Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that during the COVID-19 pandemic learning in elementary schools faced many problems. First, curriculum targets have yet to be achieved; second, distance learning is complex, faces complex issues, and requires careful preparation. Based on Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, the government gives authority to schools to design a diversified curriculum and diffrerentiated instruction considering various conditions. This study aims to find information about the efforts of schools and stakeholders regarding implementing curriculum diversification and differentiation learning in elementary schools. The method is qualitative data collected through questionnaires throughout Indonesia, followed by interviews and discussions representing the population determined purposively. The research results show that many stakeholders need to understand government policies regarding curriculum diversification. Therefore, schools try to meet all curriculum demands uniformly. This study recommends that the government develop a pocketbook or handbook containing SOPs for various curricula and instructions during special conditions. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan semakin meningkat. Salah satu teknologi yang sering dipakai dalam dunia pendidikan adalah big data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja siswa dalam nilai ujian. Big Data merupakan kumpulan data yang sangat besar dan kompleks yang dapat dianalisis untuk mengungkap pola-pola yang bermanfaat. Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal nasional maupun internasional, publikasi akademik, laporan, dan buku. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Kaggle Dataset dengan sampel data 1000 siswa yang telah mengikuti berbagai ujian. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan Big Data dalam memprediksi kinerja siswa berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan orang tua, kursus persiapan ujian, dan porsi makan siang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja siswa terhadap hasil ujian adalah porsi makan siang siswa. Jumlah nilai siswa perempuan dengan porsi makan yang sesuai pada ujian Matematika, Membaca, dan Menulis mencapai 22.413, 24.875, 24.890. Jumlah nilai siswa laki-laki dengan porsi makan siang yang sesuai pada ujian Matematika, Membaca, dan Menulis mencapai 22.759, 21.342, dan 20.701. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa porsi makan siang yang tepat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja siswa dalam hasil ujian

Abstract

Purpose to find out the deaf disability assessment model. Method: the design of this study is qualitative research, namely library research (library research). The information gathered and analyzed comes entirely from literature and documentation, such as publications in books, research journals, and other related media. The data collection technique is a literature study, namely by searching for data related to the discussion in this study. Relevant data is collected through literature study, literature study, and internet search. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. Results: Assessment technic in disability education (formal and informal) are distinguished from diagnostic, test, and evaluation terms in general education. The aim is to see the condition of students their abilities, difficulties, and learning needs individually. Conclusion: the assessment model in deaf disability education is as follows. (1) Diagnosing barriers in students (physical: hard of hearing/deaf, intellectual, social, emotional, and/or sensory-neurological); (2) Classification, placement, and discovery of deaf disability education programs; (3) Determine the learning path for kids with hearing problems; (4) Determine the technique of implementing the assessment to be used (tests, interviews, observations, analysis of student work); (5) Developing grids and questions along with scoring guidelines; (6) analysis of instruments and results. Implementation: by using the appropriate assessment model, the teacher can easily trace the barriers to deaf students' difficulties individually and accurately.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluates the implementation of a Canva-based technical guidance e-module in Panwascam, the District Election Supervisory Committee, under the supervision of Bawaslu in Serang Regency. Developed following the ADDIE model, the digital e-module includes relevant materials on election supervision procedures, handling election violations, and reporting techniques. Research and Development (R&D) methodology is employed to validate and refine the module. The study involves 29 Panwascam members as respondents. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of the Canva-based e-module in enhancing the knowledge and skills of Panwascam in performing election oversight tasks. In conclusion, the Canva-based e-module proves effective in improving Panwascam's knowledge and skills within Bawaslu Kabupaten Serang, providing a viable training alternative for hard-to-reach areas while enhancing accessibility and efficiency in delivering training materials.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an authentic assessment instrument for writing observation report text skills in vocational high schools and produce an authentic assessment instrument for writing observation report text skills that are valid. This research was conducted at a Vocational High School in Bekasi, which has implemented the 2013 curriculum. The techniques used to obtain research materials were observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the Research & Development model development from Borg & Gall. The results of this study were 1) implementation of authentic assessment at Bina Insan Kamil Vocational High School using lesson plans and assessment rubrics in the textbook, 2) valid and reliable observation report text writing skill instruments were obtained through expert review, small and large scale trials.

Abstract

Development of Learning Management System (e-Learning) based on Wordpress and Learnpress. This research was conducted to generate and determine the feasibility of web-based e-learning using CMS (Content Management System) WordPress and LearnPress at PT Indo Karya Solusi. This research is a development research with the ADDIE method (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). The steps in this research are the analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. validation of media experts, material experts, one-to-one trials, small group trials and field trials using questionnaires. The data analysis technique for feasibility uses quantitative descriptive analysis. According to the assessment of media experts, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 88.8% this is the very good category. According to the material expert's assessment, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 93.3% this is the very good category. according to the one-to-one trial, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 90.6% this is the very good category. According to the small group trial, this e-learning is feasible to use with a score of 96.13% this is the very good category and according to field trials with a larger number of respondents (50 e-learning training participants), it is feasible to use it with a score of 92,76% this is the very good category. From these tests, it can be concluded that web-based e-learning using CMS (Content Management System) WordPress and LearnPress at PT Indo Karya Solusi is feasible to use.

Abstract

The learning process involves teachers working with students and other learning tools in the classroom. In this era of globalization, science and technology are increasingly advanced which demands regeneration of society as a whole, especially in the education sector. In an effort to improve the quality of education, especially in the learning process, the growing development of science and technology places demands on the education sector to always adapt to technological changes. The learning process can be greatly helped by video-based media, both for learning activities. The research carried out has the aim of being able to find out the use of video media with the aim of the effectiveness of powtoon media in increasing students' cognitive development in natural science material. SLR (Systematic Literature Review) is the chosen research methodology for this study. All education related items according to Google Schoolar and SINTA are cataloged and reviewed to collect data. According to 10 research findings, animated videos have an average feasibility of 89.3% when used in the science learning process because they have a positive impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using Google Sites-based e-learning media to learn photography. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a one-group pre-test and post-test experimental research design. Researchers collected data through tests on 24 students in class XI Multimedia at Wijaya Putra Vocational School. Data analysis was performed using the T test, Based on the results of the t test on the output table of the paired sample test, it was found that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference between learning outcomes in pre-test and post-test scores after using e-learning media based on Google Sites. As a suggestion for further research, in addition to testing student learning outcomes variables, research can consider the application of Google Sites in increasing student learning motivation and independence.

Abstract

Modern communication technology has advanced quickly, changing how social media channels are utilized for communication globally. This article focuses on Muslim scholars and the challenges of social media Da'wah focusing on cyberbullying of scholars on social media platforms. Most social media-based social interaction tools are user-generated, in contrast to traditional media. It enables the user to control the message's content without restriction or regulation. Some Muslims have been lured into using social media in violation of rules laid down by fundamental Islamic teachings because of their freedom to sign up for an account on any website and the freedom it involves. Accordingly, this study has identified cyberbullying behavior against Muslim scholars on social media and provided solutions according to Islamic teachings. Therefore, this paper aims to bring into the limelight some of the challenges Muslim scholars face when doing Da'wah on social media and proffer Islamic solutions. The study used a qualitative survey approach, interviewing seasoned social media users. Seven individuals were purposefully chosen for the study since they are Muslims and have knowledge of the issue under investigation. Some of the study's findings showed that Muslim scholars encounter cyberbullying difficulties when conducting Da'wah on social media. The paper concludes that in order to create a more peaceful and safer digital environment, social media users should communicate with good morals and manners, especially on online forums

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of an interactive learning video based on the Wondershare Filmora application in art and culture subjects in painting material to increase learning effectiveness and make it easier for students to absorb the material. Researchers use the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall model as a guide for developing an effective product. The research procedure is to analyze the needs of students, design the required teaching materials, develop teaching materials that have been designed, implement them on students and evaluate the results of implementing teaching materials. The results of the development show that interactive learning videos based on the Wondershare Filmora application can increase student motivation because they provide an attractive appearance with content inserted in the form of video tutorials and are accompanied by solid and clear backsounds and narratives to support the interactive learning media being developed and can help students understand real form of the material being studied. Increasing educators' knowledge regarding the development of teaching materials, increasing learning effectiveness and growing motivation and interest in learning students are the results obtained. However, on this occasion the researcher only focused on developing teaching materials.
