions, institutional religions in principle create a good institutional regime based on faith validation, using a secure president according to the authoritarian organisation that conforms to each tradition, in connection with the line of religious descent. Religion has become a legitimate tool for a group of people who have economic and political resources.

Abstract

Marketing is an important factor in achieving success for a business. Food is no longer just a necessity, but a lifestyle. The culinary world is growing rapidly with its uniqueness. Café Titik Koma utilizes business opportunities in the caffeshop sector in the city of Surabaya. Café Titik Koma has a target audience of young people. The management of the Titik Koma café is carried out by the owner, manager and employees who have generated large revenues. The purpose of this study was to identify the marketing mix at Café Titik Koma, by looking at the aspects of product mix, price, promotion and place. This is to determine the strength of the Titik Koma café using the 4P theory. This research uses qualitative research. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The research results obtained in this study are the 4P marketing mix theory at the Titik Koma cafe has been implemented well. It shows that the strength of Titik Koma café is in a varied and unique product mix, affordable prices, promotions using social media and a strategic place with adequate facilities. Based on the overall results of the research results, it is hoped that Café Titik Koma will emphasize more on promotions other than on Instagram by promoting on other social media. Café Titik Koma to always maintain taste, product quality and wifi facilities that support consumer convenience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics to the UMKM tofu products in Desa Duren, Kota Madiun. Desa Duren is known for its tofu production, which is one of the main sources of income for the local community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore how the principles of Islamic business ethics are applied in the production and distribution processes of tofu. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with UMKM actors, field observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the application of Islamic business ethics, such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and concern for community welfare, has had a positive impact on the sustainability of the business and the economic well-being of the Desa Duren community. Additionally, the application of these ethics has also enhanced the reputation and consumer trust in the tofu products. This study concludes that the application of Islamic business ethics is not only relevant but also essential in creating an environment of integrity and sustainable business practices. The study's recommendations include increasing education and training for UMKM actors about Islamic business ethics and support from the government and related institutions to strengthen ethical and sustainable business practices. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of Islamic business ethics and the economic empowerment of the local community.

Abstract

This research explores modern monetary dynamics with a focus on money supply without bank intermediation, money supply theory, the money multiplier mechanism, and the policy implications arising from this phenomenon. In the contemporary financial context, the emergence of financial technology (fintech) and cryptocurrencies has changed the traditional landscape of money supply, allowing money supply to occur without the direct role of banks. This article discusses the basic concepts of money supply theory, including the factors that affect the money supply in the economy. Furthermore, this study analyzes the money multiplier mechanism, which describes how money injected into the banking system can result in a larger increase in the money supply. Using both theoretical and empirical approaches, this study assesses the monetary policy implications arising from changes in the way money supply occurs, including the challenges for monetary authorities in controlling inflation and financial stability. The results show that this transformation in money supply requires innovative and responsive policy adaptations to maintain the effectiveness of monetary policy in maintaining economic stability.

Abstract

The market serves as a mechanism to provide incentives and facilitate economic activities in the society, in particular the UMKM market in Indonesia, which is divided into two, modern market and traditional market. In this modern era, traditional markets are still in the public; although some are already interested in e-commerce, one of the markets still in demand by the population is the traditional market Putat Jaya that exists in Surabaya. Based on the phenomenon that occurred in the Putat Jay market, the author is interested in carrying out research with the title “Analysis of the application of Islamic business ethics in the sale and purchase transactions of fish traders in Putat Jaya Market in Surabaya City." In this study, the author uses qualitative methodology of a descriptive approach by performing three stages of data collection, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research, on the Putat Jaya market, most traders have adhered to Islamic Shariah in sale and purchase transactions and have implemented some of the principles of Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

TikTok is one of the social media platforms that has gained popularity among a wide range of people, from teenagers to adults. Its attractiveness lies in offering a plethora of current and engaging video content that captures everyone's attention. However, behind its captivating content, the TikTok application harbors many potential negative impacts, such as consuming a considerable amount of time for its users, creating addiction, and the abundance of adult content, which can undoubtedly affect its users, including students. Therefore, teachers, particularly those instructing in Aqidah Akhlak (Islamic ethics and morality), play a crucial role in preventing moral crises due to the negative effects of TikTok. This research employs a qualitative case study approach, with data sources obtained from Aqidah Akhlak instructors, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. The data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The technique used to check the validity of the data is triangulation. The results of this study reveal the strategies employed by Aqidah Akhlak teachers in addressing the negative impact of the TikTok application. These strategies involve preventive measures, including providing guidance on the negative effects of the TikTok application and setting a positive example for students. Additionally, Aqidah Akhlak instructors organize congregational Dhuhr prayers and encourage the memorization of short verses from the Quran during free time. Sanctions are also applied by Aqidah Akhlak instructors if a student persists in disregarding warnings. The implementation of these strategies has a positive impact on the way students speak and behave, making them more adept at navigating social media, especially the TikTok application.

Abstract

Children are a source of happiness and comfort, children are the greatest trust that God has given to every parent in the world. Therefore, children are the responsibility of parents. A child's future depends in part on the parenting and education provided by parents. Children are entrusted by God, as entrusted to them, parents who are entrusted must take good care of their entrusted care, by taking care of them and providing everything that will ensure that the entrusted care is maintained and in accordance with the wishes of the entrusted person to the entrusted person. As the most perfect creature, humans were chosen by Allah as caliphs on this earth. As a caliph, it is a must to understand everything that is entrusted to us on this earth by Allah, including knowing and carrying out our trust as a parent to our children. Taking care of all the needs of children from the moment they are born is part of a parent's obligation, but regarding human responsibilities on this earth, to fill, maintain and preserve nature on this earth requires knowledge and skills. In fact, humans are also servants created by Allah to worship and adore Allah. Therefore, as a parent, it is your responsibility to guide your children to implement and realize their goals and responsibilities as servants.

Abstract

The findings in the research show that the underachiever experienced by female students in Intensive Class 3 is a problem that must be overcome. Underachievers are students who are unable to balance the material obtained in the learning process with the grades they produce. A state of physical and psychological fatigue experienced by a person over a long period of time which is characterized by physical, mental or emotional exhaustion. Underachiever behavior can occur in various educational settings, including Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions must try to minimize this by maximizing the role of parties directly involved with female students, including teachers. The problem raised in this research is how underachievers occur in female students in class 3 of the Intensive TMI Putri Al-Amien, how to overcome them and the obstacles in overcoming them, which are explained in two focuses, namely: How teachers attempt to deal with underachiever students in the learning process of class 3 of Intensive C&D at TMI Al-Amien, and than What are the teacher's obstacles in dealing with underachiever students in the C&D Intensive Class 3 learning process at TMI Al-Amien and what are the solutions. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data sources were obtained from teachers, el-psycha and female students. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the technique used to check the validity of the data is technical triangulation. The results of this research are that underachievers that occur in Intensive Class 3 female students are caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors of the child. In this case, teachers play a very active role in overcoming it. The methods used by teachers include providing motivation and positive advice, warning, giving rewards, providing adequate rest time for their children and controlling the behavior of female students. The obstacles in overcoming them are internal and external factors.

Abstract

The Ta'lim al-Muta'allim book is a book that discusses the manners of students to seek knowledge as the key to success in learning. The book also mentions various provisions that must be owned by students and are often brought on their journey to seek knowledge so that students can achieve their goals, namely gaining useful and blessed knowledge. So learning the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book aims to provide guidance to students to achieve useful knowledge and can be developed independently so that it is useful for other humans. Basically, education that emphasizes improving student morals. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research. The location of the research is at Ma'had IDIA Prenduan, while the data collection technique uses interviews, observations, and documentation. And using the technique of checking the validity of data with data triangulation then the data that has been obtained is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To find out how the value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book is implemented, the researcher tries to thoroughly examine the value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book which is implemented in Ma'had IDIA Prenduan. With the hope that the results of this study can be useful for all IDIA Prenduan students and all communities. So from the results of the research conducted by the researcher at Ma'had IDIA Prenduan, it is aware of the importance of value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book in an education system that exists in the institution so that students are able to implement the contents of the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book so that they can be applied in everyday life in accordance with the teachings taught by Imam Az-Zarnuji (Ta'lim Al-muta'allim).

Abstract

The purpose of self-development and purification of the heart is to make humans into quality human beings. Al-Ghazali, as one of the great thinkers of Islam, found a way to satisfaction and inner peace, namely through the Sufi Path (maqamat sufism). Of course, this requires a medium, namely the Qalbu (heart) in which there are many things that need to be expressed by humans and of course there are diseases that can hinder this process. One of these maqamat is patience as a way to get closer to Allah SWT and a cure for heart disease. If patience is carried out diligently and seriously, the person who does it will gain virtue, benefits and happines as well as peace of mind and heart with the peak being makrifarullah.
