<![CDATA[Different interpretations of the meaning of the word 'nikah' in the Qur'an and Hadith have implications for the law of marriage for women with the father of their adulterous partner. This study aims to determine the different interpretations of the meaning of marriage in the Qur'an and Hadith and its legal implications according to the schools of jurisprudence. This research method uses a normative juridical approach by examining the books of jurisprudence as the main legal material. With the literature study method, the primary data source of this research is in the form of documents of jurisprudence books related to the topic of discussion and secondary data sources in the form of research results, journals and other documents related to the research topic. The results of this study stated that there are three different interpretations of the jurisprudence Madzhab on the meaning of marriage in the Quran and Hadith. This difference in interpretation of the meaning of the word marriage has implications for the marriage law for women with the father of their adulterous partner. Mahdab Hanafi is of the view that a woman who commits adultery with someone has legal implications that she is haram to marry her father or the son of her adulterous partner. This view is different from the Shafi'i Madzhab which states otherwise.]]>

<![CDATA[Divorce due to differences in religious denominations is a prevalent issue within the Indonesian judicial system. Despite laws such as Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 on the Implementation of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and Article 116 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) not explicitly mentioning that religious denominational differences are a cause of divorce, cases of this nature frequently emerge in the courts. This research aims to uncover how judges in Religious Courts understand and interpret the reasons for divorce related to differences in religious denominations and the extent to which their decisions align with the principles of Islamic law. The research employs a normative juridical approach by analyzing legal provisions related to divorce and reviewing several judicial decisions on divorce cases stemming from religious denominational differences. The findings of this research indicate that judges often interpret divorce cases related to religious denominational differences as triggers for conflicts that are difficult to mend. This interpretation is in line with the applicable legal provisions. However, this approach sometimes disregards the underlying objectives of family formation (maqÄshid al-usrah).]]>

<![CDATA[Learning resources have an important role in determining the learning process so that learning becomes effective and efficient in achieving goals. This research uses a type of field research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of optimizing learning resources: (1) In terms of conditions, the addition of laboratory space, the projector originally numbered 6 to 17. There are 8 internet sources that can be accessed. Addition of laboratory inventory 116 practical tools & 44 experimental materials in the science laboratory, 13 inventory for the social studies laboratory, 41 laptops in the Language / Multimedia laboratory, 14 inventory in the religion laboratory and one glass cabinet. (2) How teachers optimize learning resources by using existing tools and materials, such as chemicals, corpse menekin, projectors, and textbooks. (3) There is an increase in laboratory usage & projector loans. Reading interest has increased due to the addition of reference materials other than LKS books, several novels and 2 computers that can be used to access books or other assignment needs.]]>

This research results that first; the Project Based Learning method is a fitting and suitable method applied to Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti material. Second, there are several advantages and disadvantages in the application of PJB method. Third, the application of the PJBL method is very influential on the achievement (learning outcomes) of SMK BP Subulul Huda Kembangsawit students, this is evidenced by the results of the above calculations which are very significant.]]>

<![CDATA[The optimal development of children with special needs in inclusive elementary schools has not been fully realized despite existing interventions. This research aims to depict the development of a supplementary book focusing on life skills, based on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), tailored for children with special needs in inclusive elementary schools. This study adopts the Plomp model with four phases: initial investigation, design, realization, and test, evaluation, revision. The research findings indicate that the developed supplement book for life skills based on STEAM is highly suitable for use. Expert validation scores reached 90 and 97, categorizing them as very valid. The accompanying teacher's response scored 90, falling into the very good category. In the mentoring practice trial, scores were obtained for dyslexia (88), intellectual disability (86), Down syndrome (80), and Asperger's syndrome (78). Consequently, it can be concluded that this STEAM-based life skills mentoring book is highly suitable as an intervention guide for children with special needs, enabling them to enhance their life skills to the fullest extent.]]>

<![CDATA[This article explores the meaning of the hadith that states that Allah is "odd" and loves the "odd." Through a qualitative research approach and literature analysis, this study concludes that the understanding of this hadith contains deep meaning. Through a qualitative research approach and analysis of the literature, the study concludes that the understanding of this hadith has a deep meaning. Textually, the Hadīth underlines the importance of the obedience and piety of Allah's servants to His commands and the Oneness of Allah as the only God who has no partner and deserves to be worshipped. However, in a social context, Allah is inclusive, loving not only the odd-numbered but also the even-numbered ones. It is reflected in His command to worship and His creation, which includes various numbers, odd and even. Therefore, this hadith cannot be used as a guide for achieving individual or group goals. Hopefully, this article can serve as an essential foundation for further research on the meaning of the hadith related to Allah being "odd" and liking "odd". Hence, more in-depth studies using various approaches are needed for a more comprehensive understanding.]]>

<![CDATA[A family is the fundamental unit crucial for individual development. The presence of a cohesive family structure significantly influences the subjective well-being of children. However, there is a growing number of families headed by single mothers, potentially impacting children's subjective well-being due to the absence of a paternal figure during their formative years. The aim of this study is to offer insights into the subjective well-being of children raised by single mothers. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, utilizing in-depth interview techniques. The study involves 2 participants who were raised by single mothers. The findings reveal that both participants reported experiencing subjective well-being, attributed to social support from significant others. This support fosters positive affect and life satisfaction, which outweighs negative emotions, despite the absence of a father figure. The significance of this study lies in providing theoretical evidence that children raised by single mothers can indeed experience subjective well-being. Furthermore, these results serve as a foundation for developing interventions aimed at enhancing the subjective well-being of children raised by single mothers, through an analysis of the factors influencing well-being as identified in this study.]]>

During his contacts with disabled athletes in the game of volleyball - sitting around Their capabilities and their possession of the motivational characteristics, as they suffer severely from neglect and marginalization by many of the state’s public and sports institutions .Which guarantees them the right to achieve their belonging within the team and the community, which caused from time to time a decline in their integration within the community, and the research aimed to build and codify Two scales(Social integration scale and statement scaletrait of self-confidence) for the players of clubs and sports committees in the southern and middle Euphrates regions for the disabled in Iraq, as well as the aim of the research to identify the correlation between social integration in terms of the characteristic of self-confidence, and the researcher assumed the emergence of different levels in the results of both measures. - As for the areas of research, the human field was the disabled players in volleyball _ sitting in sports committees and clubs in the southern regions and the middle Euphrates in Iraq, and the temporal field: 12/28/2021 to 3/8/2023 AD and the spatial field: clubs and sports halls for the southern region and the middle Euphrates in Iraq.]]>

<![CDATA[Ditetapkannya Sumbu Filosofi Yogyakarta: “The Cosmological Axis of Yogyakarta and its Historic Landmarks†sebagai Situs Warisan Dunia oleh UNESCO pada tanggal 18 September 2023 di Riyadh, Arab Saudi diharapkan Yogyakarta dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi peradaban dunia. Dengan adanya banyak sumber daya pusaka di Yogyakarta dan minat tinggi dari para wisatawan untuk mengunjunginya, seharusnya menjadi alasan yang kuat bagi pihak-pihak terkait untuk serius memformulasikan strategi pengembangan wisata sejarah dan budaya di Yogyakarta. Namun masih terdapat keterbatasan bahan promosi layanan wisatawan yang disediakan di Kawasan Sumbu Filosofi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi pemasaran digital destinasi pariwisata di Kawasan Sumbu Filosofi melalui analisis RACE Planning Framework. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. <![CDATA[This article investigates the interpretation of Juz 30 in Tafsir Al-Hidayah and Tafsir Al-Furqan by Ahmad Hassan. The two commentaries are comparatively analyzed to produce a clear mapping of the background of the writing of Juz 30 by Ahmad Hassan in two different versions. The research approach used a qualitative method based on literature data, with a focus on content analysis. In the analytical framework, this study adopts Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri's epistemological trilogy theory to explore and analyze Ahmad Hassan's thoughts in the interpretation of Juz 30. The results show that there are various factors that motivate the writing of these two versions of tafsir, which are influenced by internal pressures from the PERSIS organization and social conditions during that period. Both Ahmad Hassan's interpretations use the ijmali method, but with different approaches; Al-Hidayah emphasizes the adabi ijtima'I style, while Al-Furqan tends to focus on the lughowi style. The sources of interpretation used in both books are closer to history and hadith; therefore, they can be classified as tafsir bil ma'tsur with bayani epistemological reasoning. The study confirms that the variations in the interpretation of Juz 30 by Ahmad Hassan can be explained by the complex interaction between internal organizational factors and the social context at the time of writing.]]>
