Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyusun dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran bagi siswa sekolah dasar berupa video animasi berbasis Capcut yang berjudul “ANHAR” untuk mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) tentang halal, haram dan riba di kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cijati. Mata pelajaran PAI yang masih dianggap kurang menyenangkan menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan dan materi yang dikemas cukup penting karena halal, haram dan riba merupakan hukum yang dibolehkan dan dilarang dalam agama Islam. Pemahaman yang benar terhadap hukum-hukum tersebut tidak hanya menjadi pedoman dalam menjalani kehidupan sesuai syariat, tetapi juga turut andil dalam membentuk masyarakat yang lebih jujur, adil dan beretika dalam berbagai aspek terutama dalam hubungan muamalah atau sosial ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang hukum halal, haram dan riba, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Design and Development (D&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Dari hasil penelitian kami terbukti bahwa media pembelajaran yang inovatif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dari hasil post-test yang telah dibandingkan dengan nilai pre-test yang kami lakukan pada saat uji coba produk, dapat dipastikan bahwa media pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study underscores the pressing need to comprehend the religious practices of habaib in Indonesia within the conceptual framework of Antonio Gramsci's hegemony theory. This phenomenon can be attributed to the profound socio-religious influence of Habaib within Indonesian Muslim society. habaib is frequently regarded not only as a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad, but also as a moral and spiritual authority. This perspective prompts inquiries into the mechanisms through which cultural hegemony can be established by means of religious practices that are transmitted across generations. The present study aims to critically examine how Habaib religious practices, such as maulid, haul, and pilgrimage, act as tools of hegemony within the framework of civil and political society as understood by Gramsci. The methodological approach employed in this study is a qualitative one, incorporating a library research method, with a focus on the analysis of primary and secondary sources pertinent to the theoretical framework of hegemony and the historical context of Habaib. The results of this study demonstrate two significant conclusions. Firstly, Habaib religious practices function as a means of consensus building through symbolic domination in civil society. Secondly, Habaib's position as traditional intellectuals enables them to maintain cultural domination without the use of coercive power. This study demonstrates that religious practices function not only as spiritual activities, but also as a strategic instrument in the process of shaping and maintaining hegemony within Indonesian Muslim society. Abstract

The child-friendly education program or Child-Friendly Schools (SRA) is a program initiated by UNICEF with the leading sector for each district city being the respective regional Women's and Child Protection Services. Program implementation cannot be carried out optimally without support and good communication from various parties as well as strong social capital in each region. Therefore, there is a need for synergy and cooperation between ministries, the private sector, local government and the community. With a research focus on the City of Surakarta, a Child Friendly City (KLA) with the Main title six times in a row since 2016, and is currently in the process of becoming a World Child Friendly City. The aim of this research is to determine the communication network built between institutions in realizing child-friendly education in Surakarta. What social capital is used to support organizational communication in realizing child-friendly education in Surakarta and knowing the impact of organizational communication in realizing child-friendly education in Surakarta for the institutions involved. This research methodology uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and document study. The research results show that UNICEF as the initiator encourages the leading sector to build a partnership network to create Child Friendly Schools (SRA) with more dominant organizational communication, formally based on the concept of dependency, openness, synergy and occurring in all directions. Policy, evaluation, program control, early learning of character, ethics or morals as social capital and supported by efforts to strengthen organizational resources. The impact of organizational communication carried out by DP3AP2KB Surakarta and service network partners is an integrated and integral system in handling cases including health, civil registration, education and certain cases in Child Friendly Schools.

Abstract

This research seeks to investigate the conceptual synergy between M. Amin Abdullah’s integrative-interconnective epistemology and the use of artificial intelligence in Islamic education in the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The study used a qualitative library technique to critically analyze original philosophical texts, peer-reviewed journal papers, and policy documents, therefore constructing a theoretical framework that contextualizes AI within Islamic educational principles. The investigation revealed that the majority of current methods for AI integration in education mostly emphasize technical and practical dimensions, neglecting the ethical and epistemological factors crucial to Islamic pedagogy. The results demonstrate that Abdullah's framework offers a thorough basis for integrating technical innovation with the spiritual, ethical, and intellectual aspects of knowledge. This research presents a conceptual paradigm that directs curriculum creation, policy design, and teacher capacity enhancement, guaranteeing that AI implementation upholds the maqashid sharia and the cultural integrity of Islamic institutions. The study offers a unique viewpoint by illustrating that AI may serve as a catalyst for epistemic renewal when aligned with a cohesive Islamic framework. These findings are anticipated to guide next empirical research and facilitate the development of contextually relevant digital transformation initiatives in Islamic education.

Abstract

Isu kepemimpinan non-Muslim di Indonesia telah menjadi perdebatan hangat dalam wacana keagamaan dan politik, terutama di kalangan umat Islam. Perdebatan ini bukan hanya menyangkut aspek politik semata, tetapi juga bersinggungan langsung dengan isu-isu aqidah, terutama terkait prinsip wala' dan bara', serta interpretasi terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadits yang berbicara tentang loyalitas dan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana umat Islam di Indonesia memahami dan merespons isu pemilihan pemimpin non-Muslim dari perspektif aqidah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi literatur terhadap sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder dalam Islam, ditemukan bahwa perbedaan pandangan muncul karena adanya variasi dalam penafsiran teks keagamaan dan perbedaan mazhab berpikir di kalangan umat Islam. Sebagian kelompok menilai memilih pemimpin non-Muslim sebagai bentuk pelanggaran terhadap prinsip aqidah, sedangkan kelompok lain melihatnya dalam konteks kemaslahatan, pluralisme, dan kewarganegaraan. Kajian ini merekomendasikan perlunya dialog intra dan antar umat beragama untuk membangun pemahaman bersama yang seimbang antara nilai-nilai aqidah dan realitas kebangsaan dalam konteks negara demokratis seperti Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the commodification of social media through the lens of Jean Baudrillard’s theory of simulation and simulacra, using TikTok Indonesia as a case study. In the digital era marked by hyperreality, social media has evolved beyond a platform for interaction to become a space of symbolic production and consumption. Representations in digital content often replace reality itself, constructing idealized and aestheticized images driven by algorithmic appeal. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and case study method, this research observes several popular TikTok contents in Indonesia, focusing on self-branding, daily life aesthetics, and cultural challenges. The findings reveal that most of the content represents simulations of life that emphasize visual impact over authentic representation. Personal identity, cultural elements, and even private emotions are transformed into digital commodities with social and economic value manifested through likes, comments, followers, and potential endorsements. The study concludes that TikTok serves as a site for the construction of new meanings where social reality is increasingly redefined through symbolic consumption. Rather than reflecting genuine life experiences, digital content tends to follow trends and visuals that satisfy the logic of visibility and viral appeal. These findings reinforce Baudrillard’s argument that in postmodern society, reality is no longer directly experienced, but is instead replaced by institutionalized and mass-reproduced representations shaped by media systems and consumer culture.

Abstract

Abstrack The Kashmir conflict between India and Pakistan has been a chronic source of regional instability since the mid-20th century, despite various mediation and resolution efforts initiated by the United Nations (UN). This study critically evaluates the effectiveness of UN interventions in resolving the Kashmir dispute, highlighting the geopolitical constraints and internal resistance that limit the implementation of resolutions. Originally, this research expands the analytical framework by integrating the perspective of contemporary Islamic studies as both a theoretical and practical lens. We argue that Islamic principles founded on justice, peace, consultation (syura), and reconciliation offer a conflict resolution paradigm that has not been extensively explored in the Kashmir context. Initial findings suggest that while the UN faces structural challenges, integrating an Islamic approach one that emphasizes consensus building and substantive justice can provide novelty and essential depth in formulating sustainable solutions. This represents a significant contribution to the literature on international conflict resolution, particularly concerning disputes rooted in historical and cultural complexities. Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of electronic money (e-money) as a quantitative instrument in monetary policy in Indonesia through a qualitative approach based on literature review. In the digitalization era, the transformation of the payment system has developed rapidly, altering consumption patterns and the structure of the national financial system. This study utilizes various secondary literature sources to evaluate how e-money impacts financial inclusion, consumer behavior, the national payment system, and monetary stability. The findings indicate that e-money holds significant potential in supporting the effectiveness of monetary policy, particularly in expanding the monetary base and contributing to inflation control. However, its effectiveness as a quantitative instrument depends on supervision, regulation, and synergy between monetary authorities and digital financial industry players.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh fenomena meningkatnya pengaruh media digital terhadap perilaku, cara belajar, dan pola pikir peserta didik, yang berdampak pada perlunya inovasi kurikulum yang relevan, adaptif, dan kontekstual. Kurikulum PAI tradisional umumnya lebih fokus pada aspek kognitif dan belum sepenuhnya mengintegrasikan penggunaan teknologi digital sebagai sarana pembelajaran karakter yang interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI, dan focus group discussion dengan pakar kurikulum, praktisi pendidikan karakter, serta ahli literasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model desain kurikulum PAI integratif yang dikembangkan memiliki empat komponen utama, yaitu: (1) rumusan capaian pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi karakter religius dan literasi digital; (2) integrasi materi ajar yang memadukan konten nilai-nilai akhlak dengan praktik penggunaan media digital secara bijak; (3) strategi pembelajaran interaktif berbasis blended learning; dan (4) evaluasi autentik yang mengukur pencapaian karakter dan keterampilan digital secara simultan. Implementasi model ini pada uji coba terbatas di sekolah menengah pertama menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai nilai-nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan toleransi, sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dalam mencari, mengelola, dan memproduksi konten pembelajaran agama secara positif. Selain itu, guru merasa terbantu dengan adanya panduan pengembangan materi dan media pembelajaran digital yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa desain kurikulum PAI integratif mampu memberikan alternatif inovasi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan karakteristik generasi digital native. Model ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi pengembang kurikulum, pendidik, dan lembaga pendidikan dalam memperkuat peran PAI sebagai instrumen pembentukan karakter yang adaptif terhadap dinamika perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

The increasingly complex development of traffic conditions increases the risk of accidents caused by careless or reckless driver actions. Traffic crimes resulting from recklessness have different legal implications in each country, particularly regarding the elements of fault, the form of criminal liability, and the sanctions applied. This article aims to compare the criminal law regulations regarding recklessness in traffic crimes between Indonesia and several other countries, specifically to identify differences in concepts, legal application, and the effectiveness of law enforcement. The research method used is normative juridical with a comparative legal approach, through analysis. legislation, legal doctrine, and related court decisions. The results of the study show that Indonesia regulates reckless acts in traffic accidents through Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation with a focus on the element of negligence resulting in injury or death, while several other countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany apply the concept of recklessness as a low-level intention (culpable risk taking) with heavier criminal sanctions and stricter legal proof. This comparison shows the need for reconstruction of criminal law policy in Indonesia to clarify the boundaries between negligence and recklessness and increase the deterrent effect in order to reduce the number of traffic accidents and provide more optimal legal protection for the community.
