Abstract

There are various factors that are specific problems in it, including teachers, communities, principals, costs and bureaucracy. While in the general problem there are several factors, namely: Scope, Relevance, Balance, Articulation, Integration, Sequence, Continuity, and Transferability. This paper aims to find out the philosophical principles in the development of Islamic religious education curriculum. This writing method uses literature review and processes data with descriptive analysis objectively and systematically.  The results of this study are the philosophical principles in curriculum development have philosophical goals and national education is used as a basis for formulating institutional goals in producing the curriculum of educational institutions.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education in the digital era faces challenges in adapting learning methods to technological developments. The hybrid learning model is an innovative solution that combines online and offline learning to improve student understanding. This research uses a pseudo-experimental method by comparing the experimental group that uses the hybrid model and the control group that learns conventionally. The results showed that students in the hybrid group experienced a significant increase in understanding, were more active in discussions, and had wider access to digital learning resources. However, challenges such as technological readiness and lecturer adaptation still need to be considered so that this method can be applied optimally.

Abstract

Rapai Bubee is one of Aceh's traditional arts with high cultural and social values. However, its existence is increasingly threatened due to the lack of interest of the younger generation and the influence of globalization which shifts their attention to popular culture. This research aims to analyze the existence of Rapai Bubee in Pidie Jaya, especially in Gampong Mee Panglima Trienggadeng, and identify factors that support and hinder its preservation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the lack of understanding of teachers, the lack of learning references, and the lack of appreciation for local arts are the main factors for the low participation of the younger generation in this traditional art. To overcome this, hands-on practice-based training was implemented at SMAN 2 Bireuen, which resulted in increased student understanding and motivation towards Rapai Bubee. The preservation of this art requires a comprehensive approach through education, digitization, active role of the art community, as well as government policy support. Therefore, the integration of traditional arts in the school curriculum and innovation in the packaging of art performances are strategic steps in maintaining the sustainability of Rapai Bubee amid the challenges of the modern era.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is a project-based learning method that encourages students to learn through exploration, collaboration and application of knowledge in completing real projects. The aim of this research is to find out how to develop the Project Based Learning method for Islamic religious education at SDIT MTA Kotabumi North Lampung. This method uses qualitative with a case study approach. Case studies consist of detailed studies, often data, collected from a particular period, phenomenon, and context, with the aim of providing an analysis of the context and process of the study's theoretical inquiry. The researcher collected data using the observation/observation method, the observation carried out by the researcher was a participant observer, which is a direct observation, which means that the researcher directly became a participant in the research. The object observed was the implementation of P5 learning activities as a characteristic of the independent curriculum carried out by students at SDIT MTA Kotabumi, namely 22 Class III students. The results of this research are the development of a Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model for PAI at SDIT MTA Kotabumi which provides a positive response from students in learning, most students are happy and enthusiastic in the learning process.

Abstract

The emergence of discussions on the issue of integration of science to the surface is actually an effort to examine the dynamics of life and dichotomous science in the Islamic world. Efforts to integrate and interconnect various Islamic sciences with science are efforts and at the same time as an urgent answer to the weaknesses and deficiencies among Muslims compared to the paradigm of Western science. For centuries, Muslims have been imprisoned in a narrow and irrational understanding of religion. As if studying the universe is not a religious act. There is a strict separation between worldly affairs and the hereafter, between science and religion, between scientists and scholars. Consequently, the Islamic world is far behind the progress of Western science. Aware of the limitations of the impact and slap of Western science, knowledge and technology, PTAI throughout Indonesia are improving themselves, making serious changes and changes. The change of STAIN to IAIN and the conversion of IAIN to UIN still leaves big, complicated and complex problems, especially in the issue of developing the paradigm of integration of science, pillars of spirituality and its implementation model. The development model of the science integration paradigm developed at UIN Suka Yogyakarta is concentrated on the spider web symbol.

Abstract

The development of human resources, particularly educators, is a crucial factor in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kepulauan Riau. However, its implementation faces several challenges, such as ineffective communication systems, suboptimal fulfillment of teachers' needs, and an unstructured reward management system. This study aims to analyze the relationship between communication systems, teachers' needs, and reward management with human resource development in madrasahs. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design, involving respondents from educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kepulauan Riau. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between the three independent variables and human resource development. An effective communication system facilitates access to information and coordination in development programs, meeting teachers' needs enhances motivation and training effectiveness, and a well-structured reward management system boosts educators' enthusiasm. In conclusion, improvements in internal communication systems, the design of development programs aligned with teachers' needs, and the implementation of performance-based rewards are necessary to enhance the effectiveness of human resource development sustainably.

Abstract

The ability to read the Quran is a fundamental skill in religious education for students in schools. Co-curricular programs can play an important role in improving this ability. This study aims to explore the implementation of co-curricular programs in improving the ability to read the Quran in primary schools. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical description design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and parents, as well as observation of learning activities. The research subjects consisted of 30 students who participated in the co-curricular Quran reading program for one semester. The results showed that the implementation of this co-curricular program contributed positively to the improvement of students' Quran reading skills. Teachers reported significant improvements in students' Quran reading proficiency, as shown through increased evaluation scores. In addition, parents' involvement in supporting the program was also a determining factor in the success of students' improvement. This study indicates that a well-designed co-curricular program can be an effective solution in improving Quran reading skills. The findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between teachers, students and parents in creating a supportive learning environment. Recommendations for future research include the development of a more structured program as well as a long-term evaluation of the sustainability of improving Quran reading skills.
