Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual leadership, job satisfaction, and work self-efficacy on employee performance at the Bengkulu Provincial Ministry of Religious Affairs. The sample in this study consisted of 61 employees at the Bengkulu Provincial Ministry of Religious Affairs who were civil servants. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests, and hypothesis tests. The regression analysis results show that Spiritual Leadership (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Self-Efficacy (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.698 indicates that the three variables are able to explain 69.8% of performance, while the remaining 30.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the t-test results at a significance level of 0.05, each of the variables X1, X2, and X3 proved to have a significant partial effect on performance, because the significance value was below 0.05. In addition, the F-test results also showed that the three variables had a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of Village Office employees, indicated by a significance value of less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study compares how two HBO series, And Just Like That… (2021- ) and Insecure (2016-2021), represent female friendship and identity. Both shows focus on women, but they come from different cultural and social contexts. Using postfeminist theory (Gill, 2007) and intersectional feminism (Crenshaw, 1991; Collins, 1990), this research analyzes character development, dialogue, and storylines from selected episodes. The findings show that And Just Like That… emphasizes personal choice, lifestyle, and privilege, while Insecure highlights how race, gender, and class shape women’s everyday experiences. The study also shows that friendship works differently in each show: in And Just Like That…, it supports personal growth, while in Insecure, it represents solidarity and shared struggle. Together, the shows reveal two different ways of understanding modern womanhood on television.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of coordination, work enthusiasm, work quality and work ability individually and collectively on job satisfaction of employees of the Lahat Regency Education and Culture Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality testing using validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained a regression equation, namely: Y = 0.903 + 0.541 (X1) + 0.292 (X2) + 0.351 (X3) + 0.409 (X4). The constant value is 0.903, this means that if the variables Coordination (X1), Work Spirit (X2), Work Quality (X3) and Work Ability (X4) are assumed to be zero or considered non-existent, then the value of the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.903. The magnitude of the influence of the Coordination variable (X1) on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.541 or 54.1%. The magnitude of the influence of the Work Spirit variable (X2) on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.292 or 29.2%. The magnitude of the influence of the Work Quality variable (X3) on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.351 or 35.1%. The magnitude of the influence of the Work Ability variable (X4) on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.409 or 40.9%. Research conclusion: Coordination, work enthusiasm, work quality and work ability have a significant influence, individually and collectively, on the job satisfaction of employees of the Lahat Regency Education and Culture Office.

Abstract

Underhand marriage is a phenomenon that still occurs frequently in Indonesian society and has complex legal implications, particularly regarding the status of children born. Although these marriages are considered religiously valid, the lack of marriage registration results in a lack of administrative recognition by the state. This condition has a direct impact on determining the legal status of children in the national legal system, particularly regarding civil relations with parents, identity rights, and the fulfillment of other civil rights. This study aims to analyze the legal consequences of underhand marriages on the status of children born from a national legal perspective using a normative juridical approach. The analysis was conducted by examining relevant laws and regulations, legal doctrine, and court decisions, particularly Constitutional Court Decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010. This study also links these issues to the theories of legal certainty and legal protection. The results show that underhand marriages create uncertainty in the legal status of children because the recognition of the child's civil relationship with their biological father does not occur automatically but rather depends on subsequent legal mechanisms. From the perspective of legal certainty and legal protection, this condition places children in a vulnerable position and potentially experiences discrimination. Therefore, legal interpretation and policies are needed that are more oriented towards the best interests of children in order to guarantee certainty of status and fair legal protection.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the modern perfume retail industry, which is becoming increasingly competitive, requiring companies to provide a satisfying shopping experience for customers. Although PT Izone Ritel Indonesia has offered a variety of products, initial observations still show consumer complaints regarding delays in service during busy hours and uneven product availability. This phenomenon indicates the need for an in-depth analysis of the factors determining customer satisfaction at the location.  The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the magnitude of the influence of service quality (X1) and product variation (X2) variables on consumer satisfaction (Y), both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 56 respondents. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the linear regression analysis The multiple regression produces the equation: Y = −1.185 + 0.186X1 + 0.824X2. The research findings indicate that: (1) Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a t-count value of 2.160 > t-table 2.006 and a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05. (2) Product variety partially has a positive and dominant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a t-count value of 8.389 > t-table 2.006 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, service quality and product variety have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with an F-count value of 1439.00 > F-table 3.17. The coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.982, which indicates that this model is able to explain 98.2% of the variation in consumer satisfaction.
