The purpose of this research is to design training to increase teacher competence in implementing the teaching factory learning model for vocational teachers who teach at several SMK Negeri Center of Excellence in the North Lampung region and to review the effectiveness of the training designs developed. This type of research uses methods and development (R & D) with the ADDIE development model. The population is all productive teachers who teach at SMK Negeri 3 Kotabumi and SMK Negeri 1 Abung Selatan with a total of 60 teachers and a sample of 40 teachers for testing the resulting product development. Data collection was carried out using observation, survey and pretest - posttest techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis including product feasibility analysis, product attractiveness analysis and teacher competency level analysis. The results of the research show that the products developed are feasible and attractive and can improve teacher competence

Teenagers experience many emotional problems and tend to be characterized as easily reacting to situations that trigger emotions, including angry emotions. Not all teenagers can apply these skills to be able to display angry emotions in a healthier way. The current study aims to test the effectiveness of online intervention to improve anger management skills in adolescent girls. This research uses a mixed type of research from quasi-experimental methods and qualitative interviews, it aims to test the effectiveness of online interventions to improve anger management in female students. Samples were taken from female teenage students aged 14-16 years who were studying at junior high or high school level. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with four participants who had been screened for difficulties in managing emotions. The instrument used is the Anger Expression Scale (AES). Quantitative analysis using the Friedman test showed that there was a significant difference in students' anger before the intervention, after the intervention, and at follow-up (χ2(2) = 7.600, p = 0.022). There was a significant difference in the anger aspect of students in the three measurement time interval groups (χ2(2) = 6.500, p = 0.039). However, there was no significant difference in the way students expressed anger (2) = 4.500, p = 0.105). There was no significant difference in anger within students (χ2(2) = 0.154, p = 0.926). Thus, it can be concluded that this intervention is not significantly effective in improving anger management skills in adolescent female students.

One thing that requires to be done in providing growth in educator standards, in the field of education is to improve the workforce's or teachers' performance. Any activity that applies responsibility or is helpful in the workplace qualifies as training. This training was expected to help teachers develop their hard and soft skills. Education and training are required for educators in vocational high schools to work better and become more competent. By using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the results of the study showed that the work of educators in schools has a significant effect on education and training.

This study aims to determine the relationship between student's perceptions of the use of video OBS learning media and student learning motivation partially and collectively toward social studies learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative research, survey methods, and correlational techniques. The target population is junior high school students in Depok City. The sample in this study were Grade VIII students at Raudlatul Falah Middle School, Darul Ulum Middle School, and PGRI 363 Pondok Petir Middle School, taking samples using a random sampling technique. The study results were: 1) There was a positive relationship between students' perceptions of using video OBS learning media on social studies learning outcomes for students at SMP Bojong Sari Depok, 55%. 2) There is a positive relationship between student learning motivation and social studies learning outcomes for students at SMP Bojong Sari Depok 51%. 3) There is a positive relationship between student's perceptions of the use of video OBS learning media and students' learning motivation, together with the results of learning history in students at SMP Bojong Sari Depok 40%.

Social media can affect people's mindset and lifestyle, especially millennials. From various information obtained on social media, one of them that can be applied is da'wah activities. This research uses a social media case study, namely the Tiktok application conducted by Hafiz Qur'an, and a young da'i, the Tiktok account @Hudzaa. The case study in this study is that followers of Tiktok accounts @Hudzaa. Research method, using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and interviews with followers. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the @Hudzaa tiktok account on the effectiveness of da'wah for followers. The study's results, the use of TikTok @Hudzaa as a da'wah medium is appropriate, and a short drama in da'wah has a positive impact on followers, so followers have applied it in everyday life. It is hoped that this research can be a new insight for the millennial generation and in creating content on the Tiktok application to be more innovative in delivering da'wah in accordance with the challenges of the times.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kemampuan literasi digital mahasiswa dibentuk oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran elektronik portofolio. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 mahasiswa pendidikan agama Islam semester enam di Unipdu Jombang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket langsung dari infoman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penggunaan Elektronik Portofolio Dalam Membentuk Kemampuan Literasi Digital Mahasiswa pendidikan agama Islam semester enam di Unipdu Jombang termasuk pada kategori sangat baik, berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa dampak elektronik portofolio dalam membentuk kemampuan literasi digital sebesar 89,7%, indikator yang dominan dalam mengakses sumber daya online yang relevan untuk pembelajaran dan penelitian serta mengintegrasikan berbagai informasi dan konsep untuk mencapai pemahaman yang lebih dalam yaitu pencarian internet dan penyusunan pengetahuan terdapat di Indikator I mengukur pencarian di internet yaitu prosentase 91% dalam kategori sangat baik, indikator II yg mengukur pedoman arah hypertext prosentase 87,5% pada kategori sangat baik, selanjutnya indikator III yg mengukur penilaian konten info prosentase 88% pada kategori sangat baik, dan 92% di indikator IV yang mengukur penyusunan pengetahuan juga dalam kategori sangat baik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan elektronik portofolio mampu membentuk kemampuan literasi digital mahasiswa pendidikan agama Islam.

This study aimed to determine student perception after using English video learning media. The research method is a quantitative research method. The researcher uses pretest posttest control experiment to measure the effectiveness of Video Learning Media, before learning activity was held, the researcher determines students’ entry skill by giving them a pretest, furthermore the learning activity was held with the experiment class have a learning video as media and the control class not using a learning media. After that both classes took a posttest to find out the English skill enhancement which determine by using T-test. The result of t-test shows that experiment class obtained higher poin than control class which can be concluded that video learning media is more effective than not using video learning media at all. After the posttest the researcher collected data through questionnaire which given to 30 student of experiment Class XI Social 5 at SMA Negeri 1 Larantuka. After calculated the acquisition value of the questionnaire, the researcher obtained an average value of perception questionnaire (93) and also obtained the majority of each questionnaire item has a positive respond from the student. This shows that the using of English video learning media obtained a very good perception by the student in the classroom which directly proportional with higher posttest result achieved by experiment class. This finding can be considered as reference for the next studies about a relation between motivation, learning outcomes and the using of English Video learning Media

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is one of the government's policies in the field of education. MBKM opened a new paradigm of education implementation. MBKM is an educational innovation to ensure that the learning process is inclusive and in accordance with the times. MBKM is expected to have a significant impact on the actors that involved in the education ecosystem, including students. The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of MBKM based on the level of student satisfaction at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Tanjungpura. This paper uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and interviewing 44 respondents. The research hypothesis is that student satisfaction with MBKM has an impact on the impact of MBKM. The results of this study were that the implementation of MBKM at FKIP UNTAN obtained a score of 3,795 with a percentage of 75,907. This value is included in the “satisfactory” category, so it can be concluded that the MBKM program has a significant impact on students at FKIP UNTAN

The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the influence of democratic parenting and learning discipline on PPKn learning outcomes among students at SDN Dolopo 01, Madiun Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a type of correlation research and is used to research certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, quantitative data analysis with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been applied, data processed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of research on the influence of democratic parenting and learning discipline on the PPKn learning outcomes of students at SDN Dolopo 01 Madiun Regency, researchers can draw conclusions regarding three things related to the problem formulation, namely: there is a significant influence between democratic parenting on students' PPKn learning achievement. SDN Dolopo 01 Madiun Regency, significance of 0.146, significance level (α) of 0.000<0.05. There is a significant influence between learning discipline on the PPKn learning achievement of students at SDN Dolopo 01 Madiun Regency, the significance is 0.000, which means it can be seen that tcount (6.626) > ttable (1.668) and the significance level (α) is 0.000 < 0.05, and there is There is a significant influence between democratic parenting and learning discipline on the learning achievement of Civic Education students at SDN Dolopo 01 Madiun Regency.

The aim of the research is to identify the factors that hindered the effective implementation of policies in the in junior schools. Therefore, to identify these factors, the paper comes up with four research questions and four research objectives as a guided to the study. Descriptive research design was adopted for the study. Population of the study consisted of 254 junior secondary schools, 4500 teachers and 254 principals in Adamawa state. Sample of the study was drawn using deliberate and stratified random sampling techniques, while proportionate sampling technique was used to determine the sample size required from each school. Data for the study was obtained using questionnaire. Pilot test was conducted using Cronbach Alpha and a reliability index of 0.79 was realized. Data collected was analyzed using frequency counts, percentage, mean and standard deviation while independent T-test was used to test the hypothesis generated. Findings from the study indicated that: insufficient funding, poor planning and inadequate professionally qualified teachers are some of the challenges that mars successful implementation of UBE programme in Adamawa state. It was discovered that the allocation to education in the state is below the 26% recommended by UNESCO and as a result of Poor welfare package (Mean=3.96, SD=0.96), Lack of training & retraining opportunities (Mean=2.98, SD=0.96). The study recommended among others that efforts should be made by the government to counter the factors which has become impediments to successful implementation of UBE programme such as provision of adequate funding, qualified professional teachers and instructional materials.
