Abstract

The increasing need for electrical energy requires the reliability of good electrical power distribution. Intentional or unintentional blackouts caused by electrical disturbances will certainly be detrimental to both PLN parties themselves. Several parameters that can be used as a reference in determining the reliability of a distribution system are by calculating SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) which is an index calculation of the average number of disturbances during each month and SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) which is an index of the average duration of disruption to the system for one month. Analysis of the condition of the level of reliability of the distribution system at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Fakfak aims to determine the monthly reliability of SAIDI and SAIFI in the distribution system at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Fakfak whether it still meets the SAIDI and SAIFI target values at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Fakfak.. The method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results obtained are the SAIDI and SAIFI PT eligibility standard values. PLN (Persero) ULP Fakfak in the month standard used for SAIDI is the limit of 79.01 hours / plg - 308.00 hours / plg and the SAIFI standard is 0.56 times / plg - 1.86 times / plg. From the results of SAIDI calculations for 5 months from February - June, it can be seen that in May the SAIDI value was much better than the target set by PLN, namely 17.24 hours / plg. Meanwhile, SAIFI according to the calculation results was 0.16 times / home from 1.38 times / home in May set by PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Fakfak. Abstract

Study quantitative This use design multiple linear regression with population as many as 35 employees were taken as sample through total sampling technique . Data is collected through observations and questionnaires , then analyzed using the T test and F test. The results show that environment work (X1) has influence positive and significant to performance employees (b = 0.592, p < 0.05), whereas facility (X2) has influence positive However No significant (b = 0.220, p > 0.05). The F test shows that environment work and facilities in a way simultaneous influential significant to performance employees (p = 0.001). The R square value of 0.586 shows that 58.6% variation performance employee can explained by the second variable this , while 41.4% is influenced by other variables that are not researched . Study This conclude that combination environment work and facilities contribute significant to performance employee at PT PLN UP2B Makassar System .

Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective and reliable work safety protection system based on Arduino Uno. The system is designed to detect hazards in the workplace, such as suspicious movements that may cause accidents for industrial workers. Arduino Uno is used as the brain of the system, and sensors connected to the microcontroller serve as input devices that detect actions not in accordance with safety procedures. When the sensors detect a hazard, Arduino Uno will activate an alarm and automatically take the necessary control actions. This research involves programming the Arduino Uno, selecting the appropriate sensors, hardware integration, and thorough system testing. The developed system is expected to enhance workplace safety and provide better protection for workers. System testing is conducted using a simulated work environment that depicts different hazard scenarios. The test results show that the Arduino Uno-based work safety protection system functions as expected. The installed sensors accurately detect hazards such as excessive temperature, fire, toxic gases, excessive vibrations, and unwanted movements in the work area. Arduino Uno receives signals from these sensors and quickly responds by activating alarms and taking appropriate protective actions. Interpretation of the test results indicates that the developed system can effectively help identify potential hazards and provide the necessary protection for workers in the manufacturing industry

Abstract

Fakfak Regency, West Papua Province is one of the oldest regencies in Papua. However, electricity problems are still a scourge that has not yet been resolved properly. So far, the mainstay of power plants in Fakfak Regency is the Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) which is highly dependent on the supply of Fuel Oil (BBM) and the reliability of the Diesel Engine. In fact, Fuel Oil (BBM) is one of the natural resources that cannot be renewed. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct a study on New Renewable Energy (EBT) that has the potential to be developed in Fakfak Regency. There are several rivers that have the potential to be developed as Micro Hydro Power Plants (PLTMH) in Fakfak Regency. The existence of Micro Hydro Power Plants (PLTMH) in Fakfak Regency is one of the real solutions to the power outages that still often occur in Fakfak Regency. Through this study, it is hoped that there will be a mapping of the energy potential that can be produced by several rivers in Fakfak Regency if used as Micro Hydro Power Plants (PLTMH). In addition, the potential of Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH) will support the transition of power plants in Fakfak Regency. Another objective is to support environmental conservation efforts (nature and culture) and increase community participation in the management of existing natural resources, thus providing economic benefits to the local community. The research was conducted through surveys and direct measurements where the measurement results will be calculated to determine the potential river flow discharge and the potential for power generation. The results of the measurements and calculations obtained an average discharge of the Sakartemen River of 3.1m3/second which based on the measurement of the effective fall height (Heff) of the flow was obtained at 4 m. With these results, it can be estimated that the electrical power generated is 104,260 kW.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a mobile-based student study period completion information system in JPTE. The system developed uses the fountain development model approach with 5 stages, namely analysis, subsystem requirements, design, implementation, and testing. The purpose of choosing the fountain model is to ensure flexibility in development and adaptation to user needs. Black Box testing is carried out to ensure that each main feature, such as login, thesis/final project upload, journal upload notification, input and display of graduation dates, as well as management of student and KAPRODI data, functions according to the specifications set. The test results show that all 100% of the features successfully meet the expected functional criteria, with a system that is able to provide easy access, flexibility, and responsiveness. Overall, the Black Box test results show that the system is ready to be used by users and meets all the functional requirements that have been set. This mobile-based information system is expected to improve the efficiency of academic administration management and support the smooth process of completing the student study period.

Abstract

Simulation of On Grid Solar Power Plant Potential at PT. Halmahera Jaya Feronikel Employee Housing , Ilham Adam. In today's era of globalization, the need for electrical energy sources is a major factor in life. Various routine activities carried out by humans every day are not far from electronic goods, making electricity a basic need. The need for electricity also plays a very important role in industry and mining such as at the PT. Halmahera Jaya Feronikel mess which consumes quite high electrical energy, which is around 255 kWh/day, besides that in the PT. Halmahera Jaya Feronikel employee mess area has a mess roof that can be used to make solar power generators and the location of the employee mess is quite strategic because it is free from tall buildings that can cause shadows or shading. The results of the on-grid solar power plant simulation using 98 solar panels with a capacity of 550 Wp and 7 inverters with a capacity of 10 kW, the effective energy that can be generated in this solar power plant based on PVsyst software is 82303 kWh/year with an initial investment value of Rp. 792,040,000 and operational and maintenance costs for 20 years which is the project life of Rp. 438,408,000, with a payback period of 7.9 years and a net present value of Rp. 1,205,963,279 and can be said to be feasible because the NPV value is more than 0 which means that this solar power plant does not experience losses, and the Benefit cost ratio value obtained is 2.57 and can be said to be feasible because the results of the BCR are more than 1 which are obtained from the results obtained with the costs incurred.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data gerak yang direkam untuk memperkirakan gerakan maju kursi roda otomatis menggunakan teknik interpolasi Lagrange. Metode ini dipilih karena kapasitasnya untuk menghasilkan perkiraan yang tepat tanpa kompleksitas komputasi yang umumnya terkait dengan metode interpolasi diferensial terpisah seperti interpolasi Newton. Studi ini melibatkan pengukuran jarak lurus, jarak lateral, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk setiap percobaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa teknik interpolasi Lagrange menghasilkan perkiraan yang akurat pada titik evaluasi penting. Pada x=5000, interpolasi Lagrange memprediksi -5,43269 × 1015 dengan kesalahan 0,26665, sedangkan pada x=10000, prediksinya adalah -7,83405 × 1018 dengan kesalahan 0,78549. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa interpolasi Lagrange adalah metode yang efektif untuk memodelkan pergerakan kursi roda otomatis menggunakan data yang tersedia. Namun, perhitungan kompleks yang terlibat memerlukan manajemen distribusi data yang cermat dan peningkatan metode untuk mengatasi keterbatasan ini di masa depan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup individu dengan kebutuhan mobilitas khusus. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memacu pengembangan sistem prediksi yang lebih canggih dan efisien untuk aplikasi kursi roda otomatis. Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia dituntut mempersiapkan SDM agar bisa bersaing dan beradaptasi dalam revolusi industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0. Lulusan pendidikan kejuruan dituntut kesiapannya dalam percaturan dunia tenaga kerja di tingkat nasional maupun global khususnya penggunaan teknologi berbasis temuan-temuan baru. Dalam hal ketenagakerjaan kita patut khawatir sumber daya manusia tidak akan mampu bersaing dengan tenaga kerja dari negara lainnya yang telah mempersiapkan diri dan mempunyai kualitas yang lebih baik. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah implementasi pembelajaran berbasis industri (PBI) karena siswa dapat memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang nyata dalam suasana industri/dunia kerja sesungguhnya. Konsep yang diterapkan dalam PBI adalah Competence Based Training (CBT) dan Production Based Training (PBT). Pemerintah Indonesia telah menerbitkan beberapa regulasi tentang PBI sejak tahun 1990 hingga saat ini. Upaya tersebut dilakukan agar kualitas lulusan SMK memiliki daya saing global dengan kompetensi sesuai kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Beberapa model sudah diterapkan selama ini, pada tulisan ini diuraikan tentang model-model PBI pada SMK dan menganalisis kekurangan dan kelebihan masing-masing model. Pada tulisan ini akan memberikan rekomendasi model yang paling efektif, efisien, dan praktis digunakan berdasarkan pendapat para ahli dari akademisi, pemerintah, dan DUDI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru dalam menggunakan media dan sumber pembelajaran di SMP. Lokasi pusat penelitian ini di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 24 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, yang mengungkap gejala, kondisi, dan situasi baru di lokasi penelitian yang terjadi dalam kurun waktu 8 tahun. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Yakni menggambarkan data secara sistematis, akurat mengenai fakta yang ada di lokasi penelitian. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyajian data, verifikasi dan menyimpulkan data hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian yakni : kompetensi profesional guru dalam menggunakan media dan sumber pembelajaran di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 24 Makassar, guru maupun siswa telah memanfaatkan berbagai fasilitas yang tersedia. Yaitu dalam memilih dan menggunakan media pembelajaran, menggunakan laboratorium dalam proses belajar mengajar, pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan penggunaan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar. Hal ini telah teraplikasi secara aktif dan rutin sesuai dengan kebutuhan materi pelajaran

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) menguji efektivitas penerapan bahan ajar interaktif E-book mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SMK; (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan bahan ajar interaktif E-book mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SMK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TKJ tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Efektivitas penerapan bahan ajar interaktif E-book dilihat berdasarkan rerata persentase tanggapan peserta didik terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar interaktif E-book adalah sebesar 88.70% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Selanjutnya sebesar 92% peserta didik memperoleh ketuntasan tes hasil belajar; (2) Faktor pendukung dalam penerapan bahan ajar interaktif E-book diperoleh dari hasil observasi selama proses pembelajaran, yakni: (a) ketersediaan LCD Projector di ruang kelas; (b) peserta didik memiliki laptop pribadi; (c) keterampilan dasar peserta didik dalam menjalankan komputer; (3)Faktor penghambat dalam penerapan bahan ajar interaktif E-book adalah ukuran laptop yang relatif besar (10-14 inci) dan berat membuat E-book tidak portable untuk dibawa kemana mana, selanjutnya keterbatasan materi, dimana E-book ini hanya membahas kompetensi dasar struktur kontrol perulangan.
