Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, price and product diversity on consumer buying interest (a case study on traders at Gambir Traditional Market, Tebing Tinggi City). The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00. The results of distributing questionnaires to the public are 96 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test is normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), hypothesis testing, namely T test and F test. The results of SPSS in this study, namely the location variable (X1) affect the interest variable buying (Y), Price Variable (X2) has no effect on buying interest (Y), Product Diversity (X3) has an effect on buying interest (Y) and Location (X1) is the most dominant variable affecting Buying interest (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of product quality and trust on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable (Study on Abah Chicken Noodle Customers in Sei Rampah District). The population in this study were all consumers of Mie Ayam Abah. In determining the sample used the Slovin formula with Accidental Sampling sampling technique, the sample taken was 97 respondents. The analysis tool in this study uses the help of the Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results showed that: 1). Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, 2). Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, 3). Product Quality variable does not have a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, 4). Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, 5). Consumer Satisfaction variable has no positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, 6). Product Quality variable does not have a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening variable, 7). Trust variable has no effect on Consumer Loyalty with Consumer Satisfaction as the Intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and motivation on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable (Case study in the transportation section of contract employees, Inalum bus drivers PT. Auto Padu Kuala Tanjung Batu Bara). The sample in this study amounted to 32 people, namely all contract employees of Inalum bus drivers PT. Auto Blend. This sampling uses a total sample, where the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of equation I multiple linear Z = 7.730 + 0.259X1 + 0.243X2 and equation II multiple linear Y = 5.732 + 0.424X1 + 0.766X2 - 0.454Z. Based on hypothesis testing using the t test (partial) that job training (X1) has no significant effect on work discipline (Z), motivation (X2) has no significant effect on work discipline (Z), job training (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y), motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y), work discipline (Z) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). The results of Path Analysis on hypotheses 6 and 7, namely work discipline (Z) cannot mediate the relationship of job training (X1) to employee performance (Y), Work Discipline (Z) cannot mediate the relationship between motivation (X2) and employee performance (Y) .

This study aims to determine the influence of wom and brand image on repurchase interest with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Deco 100 Kuala Tanjung store. The research method used was a quantitative method using the help of SPSS version 25.00.which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 96 Kuala Tanjung Deco 100 customers. The analytical method used in this study is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption tests are normality tests, multicolonearity tests, heteroscedasity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), hypothesis tests, namely T tests and path analysis (Path analysis). The results of SPSS in this study are Word Of Mouth variables affect consumer satisfaction, Brand Image variables affect consumer satisfaction, Word Of Mouth variables affect Repurchase Interest, Brand Image variables affect Repurchase Interest, consumer satisfaction variables affect Repurchase Interest And path analysis shows Word Of Mouth has no effect on Repurchase Interest through consumer satisfaction, and Brand Image has no effect on Repurchase Interest through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is the science and art of managing the relationships and roles of the workforce so that they are effective and efficient in helping to realize the goals of the company, employees and society. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human relations, work stress and work facilities on employee performance at the population and civil registration services of the city of Tebing Tinggi. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The sampling used in this research was the Non Probability Sampling method and the type of sampling used total sampling, the number of samples studied was 30 respondents. The analytisis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25.00 Software. The results of this research show that human relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human relations, work stress and work facilities simultaneously influence employee performance at the population and civil registration services of the city of Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

Human resource management is the activity of planning, procuring, developing, maintaining and using human resources to achieve goals both individually and organizationally. The sample used in this research was 30 honorary employees who were in the District Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Serdang Bedagai. as a research sample. The analytical techniques used in this research are Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Hypothesis Testing and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this research show that hypothesis (1) shows that tcount (2.300) > ttable (1.703), likewise with a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Leadership Style (X1) influences performance (Y) . hypothesis (2) it is known that tcount (8.012) > ttable (1.703), and the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) has an effect on the performance variable (Y). Hypothesis (3) shows that tcount (0.244) < ttable (1.703), and the significance value is 0.009 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Culture variable (X3) influences the performance variable (Y). In hypothesis (4), it is known that Fcount (22.939) > Ftable (2.975), and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), Organizational Culture ( X3), have a joint (simultaneous) effect on the performance variable (Y).

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the extent to which work performance appraisals influence employee work productivity at Bank BTPN, Tbk, Tebing Tinggi Branch. This type of research uses a quantitative approach method with a sample of 35 respondents who were determined based on a saturated sampling technique. With simple linear regression analysis, in SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the assessment of work performance has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Bank BTPN Tebing Tinggi Branch employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and product design on iPhone purchasing decisions (case study of customers of the Fdstore store in Tebing Tinggi City). The research method used is the Quantitative Method using SPSS version 25.00. The technique for determining the sample size used sampling. The total number was 56 respondents, namely consumers who bought iPhones at the Fdstore, Tebing Tinggi City. The sampling technique for this research uses Accidental Sampling. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research are 1) Product Quality influences Purchasing Decisions, 2) Brand Image influences Purchasing Decisions, 3) Product Design influences Purchasing Decisions, 4) Product Quality, Brand Image and Product Design simultaneously influence Purchasing Decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and packaging on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable for consumers at Aroma Bakery Jl. Thamrin Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00. The data collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to consumers of Aroma Bakery Shops in Tebing Tinggi City were 96 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test is normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, hypothesis testing, namely T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this study are the product quality affects the buying interest, the packaging affects the buying interest, the product quality affects the purchasing decision, The packaging has effect no significan on purchasing decisions, the buying interest has effect no significan on purchasing decisions and path analysis shows buying interest cannot mediate the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions, and buying interest can mediate the relationship of packaging to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes on purchasing decisions at Murni Baru Stores. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of SPSS version 25.00 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 75 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is the instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. Classic assumption test, namely normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of SPSS in this study were variables product quality (X1) affecting purchasing decisions (Y), variables design’s product (X2) do not influencing purchasing decisions (Y), variables brand’s product (X3) do not influencing purchasing decisions (Y), Variable product support service influences the purchasing decision (Y), variable price’s product do not influencing purchasing product. The influence of product quality, product design, product brand, product support services and product prices on purchasing decisions at Murni Baru Stores is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.860. This shows that 86% of purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality (X1), Product design (X2), product brand (X3), product support services (X4) and product price (X5) and the remaining 14% are influenced by other variables which are not used in this study.
