Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Use of Alphabet Boxes and Pictures on the Reading Ability of Class II Students of SDN 1 Kertayasa. Where reading is one of the abilities that students must have in the educational process. Reading can be a bridge for students who wish to progress and succeed both in the family, school and community. This research is a pre-experimental study with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population in this study were all class II students at SD Negeri 1 Kertayasa, totaling 26 students. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing (Wilcoxon). The results of the study showed that (1) Before using Alphabet Box Media and Pictures in class II students of SD Negeri 1 Kertayasa they were still lacking with an average value of 53,46. (2) After using the Alphabet Box Media and Pictures in class II students of SD Negeri 1 Kertayasa experienced an increase with an average value of 83,46. (3) There is an influence in using Alphabetical Box Media and Pictures in class II students of SD Negeri 1 Kertayasa with an Asymp.Sig value. (2-taied) 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of application the STEAM approach to students creative thinking ability in class IV SD Negeri 1 Jalaksana. The method in this research is Quasi Experiment Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research population was all students of class IV SD Negeri 1 Jalaksana totaling 57 students. The sample is class IV A as the control class totaling 29 students and class IV B as the experimental class totaling 28 students. The instruments in this study was a test of creative thinking skills in the form of a pre-test and post-test of 10 questions. The results show that learning with STEAM approach affect students creative thinking ability. This is evidenced by the obtained results of the hypothesis Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 and then H1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of learning with the STEAM approach on students creative thinking ability in class IV SD Negeri 1 Jalaksana.

Abstract

This research and development aims to find out how to develop, suitability and response of students to LKPD with a scientific approach in training 4C skills in class V elementary school in theme 2 subtheme 1 of the 2nd learning. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with a research and development research design by Borg & Gall. The subjects in this research were 28 class V students at Sukabela State Elementary School, Serang City, 2023/2024 academic year using purposive sampling technique. Based on the product validation results, material experts obtained an overall average percentage score of 92% with very appropriate criteria, media expert validation was 89.5% with very appropriate criteria, and language expert validation was 83% with appropriate criteria. So the overall product feasibility percentage reached 88.16% with very feasible criteria, and student responses obtained an average percentage score of 98.1% with very good criteria. Thus, LKPD with a scientific approach in training 4C skills in class V elementary school is very feasible and very good for use in the learning process of students in class V elementary school.

Abstract

Education is the basic right of every Indonesian citizen, including those with special needs. The existence of inclusive education services is an education delivery system that provides services and opportunities for all children, including children with special needs and children with special intelligence or talent potential, to participate in education and learning in one environment together with children with general criteria. This research examines and describes the implementation of inclusive education implementation in a regular school in Bandung City, namely SDN 029 Cilengkrang Bandung City with 23 inclusive student participants. This research uses a descriptive - qualitative method, through a case study approach. The results of the research conducted are that in fulfilling the learning needs of students, an inclusive education programme is needed, namely an education system that provides opportunities for students with special needs to take part in learning in the same educational environment as other normal students. In running the inclusive education programme, of course, it is not as easy as turning your hand, it requires joint commitment and collaboration between school residents as well as related agencies in order to create a meaningful, comfortable, and certainly enjoyable learning environment for students with special needs.

Abstract

Analysis of the ability to write poetry is an activity to describe students' poetry writing abilities seen from various aspects of ability. These aspects include imagination, diction, explanation, themes, and mandates. In poetry there are goals and elements in poetry. This study aims to determine the poetry writing skills of grade IV SDN Paninggaran students. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this study were the fourth grade homeroom teacher and the fourth grade students. The number of students in grade IV SDN Paninggaran is 35 students. This data was collected through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the ability to write poetry of fourth grade students is that most grade IV students like learning poetry and are able to write poetry but students find it difficult to put ideas into writing and determine how it is stanzas, lines, rhymes, determining pauses and intonations but from the mandate aspect tends to provide advice to the reader.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of science and science learning using learning media based on animation technology and interactive simulations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative where the instruments used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the use of learning media, especially technology-based media, is able to create more effective learning and students become more motivated in participating in learning. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of technology-based media can increase the effectiveness of learning and it is hoped that all education in Indonesia will be able to take advantage of changes or developments in this technology for education. Abstract

elementary schools. Character development, especially discipline, is the main focus in Indonesian education today. Disciplinary character development is directed at efforts to guide students in understanding, feeling and practicing virtues. The aim of this research is to determine the obstacles that occur in the development of students' disciplinary character in elementary schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by obtaining data from questionnaires, interviews and previous research documentation. The results showed that the level of discipline of students in general was categorized as very good, especially in the aspect of time and action. The factors that are considered to be obstacles in the development of student discipline include loose enforcement of rules in the school environment, lack of family attention to children, and an unsupportive social environment.

Abstract

Research is to find out how much the contribution of learningfundamental movement skills (basic movement skills) towards improvementmotor ability (motor skills) fourth grade students at SDN 3 Bunigeulis. In this study the authors used a quantitative experimental method with a weak experimental type. The population consisted of fourth grade students at SDN 3 Bunigeulis, the authors used a sample of 18 students consisting of 12 boys and 6 girls. To find out the contribution of the approachfundamental movement skills tomotor ability fourth grade students at SDN 3 Bunigeulis. Data collected using the motor ability instrument. This research data analysis technique uses an applicationStatistical Package for The Social Scieances (SPSS) version 25.0. The research results show thatfundamental movement skills there is a positive and significant effect onmotor ability namely the significance value of the hypothesis test forpretest andposttest of 0.001 <0.05 so that the t count is 4,123 greater than the t table value of 1.73961, therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effectfundamental movement skills positive effect on motor ability

Abstract

The paradigm shift in education due to the development of the times requires learning activities to adapt to the times. Multimodal approach is an approach that prepares learning in 21st century classrooms. Multimodal approach in learning involves various modes to achieve the meaning of learning activities. This multimodal approach is important to use in learning. This research aims to find out how the application of multimodal approach in 21st century learning especially in elementary school. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of literature study (library research). The data used in this research is by reviewing books, journal literature, thesis and dissertation research results, and the internet. The results showed that 21st century learning emphasises learning that is oriented towards interactive, holistic, dynamic, collaborative and student-centred learning. Based on this, the multimodal approach can be used as an alternative in the learning process in schools with diverse backgrounds.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of audiovisual media on the English listening skills of class IV students at SDN 1 Kalikoa. This research approach is quantitative. This research method is quasi-experimental. This research design uses a non-equivalent pretest posttest control group design. The population of this research was 42 class IV students at SDN 1 Kalikoa. The sample for this study was 21 students in the experimental group and 21 students in the control group. This research sampling was not carried out randomly. This research data was collected through tests. A total of 10 multiple choice questions and 2 essay questions were given to see students' listening abilities. This research data was analyzed statistically with the help of SPSS version 25 for Windows. Research findings show that students' English listening skills have improved significantly after learning with audiovisual media. This means that audio-visual learning media has a significant influence. This is known from the sig value = <0.05. Audio-visual learning media has a positive impact on students' listening abilities
